My mother was only there for less than a month. Didn't really have a chance to get a full community experience in that short time. Even though it was a short experience, it was a good experience.

All the staff are so caring and wonderful with my husband!

My mother has been here for 6 weeks and I am very pleased with her care. The staff is very helpful and supportive.

I could not have been happier with this facility. They were absolutely fantastic, I could not have asked for anyone to have been any more compassionate or caring than these people. I recommended them today to someone. My loved one passed in a weeks time from when he went in..... so compassionate and he didn't want to go to a home but went on and on how much he liked these people and how good they were. Literally couldn't think of anything they could have done that they did not do. He wasn't eating and we mentioned he had eaten pinto beans and liked one day..... the cook literally went home and cooked him some for the next day. They brought us drinks, snacks, etc plus meals since we didn't want to leave him. So kind and loving to him. Commonwealth was very respectful when our loved one passed... because he was a Veteran he was wrapped in flag and escorted out by crematory that picked him up.... they shut down the elevator so we could have privacy and escort him out. I can't express how pleased we were with them.

I would tell others to certainly come and visit Woodland Creek. The staff is knowledgeable and care for patients with memory care issues. Mom's room is always clean, and mom is happy. There is plenty of staff in all areas available to address mom's needs.

We did not realize from just the tour that they could not handle advanced stages of Alzheimer's care. The day we went, she was having a good day. She needed more help one on one than they give. It is a very nice place though.

it's a great relief to go to a place you actually trust and where you feel you're getting good care. The Phoenix has been a blessing to us, and I highly recommend them.

We have been very pleased with this facility and feel like we made a great decision in moving Mom into this facility! We have found every single staff member to be friendly, helpful, and truly caring! You never get the feeling of "that's not my job" from anyone there; even those in administrative positions are very interactive with the residents, sometimes even pitching in to help serve meals or clear tables. They do whatever is needed. There are many activities offered each month including trips outside the facility for those who choose to participate. These include exercise classes, music performances, Bingo, cards, monthly birthday parties, weekly manicures/pedicures, movies, shopping trips, lunches at nearby restaurants. Since we are close to KC, there were "watch parties" for the recent Super Bowl and celebration parade. My mother thinks the food is wonderful! There is always a daily special offered, but residents also have alternative choices if they do not want the special. Meals are served during an hour and a half "window" which gives residents some time flexibility. Fresh fruit and snacks are also always available in the front living room area! The only area I could possibly criticize would be housekeeping, and it really is not a bad problem. Mother's room is cleaned once/week which includes light dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning her bathroom, and emptying her trash. There have been a few times when her bathroom & trash needed to be addressed more than just once/week, but we have found that if we just set her trash outside her door, someone takes care of it! Our family has been very pleased with mother's care and we would definitely recommend Oak Pointe of Kearney! It is not a cheap place to live, but it is a place where residents receive attention and quality care.

The staff, keeps you informed and very caring with the residents. They keep them busy with the activities. My loved one enjoys the crafts, the balloon game, and they also have people come in. It's more affordable, than the previous place. It is great, and the workers are so caring.

Our experience has been great! The staff has really made her feel welcome. She really enjoys all of the creative activities they come up with. Especially the outings outside of the center they have an opportunity to do. Also, if the menu does not appeal for that day, they give the resident alternative options.

In my experience, Keepsake Village has the ability to care for dementia patients more comprehensively than the com n the market. They have an enhanced licensure that lets them keep folks longer. It is definitely the best long-term solution I have found and this is our second memory care facility experience. I would absolutely recommend Keepsake Village to other families looking for memory care.

My loved one was there a short period of time. My loved one enjoyed it here. The staff was very helpful and responsive. There was zero complaints, and we were impressed. My loved one was happy with the activities. It was a better value for the money. After my loved one passed, the community reached out, and they did a good job after she passed. I would recommend to other families.

It's an amazing place for your loved one. I like how friendly the staff are.

This is a place I would recommend you check out for your loved one. The staff are wonderful and friendly to work with. The staff communication has been great with the family. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and it is a dining room. If the resident doesn't like what is being served the staff are willing to accommodate a request made by the resident.

My husband has Alzheimer's and I could no longer cope with him at home. At Belle Reve, he is safe and comfortable! We are so lucky to have Belle Reve.

What sticks out the most to me about The Hearth at Greenpoint would be the very caring staff members. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

I cannot think of anything that would not be 5 stars based off of our experience with them. The stability of staff and the fact that the staff truly cares about their residents is what sticks out the most to us. I would definitely recommend Franklin Manor to others looking.

We have been very pleased with the facility! All personnel have been compassionate and concerned and extremely helpful! My friend raves about the food and activities! Thank you to all!
