Viva Senior Living is more expensive than many places that we looked at but the patient's comfort and care were the primary concern of everyone there.

I love all the staff! The activities could use an update, rotate add some music and arts and crafts. I'm there three times a week and they pretty much play bingo for every activity schedule. Lovely community, friendly and caring staff! Activities could be updated for those that are active. My mom is extremely happy there!

They need better communication. Since new ownership the only communication is the invoice. They are average and good for the price.

We chose Oak Pointe of Neosho because of the cleanliness, availability, communication. I would recommend this facility to others looking for care for a loved one.

Everything is excellent. The price I wish was lower but I guess that's a sign of the times. They're very accommodating and caring

I went to Viva Memory Care last weekend to visit with my Grandfather. When I first got there, I was surprised not to find him in his room, however, one of the caregivers for the day, had most of the residents in the activity room and was doing a sing along with them. I did not interrupt the activity as it made my heart happy to see him engaged in this activity. He is not one to participate in any activity other than watching his TV. This caregiver worked her magic and had him out of his room to sing with most of the other residents.

My mother and I toured Viva Memory Care for my grandmother. This community's friendliness, cleanliness and care staff is by far the best that we have seen in the area. We have been touring since the week before Christmas and have been to about 12 other communities. They are all so different, however, after leaving our tour at Viva yesterday, my mother and I agreed that this is the place for my grandmother to move into!! We cancelled our other tours and will be moving my grandmother in by the end of January. It just feels right!

I have worked in many communities in the past 12 years of my career. The team here at Viva Memory Care is by far the best care team that I have ever experienced! Their care for the residents and the families as well as each other goes beyond any normal care staff! This community is probably the cleanest community that I have ever worked in!! Hats off to housekeeping staff as well!

My dad lived at Viva Senior living. He loved it there. He made friends and the staff were like family. The care and love we received as the family when my dad passed was so heart warming. I highly recommend Viva.

The staff is amazing at what they do. The management staff goes over and beyond to ensure the residents are taken care of. Their passion and hearts for the community shows in everything they do. We love to visit with the residents and are always welcomed with open arms.

My nana has been here for a few months following a fall. The staff has been extremely accommodating to her every need and her reasonable wishes. The facility itself is safe and spotless. I would recommend Heritage Hills without apprehension.

The staff at Belle Reve helped our Mom and family understand and make a plan to move Mom into memory care. Every staff member that we have met is kind and understanding. They understood our feelings and were available for all of our questions - even now after Mom has been living there. Mom is well taken care of and is always telling us how wonderful everyone is and how great the food is! We cannot appreciate all the employees at Belle Reve enough to really make us all certain this is a great place for Mom!

Our experience with Heritage Hills has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff has been exceptional in keeping our family well-informed about my mother’s well-being, ensuring we feel involved and reassured every step of the way. Their communication is clear, timely, and transparent, which has been a huge comfort. The environment is warm and inviting, and the facility is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The activities are varied and engaging, catering to all interests and abilities, and it’s wonderful to see how much the residents enjoy them. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive, offering personalized care that feels both compassionate and thorough. My mother has made meaningful connections with fellow residents, and it’s heartwarming to see them socializing in such a supportive atmosphere. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and community at Heritage Hills. It’s a place where residents thrive, and families can rest easy knowing their love

My wife has lived at Viva Memory Care (formerly Woodland Creek) since 2022. The care she receives everyday is so appreciated since I cannot give her what she needs. The caregivers show her love and care everyday. The new Executive Director and Director of Nurses sat with our family and reviewed my wife's care plan with our family, giving us an opportunity to ask questions, understand her care needs and be involved. Watching a loved one deteriorate from Alzheimer's is difficult. I highly recommend Viva Memory Care in Dresher. The whole team from nursing, housekeeping and food service show their deep devotion to residents and families.

The staff at Keepsake Village always seem to be smiling and interacting with their residents, whether it be in activities or in the dining room. The building is clean and smells great. Everyone came to introduce themselves during a tour we had. It was a great experience.

Our parents moved in about 3 weeks ago. So far, their experience has been very positive. The facility is clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, warm and inviting. According to Mom and Dad, the food is very good and the menu changes daily. We are surprised at the amount of organized activities and games available to the residents every day of the week. Hands down, the thing that impresses me the most is the Staff. They have been really great. Everyone has been so friendly, caring and helpful. I am confident that our parents are well taken care of. Our parents were in a difficult position at the time it was decided they needed more help. They were in two different rehab facilities. The Marketing Director at Belle Reve, was instrumental in getting our parents relocated from the 2 separate rehabs to Belle Reve on the same day. She was also very helpful with the application process. We would recommend Belle Reve without hesitation.

Belle Reve has welcomed and made my mom feel comfortable and accepted in a very positive environment! She was nervous and scared to move to a new place, but all the staff helped her acclimate, and she is loving all the activities! Thank you to everyone that works there!!!

The resident holiday party was wonderful. The community was clean and smelled wonderful. Everyone had a great time. The new Executive Director, [name removed], and the leadership team she has built has brought a welcome change. My brother-in-law receives the best care. [name removed] and [name removed] go above and beyond every day showing their love for all of their residents. I highly recommend Viva Memory Care at Dresher.

The entire staff at Viva Memory Care at Dresher has been incredible. They guided me through the entire move-in process for my loved one and have consistently provided excellent care. I'm truly grateful for their support and dedication.

Very pleased from the beginning, from all the assistance with getting my parents in there quickly and the care they are receiving. Everyone that we have had the pleasure of meeting has been so helpful, kind and compassionate. My parents are very happy with their new living arrangements and we sleep well knowing that they are safe and being well taken care of.
