Viva Senior Living

It's small enough. To really get to know staff. I would recommend to others. We picked them because it is 11 miles from my home and I liked the staff.

What we like the most about Viva Senior Living is definitely the people the employees there are very caring very considerate. I had also a lot of fun. None of the residents say they like the food, though that could be improved. When I went to viva, there were people out in the general area playing games I got introduced to a couple of the nurses, physical therapy guy and even the maintenance guy. They were all out and doing things. It just seem much friendlier.

We chose Keepsake Village for the convenience of the location and the the warm welcoming professionalism of the leadership. These qualities were very important to me.

The staff and aides are friendly and respectful. The meals are very good and the dining services are well organized. I am very happy about the prompt delivery of medications. I suggest better communication with caregivers.

Our loved one was was only at Viva for a couple of months, had a fall that brought her to the hospital and Viva chose not to accept her back in to their community, feeling that she needed additional care going forward. I was pleased with the care that Viva was offering, but was disappointed that they wouldn't accept her back, but in hindsight understand why.

There seems to be a lot of turnover in the management. I find the facility is always spotless. The staff is friendly. However, they seem to be a little lax in caring for the patients. There seems to be a lack of communication between the staff and management. Management doesn't know enough about the patients. The meals are good but there isn't any attention to appropriate diets. My wife says she's bored often. The cost is in line with the average for Pennsylvania.

I have been at Green Point for a month. So far it has been a very good experience. The food is good and the people are very helpful and friendly. There's many activities available. I have not joined in yet, I'm still getting settled, but will soon. I still drive so I have not taken advantage of the transport service, but others speak highly of them.

There were a few minor snags during the first month, but overall I'm quite pleased with Wilson Manor. The facility is clean, the food is very good, and the staff are kind and helpful. I would recommend Wilson Manor to anyone looking for assisted living in Lebanon.

Staff were very attentive and communicated when needed. They were fast in making decisions when medical attention was needed. The administration was friendly and welcoming

At Oakwood Village the memory care workers have a special gift dealing with their patients. Some dementia patients get mean with their mouths at times but the workers continue loving them daily. I like how the workers will fill us in on what's going on with our loved one whether it's good or bad. We were told by a nursing home staff that my MIL could never go into an assisted living. Was she ever wrong! In my opinion Oakwood Village is MUCH BETTER than a nursing home...happier workers at Oakwood Village who really care....the cost of assisted living is half the price of a nursing home (with better care).. My aunt is in the facility and she seems very happy there when I went to visit her, her room looked nice and neat and clean the area that I had a walk-through to her room seemed very nice and organized. I did see some nurses at the station, but my aunt seems to be very happy there. She just moved in not too long ago so another review to come in six months

What we like the most about Viva Senior Living is the overall friendly atmosphere and I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

We were overall satisfied with the care they provided Mom and Dad. Two points of concern. First, the food is mediocre at best. They told us they had a chef on staff but the food was equivalent to a school cafeteria. Second, they were short-staffed more often than we thought they should be, so sometimes they were slow in responding to the call button.

Most all of the staff is very friendly and they do have a new activity director who keeps everyone engaged. They could improv on the quality of care by hiring and retention of staff. There are occasionally gaps in communication between the staff and the family members.

It's small and personalized. Very homey. There's always room for improvement for everyone.

We liked it & she liked it Her room was very nice and the staff were wonderful She fell & broke bones and needed to go into a Rehab for PT The assessment is that she needs skilled nursing & won't be able to return to Seneca Lake Terrace We wish she could go back

Staff is very friendly. I do wish they would let you know if resident needs anything( toiletries etc) but no complaints. Our family member seems happy and adjusted. Maybe more musical events but we are pleased with the care she is receiving. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Great community of residents.

Very friendly. Over the past year had a floor from the sprinkler that caused quite a mess overall very pleased. The front desk has 1 employee that is outstanding and extremely helpful. I am still questioning some of this. Hearing some stories from my dad about some uncomfortable situations. No complaints about the meals and dining except when shut down due to outbreak of Covid or norovirus. It sounds like activities are well planned but my dad does not participate in most of them. Hard stop compare but there was a price increase last year and there is another one coming. I know everything is going up so not overly concerned
