I investigated a number of options when trying to find a place for my Dad. Greenfield seemed to be the best by far. I found the staff to be well informed, professional and seemed to care deeply about what they do. He has been there a while now I am extremely happy with the level of care he is receiving. Its a relief to know that hes in good hands!

I have found the employees of Greenfield to be caring and kind. They treat my mom with dignity and respect. On numerous occasions I have witnessed them go above and beyond in their care of her. Its a relief to know that she's in capable hands!

The community gives a warm, welcoming, inviting and clean presence. The staff has been very open, knowledgeable, kind and eager to be of to be of assistance, as well as very professional and efficient.

My father has been a resident at Greenfield for over two years. The staff is remarkable and treats him with great care and kindness. It's so comforting to know he's treated with dignity and love.

I am very happy with the level of care provided by Greenfield. My mom has been at this community for 7 weeks now and she is well provided for and happy. She now has a circle of new friends and an active social life, something that had been lacking in her life for a number of years.

Greenfield at Berryville has been very interesting. At one point they seem to have a few issues but was always encouraged how quickly they resolved them. Now it seems as though the place runs like clockwork. My mother loves this community. I highly recommend Greenfield at Berryville to anyone wanting a comfortable, caring place for a family member you love.

I was somewhat familiar with this community as my mother’s good friend was a resident there some years back. However, I was not prepared for the changes (to the good) that have taken place. It is a beautiful place and just small enough to be friendly. The residents appear to be friendly and I could not help but notice that there are several veterans who live there.

My father has resided at this community a little over four months. I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff for the attentive and professional care they have demonstrated. He is really happy there and has made a number of new friends. There really is a feeling of community between staff and residents! Thank you!

This community has been wonderful for my great aunt. The staff is friendly and compassionate. They take great care to make sure she is clean and in a healthy safe environment. The quality of her life has improved so much since moving to this community since she had difficulty taking care of herself.

I thoroughly researched a number of communities before deciding on Greenfield Senior Living At Cockeysville. The home was recommended to me by a friend whose mother spent the last two years of her life there. She said that her mother loved the place and always had a smile on her face when she visited. My sister has now been there three months and could not be happier. The care is exceptional and there is a wonderful sense of community between the staff and residents.

Over the passed five years two relatives have lived in this community. First my Aunt who sadly passed away a couple of years ago and now my mom who moved in six months ago. Overall, we are extremely happy with the quality of the home and level of care provided. Greenfield Senior Living is homely and the atmosphere is relaxed and informal. Overall, a thoroughly excellent care home. The staff are caring and their residents are treated with dignity. There are many activities to keep the residents occupied and the facilities are in great shape and kept clean. My father is extremely happy there!

At Greenfield Senior Living I have found the staff to be professional, supportive and caring in every way. Management is always approachable and willing to assist with everything. Most importantly Greenfield Senior Living provides a high standard of care, not only physically but also socially and emotionally. I would therefore highly recommend Greenfield Senior Living to anyone considering long term care.

However, it is how the management addresses (or does not address) these issues that is a true testament as to the integrity and quality of a company. I am pleased to say that Greenfield went over and above board to alleviate and rectify my concerns and for this reason I am giving them 5 stars!

Greenfield is a beautiful yet homey facility with friendly and caring staff.

After several weeks of a hospital stay we recognized we were not able to bring our father home. We struggled with finding a place that would accept him due to his agitation and aggression. God answered our prayers when we were led to The Hope Center in Fayetteville, GA. They welcomed him with open arms and worked to make him feel at home and at ease. The staff is very engaging and reaches out to the families of their residents to ensure a smooth transition. We were so impressed with the level of care and the cleanliness of the facility that we didn’t hesitate to move our mother there a few weeks later when she expressed she wanted to be near our father so she could visit him daily. We’ve seen first hand the love they have for our parents and for our family. The facility is set up with villages based on resident needs and capabilities. This works wonderful for our parents. While our father is now advanced in his disease, our mother was diagnosed more than two years ago but remains “happy forgetful” as we call it. We know each parent is receiving the level of care needed for their stage of Alzheimer’s. Our mother is able to participate in activities, games, arts and crafts with the staff and residents and enjoys programs and services available to her. Getting her hair washed and set by a beautician on site is one highlight of her week. The staff accompanies her to visit with our father and keeps her safe and manages her medication. The full staff, from the front office, to the care givers, the maintenance and support staff even to the kitchen staff greet our parents by name with kind words and love. They’ve made themselves available to answer questions, discuss any concerns and always gives more than we ever expected in terms of love, kindness and care to our parents and our family. If you are looking for a clean, safe and loving place for a parent or relative, we challenge you to visit The Hope Center. We are certain you will not be disappointed.

I am truly overwhelmed by the caring and compassion that exists at Hope Center Memory Care in Fayetteville. Everyone goes above and beyond to provide care not only for the residents, but for the family as well. At Hope Center, the caring and professional approach, the individualized care plans that foster growth in the resident’s cognitive abilities, the care that encompasses the entire individual, and the multitude of activities that keep the residents engaged, has truly been a blessing for my Mom. She has spoken more in the last few weeks than she has in the last six years. I may not understand all she is talking about, however, that she talks and is more engaged is such a blessing. We actually sang some Christmas carols together last week! The fact that my mom smiles a lot now and that she seems truly happy is just priceless to me. I cannot thank everyone enough for all they have done for my family and I during a most difficult time and for so graciously answering my many questions. Also, I thank you for providing mom with the option of respite care during the crisis period when I could not adequately care for her at her home and prior to her transitioning to resident status. When I enter Hope Center Memory Care, I feel like I am home with family. I am forever thankful, grateful, and blessed to have been referred to Hope Center by someone I had never even met in person.
