They communicated. They were on top of things. They made me feel as if mama was top priority. They loved on her and made her smile. I knew I could call day or night and someone would check on her and get back to me. Mama always had something to do, she was making or headed to games. The food always looked delicious and she never complaints. If she did not like it, they made her something else!

Facility looks very clean overall. Not sure if the staff is maintaining the cleaning schedule. They may only clean when they see something as dirty. Staff is very friendly. I noticed that they do not follow the menu as posted. Meals do not look very appetizing . The memory care resident that can choose what they want to eat are not given that opportunity. All residents get the same meal. No 7pm snacks are given to the residents. The facility does not follow activity calendar . I have visited various times of the day and evening no activities being done in Memory care area. Only activities are done around holidays sometimes. The site does have a few Techs that try to interact with a few of the residents so they are not just sitting around doing nothing but this does not happen daily. Seems that all activities are focused on other Residents. Facilities is very expensive with all area advertised not truly being fulfilled. Overall it is a very nice facility. I would recommend to families whose love one is not active. Not enough activities for an active resident with just memory loss.

The patio with the rockers are so inviting. I have seen residents enjoying it very often. The care staff CARES and it is very reasonably priced. The food is very good. The entire place has been remodeled and is so bright and welcoming. The directors are always available and love the residents! My mom was very reluctant to come but really likes it. She can be more independent at Vitality than at home. It is small enough that you don't seel overwhelmed. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a family member!

The staff is always friendly and attentive even outside the area where my loved one resides. I rarely pass a staff member that doesn’t greet me or my loved one. The building is older and in some places shows her age (as we all do) but they’re working hard and doing a great job to refresh. The services offered are numerous and comprehensive. They always have some type of entertainment or activities happening. And monthly they have gatherings with family members invited. The food is better than expected and the main dining room is lovely. My family member that requires more and specialized care is well taken care of. I am comforted knowing my family member is safe, fed healthy meals, gets personal and medical attention, socialization and stimulation. I would recommend.

My wife and I are one month residents of Traditions of Mill Creek. We are very happy with our decision to leave New York for this excellent facility. We have family nearby so our choice of Traditions comes with the added dividend of ability to participate in family events without imposing upon their independence. We have activities that are suitable for the Memory Care resident and adult entertainment and activities that compliment the Independent Living resident. The food selections are very tasty and the menu offers excellent choices. The pricing is very reasonable considering where we came from and I would recommend Traditions of Mill Creek to my family and friends who are in the market for a top notch assisted living facility.

I have worked at Vitality Springdale for over four years. This is a great community with staff that truly cares about the residents. There are great bonds with all residents. I couldn’t think of a better community to be a part of!

Vitality Living Lake Forest is a very nice and well run facility. The staff are all very friendly and caring. The room size is spacious with a nice view of the garden.

Our mother is well taken care of and the peace of mind that brings us is very comforting. The facility is filled with loving care takers. The size of her room, the level of care provided for administering medication, the amenities in the facility for outweighed what we found at many of the higher cost facilities.

Vitality Living is a wonderful community! My father moved several hundred miles to live here and everyone along this journey has made it seamless and very welcoming. Care support has been attentive, supportive, and caring.

They are a little short staffed at times. But that seems to be everywhere.. they do manage very well with it. I've been there at mealtimes and they prepare good food for patients. they also try to engage them all in activities.no complaints so far.

I would say that I am so thankful that I picked this place for my mom that the staff is wonderful very caring. Make sure everybody gets out and involved in everything. The food is wonderful.

I like the dining options, how they have an all day menu and no specific seating. I like the facility itself. It's well taken care of. I also like how they communicate when there's an issue. Like when my Mom fell and had to go to the hospital. The biggest thing I don't like is they are not as involved in scheduling her medical appointments as her previous ALF. Overall it was really good. I would definitely recommend it.

Staff is super friendly and knows all the clients by name very quickly. They also have resident greeters that help new members get acclimated. Even cleaning staff was super friendly We would absolutely recommend Vitality Living Hendersonville and already have!

My loved one was transferred here. It was not perfect, but the directions and most of the staff members were great to us.

She passed away on [date removed]. Vitality was very good. Would recommend them highly to the elderly that aren't suffering from severe dementia and can do things for themselves. It's a family atmosphere. The staff have mostly been there for several years and genuinely care about the residents and their families.

Traditions of Smyrna is the most beautiful building I have toured. The independent living is clean, modern and vibrant. The staff are engaging and the food is terrific. The best decision we have ever made was to move to Traditions of Smyrna. I couldn't be happier!

Staff is dedicated to their guests - they follow up with the families to make them aware of any concerns. Move in was easy. I highly recommend the facility.

Our loved one has gained weight. The staff is attentive. When we have spoken to the nurse manager he has replied to questions quickly and he knows who she is. She had an episode of low hemoglobin and they notified us and monitored it. We have been very pleased,
