Very pleased with facilities Would highly recommend

Cardinal Village is a very well maintained facility. The staff and administration was extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with while we went through the intake process. They provided resources to make their transition for my father seamless. Since he has been there, they have provided outstanding service for my father while being a resource for the family.

From the first minute I walked in to visit I felt a welcoming feeling. Noticed that staff smiling and friendly. The apartment are very roomy.

The have a food menu that is incredible..breakfast..lunch dinner with multiple options..they have a daily activity schedule that keep you very busy..they have a bus to go on weekly outings..they have a special dog that will since loneliness and will come sit next to the lonely one.. they have nice size rooms and the staff are always available..but what I like the most is that it only one floor all connected but a outdoor garden..I highly recommend you send family to visit this place...you can thank me later

I wish my sister-in-law had not done what she did! I would want to be there if it came my time to get help. It was clean and the meals looked good and the people working there was friendly.

Relatively speaking, it is an economic, but pleasant atmosphere. Everyone is treated with respect and dignity. There are plenty of activities for everyone to participate in.

Oak Pointe has been very good in working with us over a period of several months and trying to get my mom into assisted-living. My mom was very much against moving into assisted-living. We had some house damage from the tornado and that eventually prompted us to tell her she couldn't live in her house anymore And but since she's moved in, she has done very well, though she was very resistant at first, but she's got her room now or she's got a single bedroom and my sister really got it decorated up real nice and I think she's happy there. She's eating more regularly. They're doing a good job of checking up on her And I think she is finally settling in and enjoying where she's at especially now that my sister has got the room decorated with a lot of her stuff from the house, I think from every indication from my two sisters that I think she's doing well now I haven't been back for a while

The staff are caring and supportive. The activities director is amazing young man. Mom has received therapy and they are keeping her very active. Food is really good the cooks are very hardworking and do a great job. I'm overall very happy with the care mom my is receiving.

That would be difficult for me to do. I assisted my brother with the placement of his wife there. This was his decision and what he told me was he liked the vibe. One impressive point was the staff was so friendly and kind. Also most of the staff has been employed for many years.

The staff seem to be very caring and helpful with our brother. Gives us peace of mind knowing he is in good hands with. All of our questions are answered promptly and thoughly. He is doing well and comfortable there.

I think it's a good facility for people who are in the end stages of life with Alzheimer's/ dementia. I would recommend it for late stage care

When you walk in, you can just feel this is a different experience. Everyone is approachable. The care staff is very kind. There have been a few issues but management is very responsive. Thank you for everything. You all know who you are.

Keepsake village is one of a kind. The staff is fantastic, friendly and truly care about the residents who live there. Activities are plenty! Residents are engaged all day long with different types of activities to do. One on one activities are provided as well.

We were very happy with our family members time at the terrace at chestnut Hill. I really didn't have enough personal time at the facility to rate individual areas. The staff was very supportive and caring.

Toured this community and it was wonderful. All staff were so welcoming and engaging with us. Building smelled nice and clean, residents looked happy and healthy. A lot of laughing and smiling going on which was great to see.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we had found something special. The team here goes above and beyond to create a warm, engaging, and safe environment tailored to each resident's unique needs. The staff are not only highly trained in memory care, but they are also incredibly kind and patient. They treat every resident like family—with respect, compassion, and genuine affection. Communication with families is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved. The community itself is clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for individuals with memory loss. Daily activities are meaningful and well-planned, helping residents stay active, social, and mentally stimulated. We’ve seen such a positive change in our loved one’s mood and comfort since moving in.

My experience could be different because my mom is on hospice and THAT group (Southern Grace) really provides everything I am looking for. Care, feedback, updates & photos, and more. I am in Texas and get there as often as I can (generally monthly) to see my mom in person.
