Our family could not be more grateful for the care and support our loved one receives at Viva Memory Care of Dresher. From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we had found something special. The team here goes above and beyond to create a warm, engaging, and safe environment tailored to each resident's unique needs. The staff are not only highly trained in memory care, but they are also incredibly kind and patient. They treat every resident like family—with respect, compassion, and genuine affection. Communication with families is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved. The community itself is clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for individuals with memory loss. Daily activities are meaningful and well-planned, helping residents stay active, social, and mentally stimulated. We’ve seen such a positive change in our loved one’s mood and comfort since moving in.

My experience could be different because my mom is on hospice and THAT group (Southern Grace) really provides everything I am looking for. Care, feedback, updates & photos, and more. I am in Texas and get there as often as I can (generally monthly) to see my mom in person.

I needed assisted living for my mom. I was really apprehensive but [name removed] made me feel so comfortable and all the details was told to me in every that was easy too understand. I was so happy.

They are very nice and helpful with my mom needs, they seem short staffed but do there best and have great activities everyone is very nice and helpful.

We placed my grandmother in Viva of Franklin last December. They walked with us through every step of the transition, offering reassurance and support that made a difficult season more bearable. While the journey was a roller coaster at times—especially early on with some behavioral challenges—the staff was consistently kind, patient, and professional. The facility is clean, the food is good, and most importantly, it feels like family. With advanced dementia, my grandmother was not always the easiest resident to care for, but they loved her well and treated her with dignity all the way to the end. As a pastor, I’ve seen many hospitals and nursing homes over the years, and I can honestly say she would not have received the same level of care anywhere else. We’re deeply grateful for the staff at Viva of Franklin!

We chose this facility because it was a better value for the money. It also felt more informal. The administration staff made the process very smooth. They were very easy to work with.

Everyone at Greenpoint has been very welcoming and helpful to Mom in this transition. With the recent passing of my father they have all been there supporting and understanding. Also, with a recent purchase of Greenpoint. There have been some transitional issues, but the staff has been very upfront with notifications of different things such as phone lines, repairs, etc

I had a great experience working with a Place for Moms counselor [name removed]. From the initial contact she was warm and friendly. [name removed] was compassionate, friendly and understanding of my situation. I felt heard and I felt she knew what I needed before I did.[name removed]helped find my father a place he actually loves to be at. Thank you [name removed] and A Place For Mom staff.

[name removed] was great getting us in there getting the paperwork done helping to move things along. [name removed] was also great. The kitchen staff was fantastic. They were very friendly with my mom had patience with her when she couldn't hear the place was clean and neat. The only downside for my mom was it was really big.

They feed them a lot and activities every day. The best thing for me there was they have the ability to have enhanced care. My father has a catheter and he wouldnt be able to stay without the enhanced care. They increase their frequency of "room checks" when they know it's needed for safety

The staff are friendly and professional as they assist mom. The facility is spotless and updated appropriately and everyone seems to be happy. I would encourage anyone to place their loved ones here. The food is excellent.

The staff was great. That what stood out the most. 2nd was a the activities and music acts that the brought in.

For all eight, I would rate them a five! I would say there needs to be a little bit of tightening up on the cleanliness of the private room for the resident. There were times where my mother's floor was sticky with straw, wrappers, and food on the floor. Overall, the facility is very nice, friendly, and the staff was amazing! I would highly recommend it to family and friends. Overall, I am very thankful for the caregivers, management and all the staff that helped my mom's experience be loving and safe.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5++. They took excellent care of my mom. Even at the end they were there for her and also were there to support me and my family. I highly recommended Viva. And I am glad I chose Viva.

I honesty believe in and I'm thankful for Traditions because it is the best place for my mom. They are all very much like a family and operate in a close family way. They have my mom best interest at heart. A very friendly place that you can entrust your loved one with!

Traditions is a home community where everyone knows your name. The individualized care is top rate. They are very open to suggestion with regard to activities or events to match your loved one's interests.. There's always a celebration. I'm confident that my mom is in good hands Traditions.

My brother is in a unique situation. He had a debilitating stroke several years ago. He's only 55 and tried his best to live independently but his health declined and he couldn't properly take care of himself. Reluctantly we decided he needed to be in assisted living. Everyone I have met at Viva treat him with respect and encouragement. They truly want him to regain his strength so that he can once again have his independence. The caretakers at Viva don't leave him sitting in his room; they engage him, laugh with him, cheer him on...and when the gets down, they won't let him quit. The ladies (and gentlemen) I've encountered have the most incredible hearts. [name removed] the Medical Technician, [name removed] and [name removed] the Resident Care Aids are patient, thoughtful but also no-nonsense...which is exactly what he needs! In the past 3 months, he has lost weight, improved his overall health and has regained a more optimistic outlook. The team at Viva did that!

They kept the place very clean and smelling great. There was always someone near each door monitoring who came and went. Loved the security access at each building. Staff was very friendly and helpful while we were present. They did go out of their way to help us. There was a little lack of office support as we never were emailed or given paperwork after we signed the contract, however they did realize they had withdrawn large amount in error and did return that money per our special instructions related to the estate. I would definitely recommend them to other families!

I will say they are very caring people & I'm happy we chose that facility for my mother. There are a few people that go above & beyond. [name removed], [name removed] & there is another lady unfortunately i forgot her name. She works the dining room. They're all very nice

The rooms at Oakwood are nice. Plenty of room for 2 and the smaller rooms are still plenty big. They have bingo and social activities everyday. The staff are excellent. They are always updating the facilities. They keep you by text on anything going on or happening. We really like [name removed] and she try's to make her residents feel like they are the best.
