Hope Memory Care..I would certainly recommend this community you can call "Home " for your family member. A very safe friendly, attentive, supportive and caring community. Thanks for A PLACE for MOM recommending it.

The staff are extremely friendly and always very kind when my family comes to visit. They are very helpful and they always want to make sure my dad is well taken care of. You can tell when you walk in that they care deeply about keeping the place warm, inviting and decorated for all different events throughout the year. It is very inclusive and diverse. We looked at several places and the Terrace at Chestnut Hill was the most affordable for our family, but honestly, it was the most warm and welcoming. Other facilities really make you feel like just a number and it is very costly to have to have a family member in a place like this to begin with. It speaks volumes that some of the workers have had their own parents at this facility

I never wanted to place Mom but she needed more assistance than I could give after 11 years. Park Terrace treated Mom like family. Always knew her name, making the conversations personal. They were very attentive to her needs and in a way, to my needs as well. The caring and friendliness of the staff was second to none. For me, placing Mom was never an option but when it came time that it had to be, I don't think there is another place that care for their residents like Park Terrace. It's a very homey environment. I was extremely happy for Mom to have been there. No regrets.

Traditions of Cross Keys is a wonderful assited living community. They take pride in getting to know each resident personally they understand the special needs, likes and dislike of their residents in order to make their lives traditions comfortable relaxing and at home and stress-free. The staff are exceptional are nursing in on target for medical care.

The staff at this facility is to be commended on their efforts towards providing a safe and comfortable environment for my mother. She celebrated her 100th birthday here last November and T and C pulled out al the stops and provided an incredible party with delicious food, great music and a host of guest speakers to wish her well. I'm so happy we chose T and C for our mother. We can relax knowing she's in good hands!

Very nice- community personnel are super friendly. They make everyone feel at ease. Brunch very good.

My 95 yo mom is in her 3rd ac facility. The first was independent [name removed]until he died and she became ill. The second [name removed] was a disaster! Traditions is a rare gem, kind, quality admistrator, a relatively starlet staff, and a great afflictions with hospice care. Mom is well cared for respected a loved. I am too!

In the beginning the staff and administrations weren't too swift, we had a family meeting with the entire staff, after the meeting all has been A ok.

We looked at several places for Mom, and we were so happy when we visited Belle Reve. Heather was absolutely amazing and continues to be super helpful with our many questions and requests. I can’t say enough good things about the kindness and friendliness of the staff. They go out of their way to try to get Mom involved in activities and always make all of us feel welcome. Mom has found a friend in [name removed] who is going out of her way to get Mom involved in the community. I’m very happy with the attention that Mom gets for her medical needs. Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. This place is wonderful!

Since they care for dementia patients they work well with them. Room size is nice not too big or small. Bathrooms are large with her shower. You are your own decorator. It could be simple or as elaborate as you like.

We looked at a number of places for mom but all locked what my wanted! Belle Reve is a beautifully decorated clean facility which mom is used to. Everyone working there or resident is friendly Willington to

Everything with Heritage Hill has been first class. The way the team did visitation tours to paperwork. The main part is the care my mom is receiving. It has been outstanding and the communication to the family has been spot on!

They were all 5. My mom in law never complained and we were so happy she found friends, community and events. The staff went out of their way to keep us informed about her and never made us feel bad if we called with questions and concerns.

Viva of Albany has an attractive and inviting outside. The staff as you enter are friendly with a sense of warmth and welcome. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, and clean with inviting decorations. My husband is in the Memory Care Community. The Memory Care staff is friendly and compassionate in caring for him. The food is delicious and nutritious meals with snacks provided served in a pleasant dining area. The staff as has provided the family with information for help in obtaining additional services as needed. A variety of engaging group and individual activities are provided. He loves the dog visits. The positive impact on this community has enabled my husband to thrived. I recommend Viva, especially for persons in needed of Memory Care senior living

Mom was happy there. There are always some problems but nothing we couldn't work out. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The staff at Traditions in Glassboro NJ treated my mother with amazing love and care. Mom spent her last few months of life living there and the staff and management were so loving to her it really was a blessing for our family. The Memory Care director took such a big place In Mom's life that made us all at east SunGrest Hospice who was her hospice provider also were so helpful to us. We highly recommend Traditions and appreciate their dedication to residents and family members as well Thank you.

A lovely clean, loving environment for our mother. We love it and she loves it! All the caretakers are wonderful and caring.

Wonderful loving, caring community. They are very attuned to the need of the residents and their families. Employees are always pleasant and helpful and know the names of every residents.

Facility staff has been very helpful and supportive. There are 1-2 nursing staff that are exceptional.
