Traditions of crosskeys is a wonderful place for assistant living small and very personal place! Everyone is so friendly! My uncle is being very well taking care of they make sure he has everything he needs! I love it! And my uncle loves it! The place is awesome!

Thank you to Belle Reve’s for a fantastic move in for my father with dementia. He is adjusting so well in the community and it makes it so much easier for us knowing what wonderful care he is receiving. I can’t say thank you enough from administration to the staff, it’s been a fantastic experience. ??

I have been very pleased with my mother’s care since she moved into Commonwealth Senior Living. The front desk is very nice and polite. Management is very professional and helpful. The nursing staff is skilled and on top of the residents for addressing their needs and concerns. The maintenance crew is great with fixing any problems and making sure the residents are taken care of. The cooks make delicious healthy meals for the residents. Overall, I am very happy for my mother’s care. I know when I am not here I can trust she is taken care of.

My father stay at Commonwealth for two months before he passed, Commonwealth excepted him when other Assisted Living centers would not. Although it was short stay and experience the entire staff treated my Dad as though he was a member of their family. From the first day until his last he had excellent care.

Keepsake has been easy to deal with from the very beginning. I asked for a tour and was given one with 48 hrs. My questions were answered effectively and everything is straight forward and has been accurate. The care here is very good and makes me feel very comfortable when I’m not there. The transition for my father was quick as he now looks at keepsake as his home. They are an enhanced facility which has been important since he now needs the extra level of care and we didn’t have to change facilities

The excellent care she receives and the kindness of the employees is something we like most about the community and we would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

After looking at memory care facilities for my mother I decided on Keepsake village. It is not the biggest or the newest, and i think that is a good thing. One of the big things for me was that they have 2 registered nurses on staff. They have actvites all day long to keep her engaged. They exercise every day and my mother is walking better now than she has, and does not complain about aches and pains as much anymore. She seems happy there and likes the staff. It is expensive but there is a lot of stuff included that was not included at other facilities.

Commonwealth Senior Living is a great place to live and it is very clean. The staff is very friendly and even though I am in independent living, if I need something they make sure. Dining area is very clean and mills are nutritious. I would like to have a cheaper place for my budget.

I would recommend them. Meals looked amazing. The place had beautiful gardens.

I think my family member, is well taken care of, and this gives us great peace of mind. Yes. We would refer and have.

All of the above are 5 Traditions at Cross Keys was a great place.. There was a small adjustment to settling in because 1st roommate was hiding my mother's things. Staff was very helpful resolving issues until they could find another room. The woman had some dementia issues. She thought everything was hers, but my mother had all her faculties and was unhappy. But moving my mother solved the issues. She was in the facility for four months before passing. Knowing that her time was very short, my entire family wanted to visit on Christmas Day to sing and pray with her, the staff made all the arrangements. My mother passed that evening and we knew we were blessed to have such a caring staff helping her through her last days.

They are very caring at The Hearth at Greenpoint. It is a great place to have a oved one. I would highly recommend it to others.

My father, husband and I met with [Name Removed]to discuss my dad’s admission to Cardinal Village. We were so happy with [Name Removed]and the admissions process. He moved into a beautiful apartment in the assisted living side. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and all his needs were met. We ate dinner with him in the dining room and was thrilled with the selections for meals. The one I chose was delicious. The dining room is well appointed with delicious choices. I can’t say enough for my father’s stay at Cardinal. It is a wonderful place to stay with caring and professional employees. The cookies aren’t bad either!

From start to finish, I have been so impressed with the knowledge, follow-up, genuine concern and care for potential residents. We had been looking for a place for my dad and [name removed] at Heritage Hill was truly a blessing to us. She answered all our questions, made time for video calls, and on site visits, as well as followed up with every question and conversation we’ve had. [name removed] is a gem!! Based on my interaction with her alone, I would choose Heritage Hill over any facility in the area. The knowledge and outreach alone was beyond impressive! Our schedules changed multiple times due to the fact that we were coming in from NC and she always went with the flow and helped us no matter the situation. I highly recommend this Senior Community based on my experience.

When we walked into Viva we knew it was going to be special. It felt welcoming and comfortable; the residents seemed happy and the staff were friendly and helpful. We decided it was the best place for my sister to live. They’ve made her part of their family, encouraging her to participate in morning exercises and a variety of activities. And they’ve taken good care of her.

If I need anything at all I can ask any of the staff and they help me. I have met residents who are now my newest friends from all walks of life.

Mom absolutely loves it there and we do too! The staff is always pleasant and helpful. You feel very welcomed when you visit. They just love Mom, they have her on committees for welcoming new comers and taking complaints from other residents. She attends meetings with the staff and gives them any complaints so they can make adjustments. She is even on a food committee Letting facility now likes and dislikes. They aim to please.
