Awesome community. More like family than a staff. They go above & beyond for their residents. I love this place & so do my parents.

I think this is the best community in this area. The service is very helpful and friendly to all residents. I have been here 8 months & plan to stay here the rest of my life.

The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The activities are fun for residents. The staff knows every resident and goes out of [the] way to know their families. Good food too. Best decision we ever made was to move mom there.

My mother has been a resident at Heritage Hill for almost a year now and is very happy with her life there. She says that the nurses, aides and staff treat her with respect and she feels safe and pampered. She is 95 years old and has regained her health and mental focus since moving into Heritage Hill last November. My brothers and I are truly grateful to everyone in the residency and breath much easier nowadays. Meals are amazing there along with the way they care for my mother's health, cleanliness and provide socialization not only with the other residents but the staff also. Her room is comfortable and she is provided with physical therapy since she is in a wheelchair most of the time. When we needed dental work, they arranged for everything including transportation. Heritage Hill was the best choice for Mom and I pat myself on the back for finding and choosing the.

We really liked this community and the staff did a great job answering our questions and they took their time showing us around, the rooms were nice and there were a lot of amenities offered to the residents who choose to be a part of them. For us, it was a toss-up between another community but I would definitely recommend scheduling a tour here to see things for yourself.

Heritage Hill is a wonderful, loving community. The staff is enthusiastic, caring and always sensitive to the needs and desire of the residents. Real effort is put forth to be sure that needs and desires are addressed and that any complaints are dealt with. I consider volunteering here as ministry and those who work here also feel the same and that this is not simply a job but a part of god’s work on earth. They are wonderful people. I would be glad to live here!!

With my line of work I have been in a lot of senior communities. Heritage Hill Senior Community is top quality all around.

Staff goes out of their way to make him feel included and part of the "family". Staff understands my concerns in reference to mobility and medication. One of the most important things, they know his name and always with a smile. A caring and concerned facility.

Its like family there. My mom made so many friends. The staff is great especially [remove]. My mom told us to sell her home, she loves it there.

I entertain and teach Chair Zumba to the residents at Heritage Hill, so I have seen first hand the exceptional quality of care at this facility. The place is immaculate and beautifully furnished. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. And most important, the residents seem to be very happy and well adjusted. All it takes is one quick visit to see the happy faces of the residents and you'll know you've found the perfect home for your loved one!

My family and I researched many assisted living facilities for our mother. Heritage Hills stood out as the best place for her and we knew the transition for her would be hard. But it wasn't. She loved her "new home" and the staff and residents couldn't have been kinder to her. I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making her feel welcome and part of the Heritage Hill family. Your facility is just beautiful, well maintained and the staff are amazing!

I haven't had a lot of experience yet, but everything about Greenfield has been great so far. The staff is wonderful and accommodating.

My aunt is a resident here and she is happy with her room,v care, food and new friends she has made since moving in. I am very satisfied with Belle Reve, the staff, and the care my aunt is receiving.

Oak Point of Monett is a lovely community and a good fit for my mom. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff is very friendly and are doing a great job with my mom with all of her care needs. Mom says the food is great, there are no complaints about the meals. The staff encourages her to participate in the activities. They have an outdoor area that is lovely for the residents to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend Oak Pointe of Monett to friends and family.

We love this community there is so much going on here. If you are active and interested in doing things take a look at this place. They have a concert every Monday night. They do fun things like barbeques and different events. But the best thing is that they encourage the resident's families to join in on the fun they are very much family oriented. The outside pharmacy the community they use came in and gave a question and answer time and explained their services and how it would benefit our loved ones we signed up for it and we have not been disappointed yet. The residents and staff are always happy. My aunt has a wonderful private room with her own bathroom. I can't say enough about how blessed we are for having found such a wonderful community

My cousin would never have been able to move from Ohio to Georgia without the help of A Place For Mom and Rebekah/Hope Center Memory Care. They never gave up on us!!! My cousin is now being cared for by experienced, trained professionals. The Hope Center offers many activities as well as differentiated levels of care. Their goal is to care for the total individual- spiritually, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. The facility is clean and well maintained. I would recommend The Hope Center to anyone looking for the best care for their loved one. I am extremely satisfied with the care my cousin is getting. Thank you for putting my mind at ease. Anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one should tour The Hope Center. You will not be disappointed!

I like the care at this community. We have been happy with the care from the staff who are attentive. The community is clean with a good environment for my mom. The menu is appealing. The menu has a lot of healthy variety. They have activities for the residents.I like knowing she is happy with the care. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

My mother was a resident at Southern Manor Living Center from May 22, 2017 until her death on July 9, 2017. During that time she received loving and compassionate care. The facility was always clean, the food served was exceptional, and the nurses and staff were always kind, efficient and caring.

I am so pleased with the care my mother is getting at Greenfield Senior Living of Berryville. The staff is so very friendly, accommodating in fact when my mother requested to be moved to a single room and they were able to make it happen for her. The activities they offer are perfect for the residents and my mother enjoys being a part of them, like the exercise classes, bingo and much more along with the great field trips. My mom said that the food is delicious, every thing is very clean. I would have no problem recommending Greenfield Senior Living of Berryville to my friends and family at all.

I liked that this community worked with me to get her examined and to see if she could fly. The had a sister branch in my aunt's state, so a staff went to assess her. In the beginning I had some small issues like not saving a meal for my sleeping aunt or they were not checking or changing her before the night shift left. On the weekend I make sure they put her to bed better because the staff can lack at times. She is adjusted now and everybody there looks happy. They had a party for the residents with family and jazz music was playing for entertainment. A Place For Mom made it possible for me to relocate her, I was trying to move her.
