The facility was clean, friendly had a good atmosphere and it changed quite a bit since the last time that I was there much more efficient and and the rooms were in good condition clean I really like the place

I am Very impressed with quality of service and how the staff seem to care. Compared to other places she's been - it's been great. I would recommend them to others who are searching for memory care for their loved one.

They are really great with my Mom. She has done so much better while being in their care. The staff is great and very attentive. I am very happy with her care. The staff is also very caring.

The staff members have been very professional and personable. They go above and beyond for the residents. The facility is absolutely beautiful! It is always clean and offers a welcoming atmosphere for residents and family members! The holidays are especially important, and Viva decorates all common areas and provides so many activities for family and friends of the residents! The Thanksgiving dinner was undoubtedly the best meal I have had lately. Overall, it's truly a wonderful and warm community for my in-laws, and I'm so thankful they can call it "home".

I was looking for a place for my father who lived out of state. I was helped every step of the way. It was a smooth transition. Easy to work with, available at convenient times. They made a difficult situation easier to tackle by taking me through one step at a time.

My father is currently in a memory care unit at another facility but we have decided to make Belle Reve his permanent home. The feeling of family and support we felt from the staff and administration makes this an easy choice. Even the residents made us feel welcome when visiting. The facility is very clean and very organized that I know it will make my Dad comfortable.

My mom was very comfortable and the family that visited her during her respite care had no complaints. 14 day respite care was a great fit for the first time my mom had been away from home since she was diagnosed with dementia.

Both staff and residents smiled and greeted us. Rooms are clean and of a good size. We like that we were able to see empty units and an occupied unit. We were able to visit with a resident and know some people who are happy there. My mom is looking forward to moving in next spring.

My mother lived at The Hearth, unfortunately for a short period of time because her memory loss escalated to a point where she had to be moved. However, in that short period of time, I have totally grown to love this place. The staff is wonderful and caring and helpful. The apartments are extremely comfortable and homey. It is safe. The dining room is spacious and clean and the food is pretty darn good. I like the fact that they allow guests to dine there as well. There are activities in the building, which could be improved slightly, especially for those who enjoy more challenging activities. There are many places to go in the building if one chooses to be out of their apartments. And there are also buses for traveling options. My only possible complaint would be that the custodial staff seems to be terribly overworked. If you need something fixed, they will come in and do it, but sometimes it takes a great deal of time. It is a good value for the money.

From the initial call with [name removed] when I inquired about the options for my dad, she was very warm and supportive. She understood how emotionally difficult the entire process was and repeatedly assured our family that the entire staff has experience providing the best care for my dad, who has dementia, and was transitioning to assisted living from the home he had lived in for 40+ years. In fact, Renee worked with the nurse ([name removed]) to present the initial assessment with my dad in the least threatening manner. [name removed] took a personal interest in our family and made herself available to all of us, in whatever way we needed. I can't speak highly enough of [name removed] and the Belle Reve staff throughout our exploration process.

I would give a rating of 5 to everything you mentioned. My sister, [name removed], loves to take part in the activities. She never complains about the food. Her room is always clean when we visit her. The one exception is when I have to talk to someone in charge of a department I usually get a recording. I have to leave a message and I don't receive a call back.

It's a clean facility, with helpful and caring staff. Good menu for residents and good activities.

The entire staff has been great! Both my parents arrived there almost a year ago. Dad passed about a month later wasn't sure how Mom would be without him. Everyone was so kind and caring n supportive. She has a very nice room that faces a well kept courtyard.

What we like the most about The Hearth at Greenpoint is that it is very pleasant and welcoming community. Yes, we would recommend The Hearth at Greenpoint community to other families based on the experience so far.

Lovely room very clean in my room and around every day! People who work here are friendly and caring and nice to have around if you need are very good, tasty and served very nicely. The workers are efficient and they young people serving are caring and friendly and supportive. There are many things to do if you wish to participate! Good experience.

I would recommend Cardinal to my friends and family. I have lived here for 10 months. The best part is all my new friends. I have had some items misplaced during laundry day, however everyone was kind about helping me.

My mom loves Park Terrace. She was calling it home within 10 days of moving in. The staff are incredible and very kind. Mom gets her meds on time. Activities are all day long. Mom loves bingo which is almost every day The park like setting allows mom to take walks It's like Gods country

My mom adjusted to her new home and has made friends at Cardinal Village very quickly.She has attended events and plays the games that are available. The staff is attentive and helps my mom when needed
