Our experience with Heritage Hills has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff has been exceptional in keeping our family well-informed about my mother’s well-being, ensuring we feel involved and reassured every step of the way. Their communication is clear, timely, and transparent, which has been a huge comfort. The environment is warm and inviting, and the facility is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The activities are varied and engaging, catering to all interests and abilities, and it’s wonderful to see how much the residents enjoy them. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive, offering personalized care that feels both compassionate and thorough. My mother has made meaningful connections with fellow residents, and it’s heartwarming to see them socializing in such a supportive atmosphere. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and community at Heritage Hills. It’s a place where residents thrive, and families can rest easy knowing their love

My wife has lived at Viva Memory Care (formerly Woodland Creek) since 2022. The care she receives everyday is so appreciated since I cannot give her what she needs. The caregivers show her love and care everyday. The new Executive Director and Director of Nurses sat with our family and reviewed my wife's care plan with our family, giving us an opportunity to ask questions, understand her care needs and be involved. Watching a loved one deteriorate from Alzheimer's is difficult. I highly recommend Viva Memory Care in Dresher. The whole team from nursing, housekeeping and food service show their deep devotion to residents and families.

The staff at Keepsake Village always seem to be smiling and interacting with their residents, whether it be in activities or in the dining room. The building is clean and smells great. Everyone came to introduce themselves during a tour we had. It was a great experience.

Our parents moved in about 3 weeks ago. So far, their experience has been very positive. The facility is clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, warm and inviting. According to Mom and Dad, the food is very good and the menu changes daily. We are surprised at the amount of organized activities and games available to the residents every day of the week. Hands down, the thing that impresses me the most is the Staff. They have been really great. Everyone has been so friendly, caring and helpful. I am confident that our parents are well taken care of. Our parents were in a difficult position at the time it was decided they needed more help. They were in two different rehab facilities. The Marketing Director at Belle Reve, was instrumental in getting our parents relocated from the 2 separate rehabs to Belle Reve on the same day. She was also very helpful with the application process. We would recommend Belle Reve without hesitation.

Belle Reve has welcomed and made my mom feel comfortable and accepted in a very positive environment! She was nervous and scared to move to a new place, but all the staff helped her acclimate, and she is loving all the activities! Thank you to everyone that works there!!!

The resident holiday party was wonderful. The community was clean and smelled wonderful. Everyone had a great time. The new Executive Director, [name removed], and the leadership team she has built has brought a welcome change. My brother-in-law receives the best care. [name removed] and [name removed] go above and beyond every day showing their love for all of their residents. I highly recommend Viva Memory Care at Dresher.

The entire staff at Viva Memory Care at Dresher has been incredible. They guided me through the entire move-in process for my loved one and have consistently provided excellent care. I'm truly grateful for their support and dedication.

Very pleased from the beginning, from all the assistance with getting my parents in there quickly and the care they are receiving. Everyone that we have had the pleasure of meeting has been so helpful, kind and compassionate. My parents are very happy with their new living arrangements and we sleep well knowing that they are safe and being well taken care of.

After one month there I was ready to take my mom out and told them so. We had a very frank conversation of the lacking of services I had been told my mothers would be able to access. And other issues. I am happy to say that the services are now available for her and everyone. Staff has been added and some staff has been let go. They are very good at treating my mom as an individual not everyone alike addressing her needs. I would not think about moving her anywhere else. Due to the lower census than most facilities she is calmer and I believe in a good place!

I love the way this place is so family oriented. The residents are so happy when love and care is shown. I see a lot of interaction between the staff and residents. Lots of hugs given on rainy and sunny days. Thanks for the change.

I have noticed that the residents are a lot happier. Residents are moving about more in the community. The staff interactions with the residents are respectful, caring, and positive. The residents are eating well. The residents Christmas party was very nice and it was great seeing all the families come out and support their love ones. The community is clean and it smells really nice. I’m happy about the change.

There are lots of activities and help is available when they need it. The cleanliness could be better. The activities is where Viva knocks it out of the park. I hope the activities will continue to be frequent and fun under the new ownership. Rates went up with new owners

As my wife and I deal with the progression of Parkinson's, we are researching facilities in our home area. This was our first visit to the site while attending an event. As we wandered aimlessly, the staff and residents were positive and engaging. We were invited to sit with [name removed] (resident) and his brother, [name removed] . We enjoyed talking with and getting to know the gentleman. Later, we were invited by an engineer (resident) from Germany. He too, was a joy to get to know. All three men spoke highly of the facility and staff. We found [name removed] and the other staff that we had opportunity to speak with, as engaging and energetic. We will return for a facility tour and to about amenities and services.

Within 3 days we were able to move our Mom from a hospital setting to a floor full of activities and good food. The transition happened quickly, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff helping all the way. The staff from upper management to aides and volunteer staff are very interactive with us and with Mom. She has friends and can get out and about to different areas. And it's so near the upper Delaware Water Gap area, that she loves the views.

My family needed a place for my mom that was near family. She was in NY but my brother and I now live far away. Since she was settled we left it alone but finally finding the Belle Reve had an opening we jumped at the opportunity to relocate her. Directly comparing to where she’d been (also a nice adult facility), the Belle Reve hit the spot. This is a Wonderful facility only surpassed by the director and the staff. Other clients there that we met have been delightful Mom is very happy now, and we never worry about her. And she’s just a short drive from my brother and his family.

My mother moved into Viva Senior Living in April 2023 after recovering from a broken hip at the age of 88. We looked at a couple places but we knew Viva was our place almost immediately when we met their marketing director and toured the community. Viva has multiple levels of care available so if your loved one's needs increase, it can be accommodated there without having to move to a different facility. The staff are friendly and caring and are quick to address any concerns or needs. There are plenty of activities every day and some special events too. They provide transportation to local appointments if needed. There is a doctor that visits weekly and has done a great job addressing some of my mom's health issues. There is a hair salon on site and all meals are provided. I have eaten lunch there a few times and the food is pretty good! The best part of Viva is the staff. Management, med techs, aides, front desk, kitchen and servers are all great. I highly recommend Viva.

This facility is a great place to live. The staff is so friendly and they have lots of activities to keep your loved one active and engaged. The facility is clean and there is a lovely gazebo where the squirrels love to come get peanuts when available.

Staff really knows the residents personally. Lots of fun events for the residents.

After observing Cardinal Village staff caring for my aunt over the last 18 months, my entire family was impressed by these remarkably patient, kind, and skilled caretakers. From the friendly kitchen to the professional medical and hands-on nursing and support staff, to the administrative leaders, these dedicated, cheerful people provided what was needed when needed. The staff became friends both to my aunt and our family. My aunt called Cardinal Village her home. We visited many other facilities and Cardinal Village is distinguished by its exceptional staff, as well as competitive pricing. As unique as it is rare, every once in a while people do their absolute best, day in and day out, often under difficult circumstances. That describes the staff at Cardinal Village. I thank them personally and I hope Cardinal Village has room for me when I'm ready.

My mother-in-law says the staff at Viva takes really good care of her. She's happy with the food, the care givers, the medical staff, and the maintenance staff. She said that if she can't be in her house, she might as well be at Viva. (She's 100)
