Vitality , so far, has been a very positive experience. Staff is great with the residents. They have a very open door policy for visiting.

Our mom is being so well looked after. We are 2,000 miles away. We have full confidence in the facility and staff.

The staff at this facility truly cares for the residents, treating them with dignity and respect. Many of the caregivers have been with the community for 4-6 years, which speaks to the consistency and dedication of the team. The Engagement Director organizes activities that give residents a sense of accomplishment. For example, I’ve seen residents take pride in participating in trivia games that tap into their long-term memory or in word games they can easily engage with. The smiles of pride from the residents are heartwarming. The layout of the community is another strength. It provides the comfort of smaller neighborhoods, while still offering the freedom to move around the larger building. Additionally, the performers who visit the community are incredible. Their talent adds a lively and uplifting atmosphere that the residents truly enjoy. It's always a highlight of the day when they perform. Mill Creek is clean, smells great and has awesome activities! Families have access 24/7 and will always be greeted with a welcoming smile. Activities are done in large and small groups. Mill Creek plans activities that get residents out of their rooms such as music, devotions and outings. I love that new residents are paired with an ambassador to assist in meeting new people and getting around the building. The building has a friendly feel to it and someone is at every bend to answer questions.

I have visited this community so many times and each time I am more impressed than the last! They have a wonderful team and I always see smiles when I through the doors. All the residents are always up and doing something and it just makes me so happy to see them being able to have fun. Everyone is kept in the loop and IDe’m just ecstatic to how much the community has grown.

The first step into the community was like I have been here before. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great interaction with the residents and guest. They genuinely ensure the best. A wonderful place to be!!

I did a tour of the property for my stepmother. While doing so, I came across a young lady named Keirra D. in the hall. She was very friendly and gave positive input with a smile. Although we chose another facility. I was pleased with how she helped give more information on what it's like for the patients daily. Thanks to you all.. And mostly Keirra for stopping to chat with us!

Love the customer service! Great vibes! The property was clean and the landscaping was nice as well! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that’s looking for a place to live. Location was great as well!

Grandma's enriched life… Grandma's social life flourished when she moved in to Vitality Living Columbia. The different activities and the genuine connections she's made with fellow residents have greatly enriched her life, filling her days with laughter and new memories.

5 for all. They are expensive but they have been taking good care of her.

I can't speak highly enough about [name removed] at Pine Valley Retirement Community! She is very easy to work with. [name removed] is very attentive to the residents needs and welcoming the new residents to Pine Valley.

I have visited several times in search for a loved one. Everytime I have visited, I have met very nice residents and staff. The facility seems very clean and it feels very home like. One of the residents was very nice to show me her apartment. The kindness has helped me feel good about my decision to move my loved one in. I appreciate the staff for being so helpful while I made my choice.

Love the area where Traditions is located. We have noticed how close Traditions is located to the restaurants in that area and its easy access to shopping just a short drive North or South. The staff is very nice and we have appreciated the warm welcome.

Absolutely stunning community - I would live here! You will be amazed when you pull up in front of the community and the inside is just as beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and the place smells and looks so clean. Definitely an option for us.

When I walked in the building I could feel the love and care they have for each other, well kept and clean !! The staff goes over and beyond, they are friendly, and most wear a beautiful smile ! That speaks volumes to me!
