They have an awesome staff that goes the extra mile for their residents! Cost and location was also a determining factor for us!They were awesome to each of us!!

The director [name removed] was always available to speak to me about any concerns. [name removed] was also always willing to help me understand the billing etc. The staff helped me handle my sister's LTC insurance; the aides were helpful and friendly and seemed to really care about my sister.

I chose this location because of the staff, the communication as well as the location. My father is very happy at Keepsake. I would recommend.And as a nurse I will tell you that staffing is an issue everywhere. The key is to be involved with the people caring for your loved one. Be involved in the day to day life.

My loved one was in a rehab facility and when they evaluated her, the only match we could find for her was Keepsake Village. Our experience was very good. Mom was only there for 6 weeks. She had a UTI and had to go to the hospital, then rehab. After rehab she came to live with us until she passed on [date removed]

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. For those who do not drive they have transportation, free of charge to grocery stores, medical appointments ETC. I would recommend Commonwealth at Oak Ridge to others.

I would recommend the facility. The reason I actually chose Commonwealth is because my 98 year old Mother-in-law was a resident there during Covid and she got exceptional care. We were not always allowed into the facility and she was well cared for. Facility is kept clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. You have a question, you get an answer. I moved Mom's items a day before she arrived. This made it easier on her. I'm well pleased with Commonwealth and my Mom likes it there. I'm fortunate that I was able to get a room when I did.

The staff there is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. They resolved our issues as well address our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend them.

The memory care director took an interest in both my parents , even though only 1 parent was memory care. Different activities and staff ratios for memory care residents that are appropriate for their declining mental status. The staff works with families from completing the paperwork to offering support groups for dementia care. The staff at this facility truely cares and wants what is best for each resident. They check in regularly to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible. Love that there is on-site physical and occupational therapy.

I feel like the techs genuinely care about the residents at Commonwealth. They're taking care of 50 residents in memory care alone. So instead of waiting for them to contact me, I will reach out to them for questions. They're on staff doctors are great @ evaluations. They'll change medications as needed and have a pharmacy they work with to keep things simple. They'll also contact you if medication changes are a lot different than what was previously prescribed. I'd highly recommend Commonwealth. They're very good with my father and conveniently located as well. They're also the most affordable, but provide exceptional care and service.

Our mom began her stay at heritage hill in May of 2021. Our family loved Heritage Hill from the first time we visited, it just reminded us of home. Mom seems so happy and she gets plenty of attention. Every time we visit mom is sitting in her chair, always well dressed for the day. Our family couldn’t be happier with the care that is provided at Heritage Hill. Thank You.

The Terrace at chestnut hill is beautiful, well maintained. Perfect place for your loved one who is in need of extra care. The staff are so friendly and supportive, always going above and beyond. All the residents appear happy. Highly recommend

A bit understaffed and concerns on how many staff members have left over past 6 months due to management. The executive director is not always honest on facility issues. The remaining staff are lovely. Concerns that no RN is there in the evening. Only Med techs.

I picked this community because of location to me. Costs have gone up, the activities are not everyone's cup of tea. They need to be geared more for active people as well as for those less active. The staff are mostly wonderful, they are willing to work with the family. Memory care is considered assisted living but the doors are locked for safety. I thought there were more services than there are. Memory Care is a lot of money but it keeps dad safe.

We picked this community because, there was a bed available for the care she needed. I would recommend to others. Everyone was so kind.

Friends have asked me about Park Terrace and my response is the same -- our first impression was spot on. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and truly cares for its residents and their family members. The menu offers a wide selection. My mom often tells us about the good meal. The services are planned to meet the needs of the residents. The variety of activities is refreshing. We, including my mom, chose Park Terrace because if the above mentioned and it just felt like the right choice from the time we took our tour to move in day where everyone was so helpful.

Oakwood Village was warm and welcoming to my mom. The staff were upbeat and helpful during the transition. This includes the aides, nurses, and housekeeping staff. The residents are happy and very friendly. The overall atmosphere is great. Mom loves the food and the staff are very accommodating when she chooses to eat in her room at times. The activities are entertaining with routine outings available to the residents. Mom continually says that if you need to live in assisted living then this is the place to be.

My mom suffered a broken leg recently and needs a bit more care than we can provide. We scheduled a meeting at Viva and was met by Sabrina who was SO kind and thorough. We feel comfortable moving forward getting our mom in for the extra care she’ll need.

Mother in law settling in quite nicely. Place is very clean, staff is very attentive. This provides a great piece of mind to her family members.

I was so glad that my sister was accepted at the Viva Senior Living. From the entrance to the administration office, everyone made us feel welcome and accommodated everything they could to meet my sister's needs. The facility is beautiful as is all the staff and the recreational facilitator goes above and beyond the patience expectation. I am so glad I can relax knowing the are taking good care of my sister, she is hard to please!
