Our loved one had a bad experience at a facility she was previously in. So we have been particularly observant since we moved her to Greenfield. To their credit the staff has been very kind and do their jobs well. She is a different person since moving. She is quite content and is making friends there. They specialize in memory care/Alzheimer's dementia, which can be very challenging. We can rest easier knowing she is being properly taken care of.

Bright and cheery environment. Staff is upbeat and helpful. Facility clean and maintained.

If I could give 6 stars I would. My grandmother and our family are so pleased by her care at this facility. Everyone in the whole place has been amazing and jump right in to help with anything we need. The staff has taken such good care of her she seems 10 yrs younger in mind and body. My grandmother was an amateur gourmet cook and she eats every plate clean so that is saying something. The facility is so homey and well maintained that it's unusual. While this was a big decision to make, it was worth everything to see my grandmother smile again.

I visited this community a few times and felt comfortable touring it. Belle Reve has many things going for seniors - luncheons for outside seniors, bingo, dancing, and parties due to the time of year. Belle Reve "keep it up." The atmosphere was a home like facility and very clean.

Heritage Hills is the best place for taking care of one of the most treasured person in my life - my Mom. I know she is safe, I know she is eating, I know she is getting her medications. It is truly peace of mind. Her “apartment” (as I like to refer to it) is very spacious and it’s nice that we can hang on the walls what ever makes it feel like home to her. We can bring items such as furniture to help her feel comfortable. The staff from laundry, cleaning, maintenance, culinary, office and of course the nurses and aides are truly the best. They are so loving and caring to each resident.

I have been in many facilities like this in the area and Cardinal Village is among the best! Very caring staff and overall a great place for you or your loved one.

To Heritage Hill Staff and Residence. February 2019 Thank you for making me feel at home. There is nowhere I have been that has a more personable and caring staff. I was fortunate to find Heritage Hill for a temporary residence while my wife recovers from double knee surgery. At this point in time I am recovering from Guillian Barret’ and need help with daily tasks. We looked at many possibilities but a tour of Heritage Hill and after talking to the staff and residence, I was impressed so much, we didn’t consider anywhere else. Meals are terrific, daily programs for residence keep all busy with Bingo, movies, entertainment shows, and other group gatherings, PT & OT is also available to keep you in shape. If you need temporary care or a permanent residence, do yourself a favor and visit Heritage Hill in Weatherly, Pa. These comments are unsolicited. My rating is “A+”. [Name removed]

After a difficult experience with our first placement for my mother at another facility, we moved her to Hope. The staff has been very caring, my mother loves the food, the facility is lovely and spotless and we couldn't be happier. I have a great sense of relief knowing Mom is in good hands. It is comparable in price to other facilities in the area. I am thankful Mom is able to be within 10 minutes of my home so I will be able to visit frequently! Thank you to A Place For Mom for recommending Hope and to [name removed] for being so supportive. It's a very emotional time and [name removed] felt like my best friend!

[Name removed] was very helpful and answered all of our questions, in her calming way she helped put aside any unknowns that we had, and reassured us that she would do whatever she could to help with [Name removed] 's transition from Georgia. Community was really nice, staff and residents were very friendly, rooms good size and offered amenities were more than adequate.

My mom is so much happier and Greenfield was a perfect fit for her. There are always so many great activities taking place and the people that work are Greenfield are amazing -- they go out of the way to make sure people are happy at the facility. My mom has been there for one month and I believe the first month is the hardest because of the change. I so appreciate all the help and I received from A Place for Mom in finding the right assisted living place for my mom. I could not have found such a nice place without A Place for Mom --- thank you.

My dad is in the middle stages and is physically in good shape. They Belle Reve team was understanding of my dad’s specific needs as well as the impact of the experience on our family. He was provided with excellent care and they were very patient with him. Overall a challenging experience was handled with grace and empathy

The care of my mother-in-law seemed to be the first concern of [name removed] during my visit. We spent considerable time discussing her needs. The facility was open, clean and bright. Doors to the outside were locked at all times which was comforting to me. During our tour, [name removed] greeted all residents by name who responded with a "Hi" or smile. The facility was on one floor and all hallways led to the main entry area where the dining room was located. The studio rooms were large enough for a twin bed, desk or table, chair and tv. There was a large window in each room which let in a lot of natural light.

My step father has lived at Heritage hill for about 4 1/2 years. Everyone here is caring, helpful and friendly to residents as well as guests. There is always activities going on when I come to visit. I also enjoy the theme celebrations which I try to participate in to encourage my dad to join. My family is able to celebrate special occasions and the food is always good. The facility is always clean and nicely decorated for each holiday.

The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. We had a great time talking to both the staff and the seniors. This experience helped us to expand our communication skills by working with a group of people that had such diverse personalities. The overall experience at heritage Hills was one that we will never forget due to it's tremendous educational help.
