The front desk lady is AMAZING. The administration is good but has some response issues. The staffing problem is no different than most other jobs in America. Also, most aides are Personal Care Assistants and don't have CNA training, so perhaps the job is not what they expected. Overall, seriously, I am very pleased that your company advised me of them because very few people here ever knew they existed. Also, my loved one is thriving there and that is all I ever wanted.

Please be aware that my Father is not currently living at the Terrace hoping he will start living there in November. However, based on the first impression we had - The staff and residents actually talking to each other, stability of staff , activities and availability of therapy, cleanliness.

Mom has now been in the assisted living facility for 6 + months. Was quite an adjustment for not only her but for family members also. We are pleased with all the care she has received: clean environment; friendly staff and good variety of activities that are available which helps break up long days. I can sleep better at night.So glad she is in a such loving caring place. Thanks to all . It takes a village to care for our elderly loved ones.

I selected Traditions for the amount of staff I saw , how friendly everyone was and the amount of activities available. It was less expensive with more to offer than some other memory care facilities.

Our family had an in person tour with Woodland Creek Transitional Assisted Living community and it was nice but it reminded me too much like a nursing home and didn't want that for my mom. I wanted more of an apartment feel.

The staff at Oak Pointe of Rolla are very caring. I feel like I don't have to worry too much that my dad's needs are being met. Overall, we are pretty happy with everything. On the weekends and evenings it is difficult to get ahold of staff to assist my dad and then I don't get a follow up call. However, [name removed] has gone above and beyond for me to make sure that I can reach someone for assistance and then get an update. I would recommend Oak Pointe of Rolla to others.

Whenever I come to visit my brother there is always a friendly greeting waiting for me.

My mother is currently a resident at Wilson Manor and everything about her experience at this facility has been very good so far. The friendliness and activities are great. The cleanliness, staff and care services are very good. My mother is happy at Wilson Manor. She seems content and I think that the staff does a good job. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My mom is at Belle Reve and receives very good care. The staff is friendly and sees to all the residence needs. They have activities for all and each resident can participate as they see fit. Overall I believe my mom is at a great place for her needs.

This review comes from a family member who visits his mother in the memory-care unit often and so is based on my observations and interactions with management and staff. The care at Belle Reve to be very good by most measures: The inhouse staff does an exceptional job meeting the residents' needs, and the job is not easy. Managment is very professional and responsive to family inquires and requests A special shoot-out to a certain lobby receptionist and her warm welcome to visitors and treatment of residents. The facility reminds me of a well maintained fine hotel. I particulary appreciate the sunroom/patio where residents and family members can sit and relax with each other. There are issues I would like to see addressed, primarily the lack of privacy, where residents will randomly enter other residents' rooms, as there are no locks on the doors. To my knowledge there have not been any major incidents because of this. This is a sticky issue and I honestly know the answer to it.

I have no complaints with The Terrace at Chestnut Hill. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have put my trust in your staff to treat my aunt well and she seems to be thriving as best she can considering her situation

I recommend them for sure, but the food could be improved, great price for the money though.They have a diverse population, clean sizable rooms, good care, and great overall price.

For my Woodland Creek tour: The facility is beautiful and the staff was very nice and very helpful. However, I saw too many people congregating around the nurses station just hanging out for my comfort level. That said, this might have been my second choice if the first didn't work out.

Our tour at The Terrace at Chestnut Hill was good, they seemed very nice. After evaluation, they thought memory care was right for my mom but [facility name removed] recommended regular assisted living. To us, that seemed like a better fit for my moms needs at the time so we went with them.

It's not bad for a place. I would let my dad go back if he recovers from his latest medical problem. People were very friendly and most seemed to care about everyone. We picked this community because of the location.

Just that the place that is now Celebration Villa of York was horrible but maybe they are better since name change & I know I had something to do with top 3 people working there getting fired .. just to check places out & visit them before putting your loved ones anywhere.

Overall I would recommend Viva Senior Living. It's a good value for the price. Would like a little more attentiveness and understanding from medical providers such as doctors or physicians assistants on staff.

My family and loved one had a good experience with the community. The staff are kind, caring, and helpful. Everyone seems friendly. The community is clean when we visit. The staff take good care of the residents, and they take their time in getting to know the residents personally. Overall, we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

The staff and residents are very nice and they would be happy with Oakwood Village. It's a place I would recommend to others. We picked this community, because of the friendliness of staf and cost.

The Retreat at Easley is a good place for family members to be, and I would recommend it. I like that they allow the residents to plant their own flowers, etc. I would like to see them improve on medication management.
