I was not ready to put my mom in a memory care unit, however, when it was necessary, I chose Heritage Hill. Everyone there knew how I felt about not being able to keep my mom home. They were wonderful to me and were so great with taking care of my mother. She loved everyone there. I got to know all of the staff members and loved every one of them. I can’t praise them enough and I’m so grateful for the care and support my mother received. They are the best from the top management to the best staff in the world. They treat every resident as if they were a member of their own family. The greatest group of caregivers/friends ever.

I must say from the first phone call [name removed] was awesome. After spending two full days on the phone call facilities, Cardinal Village was the most warm and welcoming. Dad has his own apartment, which we were able to make his home away from home. It was [name removed] who suggested a hospice evaluation to see exactly what dad's needs would be. It's only been a short time that dad has been at Cardinal Village, but I feel in my heart that it was the best decision my family and I could have made in such a short amount of time. When the rehab facility tells you that dad is being discharged in two days and he can longer live on his own without 24 hour assistance, Cardinal came to our aid. The aids and nurses are wonderful and take care of dad just like he is their "pop" too.

heard about Cardinal village from other medical personnel, as well as people who have family there. I was impressed with how highly they spoke of this place. Additionally, and even more so when I talk to the residenythey were all happy and complementary. That’says alot. We just feel very comfortable and the stress level is so much better since we’ve had my father and my mother-in-law in two different areas of Cardinal. It is truly not the fanciest around, but it’s homey and people there care for the residents. This gives us as a family great peace of mind.

My mom was welcomed into the Cardinal Village community the first time she walked in for her initial tour. We were provided with the information that helped us make an informed decision. She loves her apartment and enjoys the food. The residents are welcoming to the newbies and the staff members are so kind. We are very happy that we found a safe and happy place for our mom!

My visit to Cardinal Village was very enjoyable. [name removed] was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, and the residents and staff were all very friendly. The Assisted living accommodations are surprisingly large and comfortable in appearance. I am looking forward to Cardinal Village being my future home.

From [name removed] and [name removed] making the initial experience so smooth to all the staff that made my dad's time there special, it just was a good experience. I live out of state and to have that level of communication and care gave me the peace of mind I didn't have prior.

The overall experience has been very good so far. The cleanliness is good, the friendliness of staff as well as the care services is also very good. When it comes to the meals and dining service it seems adequate, but have not visited during meal times. There are plenty of different activities for the residents to participate in. It is pricey but there is piece of mind.

I came to Cardinal Village in Sewell, nj with a heavy heart and a sick father. That was barely a month ago. Today, I am smiling and Dad is thriving. The staff from all levels of employment there were more supportive than I imagined. Thank you all

Mom’s been at Heritage Hill for a year now and I am so grateful for the excellent care she is receiving. The attentive staff, the numerous activities, and good food have all made a big difference in my mother’s quality of life. What a relief to know she is happy, well cared for, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Heritage Hill.

Seneca Terrace is very supportive and approachable regarding any questions or concerns. Always willing to assist however they can. It is a family friendly atmosphere. They understand the challenges of their residents and work with the family to best meet their needs.

I highly recommend it. We picked this community, because it is a small and personalized with a homey atmosphere.

After visiting several memory care facilities, I decided to place my husband at Heritage Hill, Shepherd’s garden. During my tour of the facility, I was impressed by the staff at this unit- they were pleasant and nice while performing their work. The person conducting the tour was extremely knowledgeable and had given me accurate description of the place and the services they provide to residents. The staff were always welcoming during my visit and were very helpful whenever I call. They answered questions I have on how my husbands day went. The staff are caring and compassionate and they did a great job to make my husband comfortable and cared for during his stay. I would usually visit my husband during mealtime so I could help feed him. I noticed staff’s dedication in helping residents who are either unable to or have difficulty feeding themselves. They’re attentive to residents needs. In addition, the rooms Shepherd’s Garden are nice, clean and spacious.

I love that my mom is cared for like family and she says she should have moved in years ago..she has lots of friends and staff that love and care for her. Mom recently was away for a bit but when she returned she welcomed back by her family and friends…I am not sure who was smiling more

My mom has been a resident in the assisted living section of Traditions of Crosskeys for a little over 2 and half years. We chose this place because of the size. We felt it would be an easy place for mom to find her way around. The staff here has been very nice to our mom and to us. The directors and nurses are always there to answer any questions or concerns. I would say most if not all the staff knows mom by her first name. The diningroom staff even knows what she likes and dislikes. Mom truly is happy there. She has made friends, even if she doesn't remember their names. Enjoys the activities they have. There is a very nice hairdresser, that does a really nice haircut, perms and coloring. I enjoy visiting mom there, I'm even allowed to bring our very friendly family dog with me to visit. There are a few of the other residents that like visiting with our dog as well. All in all Traditions of Crosskeys is a great place that offers a lot to their residents!

A very difficult decision to move Mom to assisted living, but also the best decision I made. She's safe, cared for and eats better now than before. She is finally beginning to participate in activities, which are many. 5 months here, so far..so good!

We love this place for our mother. If Staff is very kind and very efficient. Would recommend this place. Very clean. Would recommend this place for your family loved ones. Very easy to get to. Love the ice cream socials. And the wine and cheese parties.

For the month that mother has been there it's a great place. We picked this community because of there were nurses there that use to work with me. And the staff seemed so friendly.

We cannot comment on the meals and dining service because we have not been there while our loved one is eating. I have a peace about my brother, knowing he is well cared for and safe. They have done an excellent job of taking care of my loved one and based on the experience so far, I would recommend them to other families.

I'm grateful for the assistance that A Place for Mom provided. My parent was at one location that I was not satisfied with and their recommendation was invaluable. The Terrance like all nursing homes is not perfect but they are respectful,responsive and really try to do their best to provide excellent service. We picked this community because of the accommodations, facilities,staff and price.
