We picked this community, because of the location, and it's close to my home.. It's a great place. I guess they are all pricey, but I would definitely recommend it. It's about 15 min further away but the cost is much more affordable for whats in the bank.

Am invited regularly to join in activities without too much pressure.

A lot of different options and planning is well thought out. All activities are made to order for the residents.

Person in charge easy to talk with about ideas for new activities and general conversation. Always willing tolisten.

During my four years as a resident, my residency has been well served and satisfactory.

We picked this community, because of the location, care provided, and locked memory care The food is great, and it's personalized to meet the residents needs. The staff are very good, compassionate. I would definitely recommend this place to others .

The care at Wilson Manor was excellent. My family member felt like she was at home there. They stayed in contact with the family about everything. She was moved in within a week from our first visit. The biggest selling point to her was that she could keep her puppy there. She told them that was where she wanted to die. She passed away there on [date removed]. Hospice was able to be there just a few days before her death. She got her wish - to die there. We were struggling uphill to get her to go to assisted living. She walked in there feeling at home. They were like family to her during her short stay. That was so assuring to us as a family.

if you have a loved one who needs care, Commonwealth Senior Living at Berryville is a good place to go! They communicate so well with family members.

Sales and Marketing Director [name removed], Memory Care Director [name removed, and the Business Office Director [name removed] - All of them were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accessible. I have not eaten here myself so that is hard to rate. The activities all look great, but unfortunately due to my loved ones dementia she does not participate in them.

Everyone is so helpful and kind. Mom is doing so much better in this environment. Thanks!

Wonderful care, wonderful staff.

My family and loved one had a wonderful experience with Traditions of Cross Keys. The staff are always available when the family has a question or issue. They are quick to answer our questions, and make sure we understand the reasons. The staff are kind and caring to the residents and family members. Everyone is very friendly. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

We can't say enough about the compassionate care our mother has received. The kindness and thorough care is exactly what she needs. The staff truly cares and is loving.

From the time I opened the front door and the receptionist greeted us until the time we left, we are so blessed to have all the staff so dedicated and compassionate. My uncle truly is blessed

Staff are very friendly and caring. The director of sales and marketing is awesome. The nursing staff is on top of all the patients. They noticed a change in my Dad that required him to go to the ER. They notified me immediately and made arrangements for him to be transported. There are daily activities for the residents so they aren't just sitting alone in their rooms. Although residents have the option to eat in their rooms, meals are served in the dining room, and tables have linen table cloths and napkins. Servers take your order and serve the food and beverages. Menu changes daily. There is also an all day menu with items like burgers and hot dogs. The staff really gets to know the residents so it feels like a family environment. The grounds are gorgeous and residents are able to go outside to enjoy. I'm very thankful, happy and blessed that my dad is there and thriving! For the most part my experience has been positive. Where there were concerns, I was able to discuss with staff and have them quickly resolved.

Overall, I would rate it at 5. Cleanliness at 5. Friendliness at 5. Quality of care at 5. As far as food, I really can't say, I wasn't exposed to any of their meals, but considering how well everything else was, I have no doubt that their meals were good. My mom is a diabetic and they did have her on a diabetic diet. As for activities, I would rate it at 5, I know they have many activities to keep their patients "entertained", such as exercise classes, art classes, and bingo to name a few. Now as for the value, I would rate it at 4/5. Personally I thought it was kind of expensive but you know the old saying, "you get what you pay for" and this place was just fabulous. The place was one level and the rooms were quite spacious. Mom's room has hard wood floors and really nice (large) windows looking out to beautiful gardens and trees. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an assisted living place for their family member. I should also say that there is a male nurse who runs the facility and he is truly wonderful, he really cares about his patients and goes out of his way to help in any way he can. I've even told him before that he's the best thing that ever happened to CommonWealth Assisted Living.

All the staff was very friendly and very attentive to my mom's needs and to our family. The housekeeping was excellent and my mom's Memory Care room was kept immaculate. The rest of the facility was kept immaculate, as well. My mom always had clean clothes on. If she spilled something on herself then they would change her clothes. If I had any questions at all I could contact the Director, who was also wonderful to communicate with and she was professional. The meals were quality, nutritious meal that my mom received. They even had parties with activities and our family always was invited. I would highly recommend this facility. My mom couldn't have received better care than at Commonwealth Cockeysville Memory Care unit. I am very grateful to all of them.

I absolutely love Commonwealth Senior Living, the people who work there are really great, and the nurse in charge, who happens to be a guy, [name removed] is just wonderful, he is so kind and helpful, and really seems to care about their patients, he is genuinely a fine man! The rooms are quite spacious, some with hardwood floors and some with carpeting, you can choose which one you would prefer to have for your mom (or your dad) to have. It's on the smaller side, with not too many people, plus it's all on one floor, no stairs. I chose a room with hardwood floors and it's really beautiful, a nice size room, which my mom really likes. I would definitely refer anyone to this place if they were looking for an assisted living place for their parents, I can only say good things about it.

Commonwealth Senior Living at Berryville has been a great experience so far. Our loved one has a private room there. The staff members have made great efforts to do things with the residents. All of the staff members are so caring. Our loved one and myself were very satisfied with this community after visiting.

It smelled fresh and clean. The food was absolutely wonderful, and they had homecooked meals. The people were as kind as can be. They were just fabulous. They had Bingo, and went above and beyond to get the residents to participate. The value for the money was worth every dime.
