heritage hill made our transition for mom very easy , they are very caring and friendly always looking out for her best interests and her health . we have looked at five different facilities ,and none came close to what we found at heritage hill. mom is adjusting very well and has met a lot of new friends , see is very happy and so are we . thank-you pat&jim lembo

My dad and I visited Emeritus at Danville and immediately was impressed. He liked it immediately and we moved him 2 days later.

Great staff. One price eliminates levels of care changing and means staying in same room with your own furniture. Small memory care unit (max 22) makes for everyone knowing the residents and having enough time to give individual attention whenever needed. Meals seem good and involve the community. Laundry is as needed and is done individually in the unit so rarely is anything lost and it does not build up. They know how to overcome most resistance problems like aversion to bathing and diverting attention when resident is focused on an inappropriate activity.

Greenfield is convenient to I-95, the staff is helpful and caring. The facility grounds are well kept and has benches for the residents to enjoy some fresh air on warm days. The price is competitive with other facilities we toured and I felt comfortable with the administrators.

We were getting close to going with them. I was pretty impressed with them. I talked to a woman there who was very nice. I was only in the main lobby and talked to her and we were just getting into talking about what the finances were. I ended up finding another place but I was still very impressed with this place. It was very clean and nice.

We had a great first impression of the facility and staff. They were very easy to work with and the move in was simple and efficient. There have been a number of changes; a new Executive Director, eliminated kosher kitchen, and other policy changes but I believe most if it has not affected my mother. The new Director is working hard to improve the quality and consistency of care. She has monthly Family meetings to communicate the changes and listen to feedback. The staff is very responsive and tries to be flexible to requests. Apparently there needs to be some investment in the facility (generator, security system, etc).

We chose this place for my mom because it is very close to where we live and we can visit a lot. They seem to provide the most value for the price, there are nicer places but they were a lot more expensive. I toured four other homes before deciding on this one for my mom.

The apartment is nice. My mother-in-law enjoyed it but unfortunately she passed away only 4 months after moving in. My father in-law was there until June and had a stroke. He was in the hospital for quite some time and is now in a rehabilitation facility. The nursing staff at Oak Pointe are working with the other facility to get him back to Oak Pointe and we are very grateful for that.

The Good- They cared about her and were really on top of everything from meds to food to sitting with her when she needed it. Need for Improvement-There was a delay in installing a warning system for signally when my mom got out of bed. She was wobbly so she could have fallen. I would recommend it.

The staff I have met seem to truly care about the residents even though as in our case the resident is overall selfish and irritating. Also like visitation of medical personnel. Don’t see much that could be improved on given the cost

Well the food people with special needs need to be paid attention to some nurses are not so pleasant.

The facility and staff have been amazing. Cleanliness is stellar. The apartment for the cost is appropriate. There have been a few issues here and there, however when brought to their attention they address them very quickly. Overall a great experience.

Friendly staff, a nice variety of activities (although mom has only participated in a couple). Apartment is small, but sufficient. Generally the facility is clean and cared for, but the apartment was not clean-move-in-ready when we received the keys.

At the Terrace at Chestnut Hill, it's a clean, well maintained facility. The staff are very kind and friendly. The food is good too. There are a wealth of activities to keep you busy.

They are doing what they say they will do....the food/dining experience isn't the best...food is mostly bland, but there are exceptions, just average fare. I would recommend it. compared to other places I visited my family is happy with the place. Its not perfect, but the staff is nice, helpful, and accessible....its a big place, easy for newcomers to get turned around. Every hallway looks the same....but there are always things to do, entertainment, options for peer engagement if you want to....

All the staff are very nice, place is clean everywhere- rooms, hallways, cafe. It doesn't smell like urine anywhere like a lot of other nursing homes do. They have there own laundry unit where you can pay to have it done for the resident or family can use the facility for free. There are a ton of activities going on including outdoor outings with there company bus, garden club, crafts, bingo, movie nights, and nail painting. There is definitely something for everybody. Even if you don't like to mingle the staff are still very friendly and try to make you feel at home as much as possible. The only reason I would t give 5 stars is because there are a few aids that dont change residents as soon as they should be. I understand they are busy and have a lot to do but some work faster than others. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this as your loved one's next home!

I didn't know what to expect - but everyone I talked and dealt with was nice & tried to be helpful - and every company / service has room to improve The facility and staff are I would say awesome / exceptional .... every need I have had they have tried to go over and above -- the staff are all professional , caring , and the Exec Dir. for VIva Senior Living is very great , compassionate, understanding- and like I said - any issues I have addressed ( have a couple small ones ) and he has been more accommodating.... and the overall facility is very clean , orderly , professional etc .... I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of assisted living / independent living -- overall prices are competitive with a facility of its style & caliber

It is a very nice place, room is nicely sized, activities everyday. I wish the nursing staff were more available.
