The only reason the overall score was 4, is that getting paperwork for long-term insurance has not always been submitted in a timely manner. We have always had great communication with the staff and they have been attentive to mom's needs and well-being.

The activities person was exceptional with my Mom. Another person in the kitchen helped Mom a lot with bathing. They were very short on help, which caused issues. Mom went on hospice last year and that helped a lot. You get what you pay for I guess. We could not afford some of the other facilities.

I would definitely recommend Oak Pointe! They tend to have the same challenge as all of these facilities; staying fully staffed! But with the exception of one person, who is no longer there, we felt like the staff genuinely cared for our mother. The night we lost mom, in August of 2023, we had many staff members who were not even on duty, stay with us to provide comfort to our family. The facility also provided a bus for residents and staff who wanted to attend mom's visitation; even though it was an hour away! We felt very fortunate that we found Oak Pointe for mom. It is expensive to live there, but mother had a Long Term Care policy that helped offset the

I would recommend Terrace. They have a friendly staff and keep the lines of communication open. Although they lack the modern furnishings of many assisted living facilities they keep up regularly scheduled activities, the food is decent and the overall environment is suitable, particularly for middle class background elderly. [name removed] the owner does a good job and appears interested in performing well. Some staff are more personable than others but I expect that is true at all such facilities. The cost value is appropriate as well.

I love Fox Rehab who works with my dad at The Terrace at Chestnut Hill. They are so great and effective. Some of the staff members are more than excellent. They make up for those who are a bit below average. I would recommend The Terrace at Chestnut Hill and if I had to do this all again, I would use them again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful although our family member complains that the staff is slow or unresponsive to his needs or requests. The food is excellent, the rooms and common areas are kept very clean and smell fresh. Laundry is provided although not done as well as it would be "at home". There is a very family friendly atmosphere and everyone seems to know one another. We are very comfortable having our parent there.

We have enjoyed the community so far and feel the staff there has treated my mom well.

I would recommend your facility. The only negative I have in mind is that there was a period with a lot of turnover. Too many employees were living in the same period for whatever reason.

The memory care director is phenomenal. I would definately recommend Belle Reeve to other people. The only thing that I would change is to make it a lot brighter inside. Lighting is VERY low.

They have lots of staff turnover. When a patient leaves for hospitalization it is very hard to be re-admitted. They need to better accommodate wheelchair patients in activities. As to food, they show videos and movies during meals given in the upstairs dining room which is very noisy and distracting.

Placing my father was easy. The staff are wonderful and seem to really care about the residents. All his needs are met and if there are any issues, they are quick to respond. The rooms very in size and are furnished with the appropriate furniture. They offer many different options for meals and activities. The neighborhood and town of Baldwinsville is very nice and provides a safe atmosphere. I highly recommend park terrace.

I would say overall good. I picked this place because it was newer and a nice setting, convenient for medical appointments and close to family.

As of right now Mom is doing well there. The transitions was difficult but she has adjusted. Her medical needs are being met to the best of my knowledge and she has friends there too.

I would definitely recommend Oak Pointe. My Mom is very happy there. Very clean, friendly staff, lots of fun things for her to do. We chose Oak Pointe for location and size of apartment. Thank you!

Not as much activities to keep patients occupied but friendly staff and very good meal plans, very reasonably priced. I would recommend.

My loved one is currently a resident at Belle Reve Senior Living Community and everything has been good for her at this facility. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff are very accommodating and helpful. It's easy to contact the staff, when needed. I would recommend the facility to others, but always encourage a visit for final determination.

Located in a easy to access area for my family. Seems to be well ran with caring people.

The front desk lady is AMAZING. The administration is good but has some response issues. The staffing problem is no different than most other jobs in America. Also, most aides are Personal Care Assistants and don't have CNA training, so perhaps the job is not what they expected. Overall, seriously, I am very pleased that your company advised me of them because very few people here ever knew they existed. Also, my loved one is thriving there and that is all I ever wanted.
