As a health care professional, I was very picky about who I could trust with my mother’s care. My mom is living her best life at Cardinal Village. The longevity of their staff really impressed me when I was touring, they had multiple staff members that had been there for over 15, even 20 years and not just any staff but actual nurses. This was not the case at other communities that I toured. The continuity of care from the same staff members is so important to my mom’s care. They treat my mom with true love and respect. Making the decision to move your parent to Assisted Living is very difficult. I know that I made the right choice when I chose Cardinal Village. Thank you to all of your staff for providing my mom with the best care and making her so happy!

Commonwealth Senior Living is a very clean and well organized community. The staff have been very good helping our loved one with pretty much whatever she needs, if she pushes her little help button they are pretty much there immediately. Sometimes our loved one complains about the meals because they are not homemade, but then other days she absolutely raves about them. Overall she is happy she is getting three squared meals a day. The activities are over the top - the other day they had a kickball contest, they play different card games and board games, they also have this bowling area. There is a link that families can go to to see pictures of their loved ones participating in different activities. The value for the money is excellent and we would most definitely recommend this community to other families.

From the first day we walked into Cardinal Village, we witnessed an extended family and community helping us care for our loved one. At the beginning of our independent living decision search, we toured many places. While chandeliers, under-utilized swimming pools and three-story dining windows were showcased, none had the caring family feel mentioned above. Like fresh air, we found great attitudes, flexibility, and a willingness to do more than any specific job requirement.

Not only is my father-in-law happy and being well taken care of most importantly I got my wife back!!!! There were so many sleepless nights that my wife spent at her dad’s house. We were constantly worried whether he was ok it. We would get constant phone calls. We don’t have to worry anymore that care is exceptional and most importantly he’s happy! Thank you to all the staff!

We picked this community because, It looked like the best around after visiting a few others. It has been a great experience, very professional, friendly, good health care, great communication, great employees,my loved one has excelled there. We could not have asked for anything better.

Belle Reve was a home to my mother. From the first day she walked into the facility she felt at home. She made friends with the other residents and the staff very quickly. I recommend Belle Reve to many people.

I would recommend the community to other for their loved ones. The staff are good at keeping the family updated on my loved one. Some of the activities available include singing, music, chair exercises, field trips, and more for the residents to choose from. They have a family portal called smile, and will update what your loved one has been participating in and they upload photos of your loved one as well. Some of the care the community is able to provide includes: medication management, bathing, and dressing assistance.

We are so thankful we found Cardinal Village. Our mom loves her new home, her new friends and the staff. The staff are helpful, caring, happy and truly loving! We are so happy to her smiling all the time and hear the happiness in her voice. The nurses are incredible, and the care could not be better.

Place was friendly. Family member is adjusting and glad to be here. Aides and staff very helpful and kind. Family member speaks very well on caregivers.

They had an exercise group, and the price is the same as other places but they offered less care, that was needed for my loved one.

Heritage Hill gets 5 stars for everything! What sticks out about this facility is the communication and the care that they give their residents. We would highly recommend them.
