They are attentive and friendly staff, clean environment, and it's a very caring community.I am very satisfied with the care and environment. We picked this community, because they had a two bedroom availaible, cleanliness, and staff to patient ratio.

Giving overall experience a 4 only because I'm giving quality of care and value for cost 4's. Quality of care - Have noticed my mom wears the same clothes several days in a row and was told by a relative that she smelled on one occasion. Not sure if it's the staffs duty to see that she's bathing and washing her clothes but for what we are paying, I think they should do that. Value for cost - giving it a 4 only because it is very expensive. I'm sure my mom will run out of money before she passes away. Because they don't accept Medicare, she will have to be moved to a different facility when that time comes which is very unfortunate. The only other thing I would say is there seems to be a small lack of communication. I was under the impression that Oak Pointe would be giving my mom both her injections. The nurse told me she hadn't signed up to give one of them. I "think" she is planning on giving it now. Other than that, my mom seems to like it there which makes us happy.

Our family had an in person tour with Park Terrace at Radisson and we loved it. The community was very clean, the dining area was not cafeteria styled .The staff we met with were very helpful. They had a memory care unit on campus. The apartments were more modernized, but there were no openings or this community would of been our first choice.

Our family had an in person tour with Oak Pointe of Neosho and it was a beautiful place. The lunch that they provided for us was wonderful. The people there were very friendly and the facility was very clean and very inviting.

Our family had an in person tour with The Terrace at Chestnut Hill and we really enjoyed the admission person that we had met with, but the community itself just seemed old, worn out, dark and cramped so it wasn't going to be the best fit for our loved one.

My Aunt was very happy at Seneca Lake Terrace. Overall they did a great job taking care of her. We did have to remind them a few times to clean up the room better but overall a clean environment. The furniture and furnishings could use an upgrade (at that time 2021) however, the care was the most important and they did a great job. I would recommend Seneca Lake Terrace.

Very friendly, small community, great food, activities sufficient for my father's needs. They offer activiites such as; Bingo, music and entertainment, there may be other things my loved one is unable to participate in like arts and crafts.

I gave it a 4 overall because of the lack of staffing, it is affecting the quality of care. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very nice as well. They do have plenty of activities but she is not participating in anything yet. I would recommend Viva Senior Living at Harrisburg.

If your loved one can somewhat manage themselves, then Commonwealth would be an okay place to be. My loved one is not getting the interaction that we expected and needs more nudging. They get her out for meals but not much else, and that has been detrimental to her. There's also not a lot of space in the shared rooms for two people.

Getting something done takes some repeat requests, whether it's general things or care-related things. I think it's just a breakdown in communication somewhere. My loved one isn't thrilled with the food and thinks it's kind of bland, although I understand why it's prepared that way for the population they're serving it to. I do really like the staff. Everybody I 've met seems to be very friendly.

Belle Reve is caring well for my mother and her various needs.

They are great with helping families understand the process from application to move in.

I toured this community and it was pretty good. I didn't like that rates could fluctuate depending on LOC. I saw engagement on the AL side but not as much on the memory care side.

Wonderful! Pleasant place to visit. My mom is happy and well cared for!

The staff is great. Hard to get some of them to return calls and emails. It's small so the staff knows all the residents by name. I would highly recommend it. They are very friendly. The one staff member in charge of the doctors visits and all things medical is not great about keeping you informed or returning calls. Everyone else is pretty awesome

I would highly recommend. We are really happy with this community. The staff communication is fairly well but hard to find who you need to talk to at times.

This is a great place for my loved one to go to. They are very friendly and accommodating, and the staff keep a great eye on my loved one without my loved one knowing. The staff communication is pretty good with the family. There is an aide shortage here like other communities in the area. There are three meals a day served a day and there are choices for them to choose from. It feels like going to a restaurant to eat meals.

We've had our challenges getting my loved one settled. Initially we had issues with getting medications administered properly, which is very important. I know they've had staffing issues, as do a lot of companies these days. But we haven't had a warm and fuzzy feeling about the staff and quality of care. Paying this much, I expected better quality and service. The facility itself is very nice and is kept clean, which appealed to us originally. I think the food is good quality, although they could tailor their food choices more to the age group they're serving and offer more variety. And I would just like to see improvement in staffing and care.
