Our tour with The Birches was great. It was a very nice facility but was out of my loved ones price range.

We had a great tour with Traditions of Lansdale, the facility was very nice but it ended up being out of my loved ones price range.

Traditions was the first community our family went to go see and after we left we cancelled all other tours. Traditions is clean, homey and everyone is very friendly. From our understanding our loved one is enjoying the meals, she has yet to complain. Our loved one has early signs of dementia so sometimes it is hard to get a straight answer from her, but by the looks of it they have good activities and the activities director is very nice. The value for is cost is pretty good.

Our family had an in person tour and the community was really nice, but because of the size we thought it might be too overwhelming for our loved one. We also thought because its so big, the personal one-on-one care wouldn't be there as much. However, the community was still really nice and very clean.

This was a very nice community and I thought about putting my loved one here. It was very clean and they had a lot of long term staff that were still with them.

I toured this facility recently while looking for a place for my aunt. She is currently at an Independent community and we are looking to make a change soon. I am always skeptical at reviews online, but can tell you that the reviews for The Birches really are accurate and it is a great place! Finally found the place for my Aunt once the time comes.

I am so very grateful for the very loving professional ,caring, excellent, care my parents have received from the nursing staff and Director of nursing at Cardinal Village. They have always gone over and beyond to be sure my parents always have had the best care 24 seven . The peace of mind I have to know such excellent care and concern has been and is given to my loved ones is something I am so very grateful for. The wonderful nursing staff and Director of nursing at Cardinal Village I do not take for granted , I am very thankful for them every single day .

I recently began my employment here at The Birches and I could not be happier! From the interview process with [name removed], which was the very first time that I had interviewed for a job in about 13 years, my experience could not have been more pleasant and welcoming. I knew after the first 5 minutes that I would love nothing more than to work here! The management under our Executive Director, [name removed], is nothing short of incredible. I already feel as though this is my home. The residents are all so sweet and I love to interact with them whenever I am at work. The facility is gorgeous and has such a warm and home-like feel. We are growing and it is very exciting to be a part of this amazing team!! Our entire care staff takes impeccable care of our residents and the residents all seem very happy and content. We recommend Belle Reve Memory Care in Milford, PA. Over the past three years we have witnessed a profound change in our loved relative's personality and attitude as she has progressed from agitation and anxiety to a place of serenity and peace. We have personally witnessed the kindness and professionalism of the staff who interact without relative, from personal aides to physical therapists, activities and culinary staff, as well as ancillary staff including receptionists who often visit to chat with her. She participates in activities, celebrations and planned events as well, and her health remains excellent at age 92. Her sense of security, dignity and her charming personality have been restored by the caring attention she receives at Belle Reve. We are enormously grateful to all of the staff and especially to the Director of Memory Care, Simone Thomas, for the excellent care our relative enjoys and for the peace of mind which we enjoy. I couldn't be happier with the excellent Care my father has been given by the nursing staff and Director of Nursing of Cardinal Village . They have always gone over and beyond to help in every way . I am so very grateful to have such excellent care 24 seven for my Dad. Having the peace of mind that my dad is being given the best care ~ and always professional always very caring is something I am very grateful for everyday .

My mother in law has been a resident for over five years. She has received outstanding care all along the way. And when she transitioned to the unit where she needed much more care we were informed all along the way what that would entail. Also [name removed] was very helpful making sure we had the right hospice care. My wife could not feel better about where her mother is! They go out of there way to make sure the resident AMD family are completely satisfied!

Cardinal Village is a wonderful community with kind, caring staff. The care given to residents is excellent. My mother was in another assisted living and the care here is so much better. They have actually nurses here to care for the residents. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Your relatives will be well cared for here as they go over and above for all their residents and they treat them with love and respect.

We chose Hope Center because I really felt good about the place when I went in. It was the first place I went and I felt at ease immediately. I was completely comfortable from the get go. They are some of the kindest people I have ever met, they really were concerned and helpful the whole time she was here. I would absolutely recommend to others.

Heritage Hill has done an excellent job of taking care of my father. The entire staff has been a joy to work with. Their professionalism and care for my father is second to none. Each department cares very much about my dad and shows kindness and compassion to him. If you are in need of a special place for a loved one, I highly recommend this facility AND team. It was such a difficult choice to move my mom into assisted living. I did my due diligence and researched and visited several places and Cardinal Village stood out by far. The staff is amazing! I was really impressed with how long everyone has worked there. Many staff members have been there for over 15 years. They have a full nursing staff which I did not find at other communities. That really spoke to me. You get such a sense of community as soon as you walk through the front door. Everyone was so helpful with the move-in process and that made it so much less stressful for both me and mom. Mom fit right in. She participates in activities every day. She loves the food. She especially loves her screened patio and sits outside all the time. I am so glad that we decided on Cardinal Village. I know that mom is in great hands and I don’t have to worry about her at all!

Dad loves living at Cardinal Village!!! He is so happy. He has made so many friends and can't wait to go to meals, different activities, out on the bus... It has been a life saver for him. He has a full apartment with a screed in patio and he loves to sit outside. Everyday he goes on and on about staff and the other residents. Prior to moving him here he was so lonely and isolated, not anymore, he's just thriving. We looked at 6 other communities and chose Cardinal Village because it was so warm and friendly and had the best feeling. The staff is so friendly and helpful! We definitely made the right choice!!!

They've were excellent for us. I wish Mom would have had more time there, but she definitely liked it there, which I didn't think she would. She liked the other residents and the staff who worked with her, including the people who did her exercises and things with her. I think the value was definitely better than a lot of other places.

This was a good community. It has smaller rooms and further from family.

The staff are attentive. They seem to be caring towards the clients. They have activities daily in the day room. They watch television together, and have different community events. They provide tactile stimulation in the form of puzzles and crayons and coloring books. Recently they had a sparkling wine and cheese event in the afternoon.

The decision to move my mother into a memory care facility was not an easy one. My father had hoped to keep her at home as long as possible but, as her situation worsened, we had to do what was best for her. Heritage Hill made that decision so easy. From the moment I began communicating with [name removed], I knew this would be a good fit. When we toured the facility, we knew for sure. Mom has been at Heritage Hill for three months now, and ever visit proves that she is safe, happy and well cared for. [name removed], [name removed] and staff are so friendly, patient and kind. I HIGHLY recommend.
