It was an excruciating decision to have to place my formerly very independent aunt into assisted living. We looked at many facilities and this one was tops. The staff are very involved and know the families as well. I am always greeted and updated on anything should the need arise. They know who belongs to each resident and it’s comforting to know they take such interest in each resident’s family. It means to me that they take such interest in each resident and they do. They are very approachable and you can always talk to them about concerns either yours or your loved ones. They are particularly adapt at comforting the family on this painful decision and process, it’s not an easy one even if you know it’s what’s best for your loved one. You can tour the facility and ask whatever questions you may have. Rest assured if you select belle reve you and your loved one will both be happy. If your loved one is in assisted living they can even bring their furry companion with them!

Belle Reve has been a home away from home for me. There is a feeling of warmth by the staff, care givers, social directors and dining room workers. Cleanliness is ever present here. My room and the entire facility appear to have constant attention as to cleanliness. I have enjoyed the social and varied activities here. Having had physical problems has left me with a feeling of anxiety. I now have a feeling of safety and well being. I am thankful to have found a place for me to enjoy as I age.

My mothers really likes the place . Easy transition for her . It’s very clean and the staff is wonderful to her and all the residents They have fun activities for them to do each day . They are helpful to everyone’s needs.

Viva Senior Living is a small community and at any time I can text the people that are directly taking care of my mother. I get answers quickly. [name removed] [name removed] . And [name removed] are awesome. Also, they have a support group for memory care which is extremely helpful

My mother just entered Belle Reve’s assisted living unit. This very difficult decision was made easier by the outstanding staff at Belle Reve. My mother has received such a warm welcoming and I am confident that she is being well cared for. She enjoys many fun activities each day - kudos to the activities staff!

Staff is friendly and professional. Always so helpful and supportive. The staff is very caring, concerned and respectful to my aunt, who is a resident here. The physical setting looks like a hotel; clean and upkeep is constant.

I found the staff at Commonwealth Senior Living at Oak Ridge to be friendly and helpful. The move in process was easy and they helped by finding a mover for us. I didn't eat there, but the meals looked good. The cleanliness and quality of care were great. The value for cost was also great. I would recommend this facility to others as the residents always seemed to be enjoying their time there.

My both parents were residents of Heritage Hill for over 2 years and received excellent care. The staff was very kind and compassionate towards them. I was very well pleased with their care and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Main reasons we chose Viva Senior Living at Harrisburg was because staff were attentive, their willingness to provide a bed, dresser, nightstand free of charge if we didn't have on. Amenable to suggestions related to activities and room setup. Staff is very attentive and friendly. One aid took it upon herself to buy me a basket. They are open to suggestions for activities.

My loved one is currently a resident at Traditions of Cross Keys. The staff are extremely friendly and dedicated to making our loved one comfortable and safe. They have made this terrible situation a little less painful for me. My loved one is bed ridden, so I can't honestly give a rating on the activities.

the Heritage Hill senior living community offers many exciting programs for their residents and for the public. As soon as you pull into their drive way it is very warm and welcoming. They are always involved with helping provide the best health care for our small town of Weatherly. They will do anything to help you feel comfortable. They are out in the community working with other health care providers to extend services to our seniors. I have been at many of their programs and they offer top notch educational and wellness opportunities. I also need to mention that they always provide excellent food and if you are lucky you might even win a prize. Great job to all that are involved with Heritage Hill community

I feel [name removed] is doing a wonderful job my mom, that she takes excellent care of her and actually cares for her. My mom interacts with her well and cares for her in her way. It means a great deal to me and is a relief to know my mom is being taken care of.

Each staff member deserves special recognition, but I would like to offer special thanks to one of the employees who assists my wife [name removed] on a continual basis. I want to acknowledge the continued and much appreciated support that [name removed] (not sure of last name) is providing for my wife [name removed]. She keeps me updated on [name removed] needs and updates me on her recent behavior when I come to visit. Please extend my highest compliments to [name removed] for her hard work. My wife was a resident at Heritage Hill's Shepherd's Garden. The staff of Heritage Hill and especially those in Shepherd's Garden were absolutely the best. The entire facility and my wife's room were immaculately kept. Housekeeping and laundry did a great job. Activities were provided for the residents daily. The staff of Shepherds Garen were always available for any questions or concerns. They would take immediate action for issues when needed. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the care that my wife received while at Heritage Hill's Shepherd's Garden.

They were wonderful in every category. My wife got excellent care the 5 and half months she was there. I couldn't be more pleased with Keepsake Village and based on the experience we had with the community, we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

I would say that out of all the facilities I've been to that this one out ranks them all for appearance, cleanliness and staff. It's very upscale. The room sizes in assisted living are great and they have many wonderful amenities offered for the residents. I would highly recommend The Retreat at Gaffney.

My Mother is currently a resident at Belle Reve Senior Living Community and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and quality of care are also great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Clean, friendly, warm. Welcomed as family .Many activities. Clients are very friendly.

Commonwealth is a good residential advanced stage dementia/ Alzheimer's facility. The grounds and overall building are nice, and the programming is excellent for end stage dementia patients.

What sticks out most about The Hearth at Greenpoint is the consistent staff and care. They offer different floor plans and levels of care. We looked at almost every facility in the area. The Hearth at Greenpoint was the only one with a two bedroom apt and full kitchen, plus located near family. Also offered enhanced assisted living at a reasonable cost.
