My mom has been at greenfield at berryville for several months now. She is happy, involved and has made a lot of friends. She was scared to move into an assisted living but is really enjoying being around others her age. The staff knows her and is always very helpful and kind.

We are very pleased with them. Everyone has just been wonderful. I know they are taking good care of him. He gets his meals, and he goes to activities. It's a big adjustment, but I think it's working out well.

Heritage Hill is a nice place. There were hardly any residents sitting around with wheel chairs or walkers. The rooms were a little smaller than I have seen, and Dementia Care residents have only a sink and toilet in the bathroom. For safety regulations, all showers are taken in a shower room where there is supervision. Of course each resident showers individually. I liked that some of the rooms open up to a beautiful courtyard, and a lot of men are there. The meatloaf lunch was one of the best I have ever had. Heritage Hill is on the top of a hill in the small town of Weatherly. It's a beautiful setting with beautiful views. Because of the distance, it probably is not practical to place my loved one there, but if it were closer it would probably be in the running.

I have toured a lot of other facilities in the area and this one is great for the price, there were no add ons. It was very clean and staff seemed to be very caring and friendly. There seemed to be many different levels of residents- which for me that means when my mom needs more care I will not have to move.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. I thought this place looked very nice, and the staff all seemed friendly. This definitely would have been somewhere we would have considered, however they did not have any openings at the time.

Great tour. Strolled through both the AL & MC units. Everything smelled nice, residents seemed happy and well cared for. Loved the puppies interacting with the residents. Had a chance to speak with medication administration staff. Thanks for a great tour!

So far so good! Mom really seems to be enjoying herself here, she has really settled in. She was even able to bring her cat (who has also adjusted well to the new living arrangements!). They've got a fantastic activities director here, and Mom has been participating in quite a few of them!

Our mother is very happy and we feel that she is very safe . Although she is in an independent apt. There is always someone around in case of an emergency and a nurse on duty. There are always fun activities going on and many opportunities for our mom to socialize and get to know people. She can go down and eat dinner and enjoy her meal and talk with people. So much for her to do or she can sit quietly and just enjoy the scenery around her. All in all it is a very nice place.

It was too far away from us. It was really pretty. I liked the outside areas. I liked everything about it.

There was a strong sense of community and everyone was very friendly. Lot's of activities. Very engaging, Thus far first choice.

Thus far everything has been positive. We are hoping the future continues on the same track.

Allzwell is a very nice place And I am very comfortable with the care my mom is receiving. Linda and Paula are wonderful!

Our family would and has recommended this facility to others experiencing this desease . The level of care has exceeded our expectations .

This place is very nice looking, and they always keep it clean and well kept. The caregivers are all responsible and responsive, and very friendly. I visit my loved one here all the time and they've really made an effort to get to know me and my loved one personally, which I appreciate.

Great facility for the care provided at a reasonable cost.

I cannot express how happy my family is with our decision to place my Mom at Autumn. The administrator, staff, and even other residents have been so welcoming and helpful in making this overwhelming life change easier. The staff hasn't overlooked anything which could make my Mom and family feel happier, more relaxed or more at peace in the choice to move her from home to a facility. Her personal, medical, emotional and social needs are all being met and have surpassed anything we could have ever hoped for. Autumn is always sparkling clean, decorated in a cheery and homey fashion, and the meals served are amazing. There are also many activities throughout the day to stimulate the senses and promote interaction with others. I am grateful every day for the entire team at Autumn and all their tireless efforts to give my Mom every opportunity to be her best and thrive.

This has been a great place for my mother in law , She has enjoyed the company of the other lady's and the caretakers. They really do take care of your love ones.

This was a location we we toured when we were looking into care options for my Dad. This is a very nice place, and was very nearly the one we decided on. It's a nice looking facility, and the staff seemed very friendly and professional. It wasn't quite as clean as it could have been, but no major problems there. We eventually decided on a different facility that was all on one floor, as this facility has multiple stories and elevators, which would have caused Dad some mobility issues.

I thought they did a really great job here. They seem to be a good facility, and they were able to provide all of the care we needed at the time we needed it. The staff were always very pleasant and professional, and the facility was always clean.

They were Excellent. The food was excellent a lot of the fresh vegetables they grow in their own garden during the warmer weather, that the residents could help with. I think they've got it down, over there. When you walk in you feel like your in somebodys home, it's a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Once you get past the main lobby they have a huge table with pictures from wedding services and things. It makes them feel like they are at home to see their pictures there.
