My mother has been living at the Heritage Hill for about a month. The admissions person Lisa Marie absolutely went out of her way to do everything she could. When my mother was in the hospital she went to go visit her. I don't think too many people would have done all that. The Heritage Hill is a really nice community. The friendliness is excellent. Everyone there has been so nice and kind. It's a nice place.

Very nice, clean and intimate place. People are super friendly and helpful. Visited many places and Greenfield Of Berryville exceeded my expectations. Cost was at the lower end of the list of places that I visited, yet seems to be the best.

I am very satisfied with them so far. I think the care is excellent. It's overall clean and well maintained. I liked the memory care program. I like the homey feeling, it doesn't feel like an institution. I like that there is some diversity to the population here.

I think they are doing great so far. It's still new, and we don't live nearby, so we aren't there everyday. We haven't had any complaints, and every time we have visited, everything has been great. They are even letting us have friends and family come to have a birthday party for her. We are very happy with them so far.

They are very caring. They all seem to be really interested in helping the patients. They do whats necessary. The patients are well cared for. The food is very good. My husband eats well and he enjoys it. I go almost everyday to visit him. Everything I have seen has been super. Before he needed memory care, I toured 5 or 6 facilities and this was the best one. The staff is kind and very responsive.

I would highly recommend this community. The food is really good. It is also very, very clean! They have a variety of activities. They play board games as well as other activities. When I visited my mother they were playing Hot Potato. They do anything to keep them happy! The staff is also friendly. Overall I would rate this community 5 stars. My mother is pleased and happy living at the Greenfield of Berryville.

They are doing a wonderful job. I am very pleased. They are phenomenal, the level of caring and professionalism, I can't say enough. It is such a relief to know that she is taken care of. They are phenomenal, I can't say anything bad about them. I want them to have a five plus!!

It has only been about 2 weeks but the staff so far has been great to my aunt and me. Special thanks to dave in her unit..

It's a great place. Less in price than most. Staff is wonderful.

My husband has only been there a short time, but I really like the way that every one makes him feel welcome. The staff is friendly and patient. They provide a lot of activities for all levels for the residents. Every one is kept clean, the place has a nice atmosphere.

Overall the experience has been good for Shirley my sister and how they relate to me. Always tell me everything I need and I would happily recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place.

When it came time for my sister and I to place our mom into assisted living we looked for a facility that was clean, well staffed, felt like home and had many activities. Well we struck the jack pot with Cardinal Village!! We were concerned also because Mom has dementia and our fear was that she would be left in her apartment all day. At Cardinal, the staff makes sure that Mom is involved in the activities and they provide compassion with her illness. The food is great and Mom looks and feels better now than when she lived on her own. I cannot begin to express what it means to us to know that Mom is well taken care of and she considers Cardinal Village her home. She has made friends and all the staff treats her like family. We give Cardinal a 5 star rating. We can rest easy knowing Mom is in an excellent place.

My sister and I had to make the extremely difficult decision to place our mom in assisted living. We began our search and we thought Cardinal Village was just another place on our list. We were so wrong! From our initial contact with the staff at cardinal village to our tour and ultimate placement of mom there, we felt a huge sense of relief! The facility feels like home for mom and it is more about the warmth and compassion that she is treated with than whether or not it is the"fanciest" facility. We have found it to be clean, the staff attentive, meals good and plenty of fun activities that she actually participates in! In addition ...the staff has been incredibly supportive of our family and helped get us through a very hard transition period. It has been a year now and we are 100% happy with the decision we made!! We highly recommend Cardinal Village to our friends who are also finding themselves in this difficult situation. Thanks Cardinal Village!!

I was very impressed how the staff is very careing and pro active with the residents.

The staff is very nice and friendly. They are very attentive to the residences. The community is very clean. There has been some construction and they have kept it nice through out the time.

Before I put my uncle in ALLZWELL, I toured other facilities including this one. I visited/popped up at this facility twice. Each time I talked to the administrative staff and toured it the facility at different time so I wouldn't feel the staff was staged due to my visit. My uncle is now there and I found the facility well staffed with the proper aides and nurses according to the number of clients. The staff are very responsive to the clients needs and correct any irregularity that I address, friendly, professional and respectful. I love the patience the floor staff has and how they knows the personality of each client. My uncle is always dressed, shaven and clean. The facility is clean, food diet seems to be acceptable. the facility is only 10 minutes from my home. You can take what l wrote to the bank. Why?? because I will pop up anytime to make sure my uncle is being taken care of properly. I couldn't select a better facility.

My mom has been at greenfield at berryville for several months now. She is happy, involved and has made a lot of friends. She was scared to move into an assisted living but is really enjoying being around others her age. The staff knows her and is always very helpful and kind.

We are very pleased with them. Everyone has just been wonderful. I know they are taking good care of him. He gets his meals, and he goes to activities. It's a big adjustment, but I think it's working out well.

Heritage Hill is a nice place. There were hardly any residents sitting around with wheel chairs or walkers. The rooms were a little smaller than I have seen, and Dementia Care residents have only a sink and toilet in the bathroom. For safety regulations, all showers are taken in a shower room where there is supervision. Of course each resident showers individually. I liked that some of the rooms open up to a beautiful courtyard, and a lot of men are there. The meatloaf lunch was one of the best I have ever had. Heritage Hill is on the top of a hill in the small town of Weatherly. It's a beautiful setting with beautiful views. Because of the distance, it probably is not practical to place my loved one there, but if it were closer it would probably be in the running.

I have toured a lot of other facilities in the area and this one is great for the price, there were no add ons. It was very clean and staff seemed to be very caring and friendly. There seemed to be many different levels of residents- which for me that means when my mom needs more care I will not have to move.
