Belle Reve has been a fantastic place. It is spotlessly clean. The staff and the care are very good. It's just a very nice place.

Everyone was so nice and serviceable. It was a pleasure on my first visit with family. I felt so comfortable. Everyone was so professional. Everything was kept clean.

Belle Reve offers the best of what one would want in a care facility. My dad is excited to be here.

Everyone here has been very nice and caring. We haven't had any issues here at all. The food looks pretty good. The nurses are especially helpful. Communication with the family is good. I'd say it's probably one of the best valued places in the area. Housekeeping and laundry is once a week. Housekeeping is good, we've had a couple of issues with things getting lost in the laundry. They're great about all of the activities that they offer, my loved one really enjoys them. I would recommend them to family and friends, I would choose them for myself if and when that time comes!

I'm very happy with her stay at Belle Reve! Hope at some point some of the stuff could be upgraded, very old and some pieces are even broken. Other than that all is good.

My FIL moved into Berryville Commonwealth in September 2022 and it has been a wonderful experience for him and us! In the beginning I was talking with Paul trying to make a decision of what was best for Garland. [name removed] was caring and address all of my concerns. The staff is wonderful about having activities to keep everyone busy. All the staff knows everyone by name and about each person so they can communicate with them. If you are looking for a loving caring place for you love one this is for sure a wonderful place!

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. After my loved one moved into the community, my loved one has settled in nicely and is able to move around on their own. There is a good activities calendar for the residents to participate in. The staff are quick to respond to requests from the family or residents.

The community doesn't have a limit to how many guest can visit. They are short staffed which is an issue across the board.

my experience with Belle Reve has been amazing since my first time

My mother was placed approximately two months ago in memory care of this facility and recently passed away. During her brief stay, I found the faciliy to offer an array of actitivities for the residents to keep them busy and involved. Place is clean and staff friendly. My mother was always clean. Meals were nutritious. Always felt she was safe. Placing a loved one is never an easy decision. Based on my mother's brief stay, I would recommend this particular facility.

I have recommend this community to several people. The community is so clean, bright and cheerful. My loved one is the happiest she has been in 45 years. The community is wonderful and everyone feels like family. The have bingo, movie nights, have live entertainment, and they keep the residents active. MY loved one is up and active and living her best life.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice tour experience, and their staff has periodically continued to follow up with our family and check in on us to see how we are doing.

I love everything about Cardinal Village. I picked this community because, when I walked into Cardinal Village I felt like I wanted to live here. It was a happy place. What I love most about Cardinal Village is, the friendly people and it's very clean. They offer, Bingo, poker, dominoes and many other games and activities

Everything seems to be working out well. much better fit for her in assisted living rather than memory care Staff all seems wonderful. The nurse is amazing. [name removed] the marketing director really makes a point to get to know your name and is genuinely concerned with what is going on. She enjoys the activities and the outings and she has many more people to talk to and interact with. The salon seems to be a saving grace for many residents. The lady who works the salon is fantastic and really gets to know the residents.

I had a great tour experience with Heritage Hill Senior Community, it came down to this facility and another we were looking at. My initial thought was the smaller the better due to my husbands behaviors. I asked them what would be a reason you would make a resident move out and they said only if that person was violent. It did seem like it was very organized and they had an activities schedule.

A neighbor of my Mothers found this location as I live out of state have been away from Albany for over 30 years. [name removed]and I communicated by phone and text for about a week. Upon moving my Mother in from the beginning the Staff, Nurses and others were Awesome.I highly recommend Phoenix of Albany.

I have just moved my mom in from another facility. Through this while process everyone has been very helpful in making my mother's transition smooth. I am hopeful she will settle in well here.

We were trying to find the right Independent Living Community for our parents. After doing a lot of research and touring several communities we were amazed when we waked into Cardinal Village. It was so warm and welcoming. There was energy and life everywhere. My parents spoke to several of the residents, and they all said that they were very happy at Cardinal Village. One couple told us that they had lived there for 17 years and couldn’t be happier. We knew then and there that this was the place for them. Mom and dad have been there for almost two years no and Cardinal Village has not disappointed us. They are so happy and active. The staff is very friendly and just overly amazing. We really have comfort in knowing that mom and dad are there. They have a full one bedroom apartment that includes a kitchen and a screened in patio that they really enjoy. We knew when we walked in the door this was the place for them!
