I have noticed that the residents are a lot happier. Residents are moving about more in the community. The staff interactions with the residents are respectful, caring, and positive. The residents are eating well. The residents Christmas party was very nice and it was great seeing all the families come out and support their love ones. The community is clean and it smells really nice. I’m happy about the change.

There are lots of activities and help is available when they need it. The cleanliness could be better. The activities is where Viva knocks it out of the park. I hope the activities will continue to be frequent and fun under the new ownership. Rates went up with new owners

As my wife and I deal with the progression of Parkinson's, we are researching facilities in our home area. This was our first visit to the site while attending an event. As we wandered aimlessly, the staff and residents were positive and engaging. We were invited to sit with [name removed] (resident) and his brother, [name removed] . We enjoyed talking with and getting to know the gentleman. Later, we were invited by an engineer (resident) from Germany. He too, was a joy to get to know. All three men spoke highly of the facility and staff. We found [name removed] and the other staff that we had opportunity to speak with, as engaging and energetic. We will return for a facility tour and to about amenities and services.

Within 3 days we were able to move our Mom from a hospital setting to a floor full of activities and good food. The transition happened quickly, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff helping all the way. The staff from upper management to aides and volunteer staff are very interactive with us and with Mom. She has friends and can get out and about to different areas. And it's so near the upper Delaware Water Gap area, that she loves the views.

My family needed a place for my mom that was near family. She was in NY but my brother and I now live far away. Since she was settled we left it alone but finally finding the Belle Reve had an opening we jumped at the opportunity to relocate her. Directly comparing to where she’d been (also a nice adult facility), the Belle Reve hit the spot. This is a Wonderful facility only surpassed by the director and the staff. Other clients there that we met have been delightful Mom is very happy now, and we never worry about her. And she’s just a short drive from my brother and his family.

My mother moved into Viva Senior Living in April 2023 after recovering from a broken hip at the age of 88. We looked at a couple places but we knew Viva was our place almost immediately when we met their marketing director and toured the community. Viva has multiple levels of care available so if your loved one's needs increase, it can be accommodated there without having to move to a different facility. The staff are friendly and caring and are quick to address any concerns or needs. There are plenty of activities every day and some special events too. They provide transportation to local appointments if needed. There is a doctor that visits weekly and has done a great job addressing some of my mom's health issues. There is a hair salon on site and all meals are provided. I have eaten lunch there a few times and the food is pretty good! The best part of Viva is the staff. Management, med techs, aides, front desk, kitchen and servers are all great. I highly recommend Viva.

This facility is a great place to live. The staff is so friendly and they have lots of activities to keep your loved one active and engaged. The facility is clean and there is a lovely gazebo where the squirrels love to come get peanuts when available.

Staff really knows the residents personally. Lots of fun events for the residents.

After observing Cardinal Village staff caring for my aunt over the last 18 months, my entire family was impressed by these remarkably patient, kind, and skilled caretakers. From the friendly kitchen to the professional medical and hands-on nursing and support staff, to the administrative leaders, these dedicated, cheerful people provided what was needed when needed. The staff became friends both to my aunt and our family. My aunt called Cardinal Village her home. We visited many other facilities and Cardinal Village is distinguished by its exceptional staff, as well as competitive pricing. As unique as it is rare, every once in a while people do their absolute best, day in and day out, often under difficult circumstances. That describes the staff at Cardinal Village. I thank them personally and I hope Cardinal Village has room for me when I'm ready.

My mother-in-law says the staff at Viva takes really good care of her. She's happy with the food, the care givers, the medical staff, and the maintenance staff. She said that if she can't be in her house, she might as well be at Viva. (She's 100)

The entire team at Viva that we have entrusted to care for our mother has been amazing! From the moment that we walked through the doors we knew that Viva was the right choice for Mom! You will always feel like family when visiting.

5 on all categories. The bus trips to lunch, stores, and sightseeing are hugely important. Bringing in entertainment helps the atmosphere lively and engaging.

I've heard for many years, that Cardinal Village Assisted Living was one of the best places in the area for people who can no longer live on their own. My mom recently moved in, and my siblings and I have been overjoyed with our mom's care. The nurses are terrific. They listen to your concerns and act quickly. They have a wellness center and physical therapy department. My mom has been living alone for the last 4 years. Now, she is in a place where she is looked after and interacts with people daily. My mom lives in a 1 bedroom apartment with a screened in porch. We absolutely love it for our mom.

The staff is very sweet! And they are very kind to the residents. The administration has been very helpful in providing care and support- they work with me as a team. I’m very grateful for all they do

Viva Senior Living at Harrisburg took great care of my mother during her illness. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. My mother received her medications on time and enjoyed the activities offered, such as bingo.

We moved my father because he was not happy where he was . He insisted to be moved. I fell across Viva and made an appointment to view the facility. It was wonderful. There were people everywhere all doing different things puzzles games cards happy hour on Fridays. The activity room is always buzzing. The staff is very kind caring and attentive to my dad’s every need.

I went to visit a friend who recently moved into Viva Memory Care in Dresher. The staff went out of their way to make me feel right at home while I visited my friend. The staff was so kind and caring and overly friendly, It was comforting to know that my lifelong friend was in a clean and safe environment and in good hands!

It provided our dad with a safe and secure environment that met his daily living needs, so that he could mentally/socially flourish. He was very content and Happy! Unfortunately, he was only there 8 months because he took a fall and broke his hip and never regained ambulation, so we had to find skilled nursing care.

My mother has been a resident at Heritage Hill Senior Community for nearly a year, and it truly feels like home for her. Before choosing Heritage Hill, we explored several senior living options, but none offered the warmth and sense of community we found here. The staff is wonderful, always ready to provide updates on her well-being whenever we call, and we are welcome to visit her anytime. During our visits, we see her actively participating in activities, enjoying her meals, and living in a clean, welcoming environment. Heritage Hill’s team has also gone above and beyond to meet her medical needs, arranging transportation and companionship whenever she requires care at outside facilities. They have fully embraced her as part of the community, helping her engage in activities and making her feel truly at home. My family and I couldn't be more grateful for Heritage Hill Senior Community.

I wish Heritage Hill was our first choice to place my wife who has advanced Alzheimer’s disease. But it was not and had to move her. I am writing this after a year of her being at Heritage Hill. The entire staff has given us peace of mind knowing she is taken care of and just importantly she is given attention and love. The first time I walked in I felt like I was in someone’s home and that has not changed. The facility is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The staff in the memory care wing are well trained and Heritage Hill provides ongoing training both internal and with external agencies. No issue has arisen that has not been promptly addressed with satisfactory results. If you are looking for a place that gets it, Heritage Hill is worth checking out.
