They really care about the residents and they allow residents to keep their small dogs and cats. Larger dogs can come to visit. I don't remember what they called the different room sizes, my Mom died in April 2023, she was in a 2 bedroom where she had a separate living room, I know they had a single room unit and at least one 2 bedroom unit. All had full size bathrooms with showers, a mini fridge and microwave.

I would definitely recommend them, great social environment, great care, great value for service.

What stuck out about Oak Pointe of Neosho over other places was the room size. Private apartment, large, open community areas and two secure courtyards. The staff is very friendly and positive. I really like them and feel close to them.

My loved one was previously a resident at Traditions of Cross Keys and it was a great experience for her at this facility. I could not have been any happier with the experience. The people still, to this day, when I go visit or if they see me out it's like family. I recommend Traditions of Cross Keys to anyone that I talk to who needs that type of service.

I like how Viva Senior Living is a smaller community and I like the convenience of the location from my home and my work. Yes, I would recommend them to others and have often throughout this past year

Wilson Manor was exceptional. The Director there is outstanding. Extremely friendly. Very welcoming facility.

Terrace is a welcoming community. They are kind and compassionate. I've enjoyed getting to know the staff and residents!

Nice activities outside of the facilities. We would recommend!

My wife and I are retired registered nurses. We visited 3 different facilities in the area, and interviewed management and staff at each one. All were priced nearly identical to each other, but Oak Pointe stood out because of the professionalism And bedside manner of their staff and the quality of their very well kept facility. My mother was very happy during the short time she was there. We were very impressed with hospice and end of life care she received when that time came.

My loved one was previously a resident at Commonwealth Senior Living at Hagerstown and it was a great experience. The staff were so great with all of the residents and took the time just to chat. The facility was always clean. The food always looked tasty. Commonwealth Senior Living at Hagerstown was such a great place and I would recommend the facility to others.

[name removed] was totally awesome and went over and above his duty rest. The staff seem pretty nice. I was most pleased with Carthage, but I've heard really bad things from Oak point in [location removed]. It might be a completely different experience. I've understand that [name removed] has moved on without him. I don't know what I would thought of that place.

From the moment I first spoke with [name removed] at the Terrace at Chestnut Hill, I was relaxed and knew I had chosen a winner! He and [name removed] did everything to answer my questions, return my calls very promptly, and not beat around the bush! They were very sympathetic to both my Aunt’s and my physical limitations. Actually, I was calling from Upstate New York, but that was never a deterrent. [name removed] connected with local relatives, and set up visitations. My Aunt was welcomed into their Community quickly and happily! Of course, the first month was a time for feeling comfortable in her new home, and the staff met her needs and changes. Now she feels “at home” and an active part of The Terrace. I do not feel this could have happened without the support and dedication of The Terrace staff and administrators! I am relieved to know she is thriving and is well cared for! Thank you!! This is the place for your loved one!!!!

I would definitely recommend. Staff is fantastic!

We are very pleased and comforted by the care our family member receives. The facility is very clean, the food excellent but the staff puts it out of the park. Our only regret is that our family member wasn't here first instead of the previous facility. There is so much guilt when you have to put your family member in a facility but rest assured you will feel good about where they are in their new journey.

I can't think of anything to complain about. It's a nice modern building. Moving her in was easy. Great Staff, would recommend.

My mother is currently a resident at Commonwealth Senior Living at Berryville and everything has been great. The staff is wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better place for her. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff is knowledgeable, nice, and professional. They work hard to help the patients in every way possible. It is clean, and just a good choice for south side of Atlanta. Close by, and not that expensive. I am so glad we found this place with the help of a place for mom. Thank you to all involved. I believe mom is now in good care.

While the Commonwealth facilities themselves aren't quite as top-notch as my loved one's previous facility (although they are not bad), the quality of care has been SO much better at Commonwealth. And that's really what is important. My loved one's experience has been great so far at Commonwealth.
