My parents are doing very well and we really like the community. Th staff all have good characteristics and have gotten to know my parents very well and that is good. The staff call him "Pops" and it's been a cordial friendly interaction. They have morning stretches, music in the afternoon, and movie in the theater room toward the end. Last week my parent and I went to Silver Bay with some other residents. We took the community van which is designed for wheelchairs and walkers, it fits 15 people. It was smooth getting in and out and we enjoyed our dining out. It was so enjoyable my parents will go on another outing. They also celebrate birthday for the residents, my parents enjoyed their birthday with the community.

This is a very nice new community. The staff is great and they were able to help me with last minute decisions when it came to my mom's care. The community is very clean. The food seems to be good and my mom is happy with it. They have field trips and my mom was able to get out to a painting class that she enjoyed. I would highly recommend this for great care.

We looked at a lot of places but never found anything as positive as Greenfield. The facility is terrific and the staff is too. We like the fact that it is one story without the confusion and congestion of the elevators etc. Our friend who moved there is very happy. We see a great improvement in his health and mental attitude. The management made it very easy for us to complete the paperwork, health checkup and move him in within just a few days.

They were wonderful and will provide everything we need for Mom. Monday, they will will review her record and let us know if she is accepted. If all goes well, she's there on Thursday.

I have been receiving excellent care from the staff and all the aids. Be engaging in a lot of the activities for residents. It was recommended by my niece who a PT, and found good reviews for excellent care

A nice community with great care in everyway.The staff is very friendle and helpful. He is very happy with all the meals. This company is highly recommended for great care for the value.

I am definitely happy with all this community has done for my mom. I would recommend their services. The staff are very attentive and keep in touch daily to give feedback about my mom. They are very caring about all the residents. I was impressed with the woman who sat down with my mom and made it a point to understand her characteristic and history, afterwards let her know who will be compatible as friends. That made the transition easier.

So far my mom likes the community and it has been good so far. She likes the meals she eats and thinks it is good food. They keep the community clean and well maintained through out the facility. My mom participates in a lot of activities and is always busy. I would recommend this community.

My father is very happy here. A small community, but the staff is very caring and extremely helpful to help with all my father's needs New facility that is excellent. Great meals with a nice variety of food.Great activities to help keep my dad active. I would recommend this to others for great care for a loved one.

My wife is living here at this community and it has been going very well. They are taking pretty good care of her. The handle my wife very well. There are activities available and only wish I was able to afford to live with her too.

This is truly a lovely community. My mother's last days were very comfortable thanks to the staff here. My father is still at the community, they are caring for him very well. Everybody here is caring and very loving. I would highly recommend this community, it is truly a wonderful community.

My dad has dementia,and we recently had to place him here.they are very attentive to him and watch him closely.He has a very nice room and his helpers(staff)are very friendly and understanding to him even though he does not want to be here.(doctor's orders that he stay here.)

My father had a short stay at Belle Reve after having surgery at Newton hospital. He was there as a rehab in-take patient. I must say that the nurses and assistants were very friendly and helpful. My father made so much progress within first few days of being there that he was able to be released much earlier than originally anticipated. They listened to the issues he was having and quickly resolved them....where at the hospital they were ongoing for days on end. The last few years seeing my father's health decline after the loss of my mother weights very heavy on my heart. I find it very hard to entrust his care with anyone these days but, I must say I am sincerely grateful to the staff on the skills unit and appreciate all their efforts and helping my father with his rapid recovery.

My uncle as been in assisted living here for two years now. The staff is exceptional, especially the nursing staff, and he's so well cared for and thriving. The food is good too and versatile, which is sometimes hard to find. Our family is grateful to the staff and their commitment to excellent care, compassion, and respect for their residents.

This is a wonderful place. The people are so helpful to the patients and the people that come to see the patients. They make you fell so welcome we you stop by for a visit. And the patients seen to enjoy their surroundings. They have a sidewalk in the back area and my father enjoys me pushing him in his wheel chair. There are trees and flowers and water flowing out of containers. My dad enjoys all of it. He would like to get out of the wheel chair and rock in the large rocking chairs.

My dear mother was a resident at Southern Manor in Lebanon, Tennessee for a three-month stay. We knew she could live for another couple of years, but we also knew that her chronic lung disease held the precarious element of death in days, even hours, should she contract another viral infection. She had been ready to go for quite some time, having visions of relatives who had already passed and glimpses of the next world. Mom realized that Southern Manor would be her last home, and knowing that she would receive hospice care there was immensely comforting to her. Mom passed on February 24th . Southern Manor gets high marks for all the elements of physical comfort, cleanliness, location, good food and the like. It’s a great place. Welcoming, homey, attractively decorated and pleasantly fragrant, if you walked the halls blindfolded you might never guess this place takes care of people at the end of life. These are very good things to say about such a place, and for many it would be enough. There is much more to say about Southern Manor, though. The Executive Director, Jennifer, is a highly skilled manager with the eyes of an eagle and the protectiveness of a lioness. She has honed her intuitive skill in hiring so that to a person, every staff member demonstrated compassion, patience and above all, simple, sweet kindness. It was astonishing to be warmly greeted by name when I visited my mother. Every question was answered with kind honesty, even the questions about money. My three brothers, my adult children, aunts, uncles and extended family all agree: we highly recommend Southern Manor for your loved one.
