Vitality Living

The facility is very clean, well staffed and caring of the residents. The meals are well balanced and flavorful. I recommend this facility. The room is large and so is the bathroom. They are kept clean and neat.

I would tell them it has been a great experience. That my dad appears to be very content and happy there and I always find him either enjoying a meal, the outdoor courtyard or just walking around the well laid out space. I find the staff to be very kind and compassionate. At times somewhat unresponsive and unorganized about administrative things but do eventually respond and get you what you need. I would say this has been the only drawback. But the benefits have far outweighed this aspect.

Vitality Living is a well kept community and the staff knows my mother's name and I feel if she needs help during the night, they respond quickly.

Our Mother is 101 and was recently diagnosed with dementia. We needed to find a place for her that would meet her needs. Vitality Living Baypoint did just that. Mother has her own room, activities that keeps her engaged with others, and caregivers that are experienced with people with dementia. She is in a safe and comfortable environment. We are pleased with our choice at Vitality Baypoint.

Everyone has been amazing. Starting with [name removed] in sales to [name removed]the Executive Director to [name removed]and the whole team in nursing. Cafeteria worker's, aides, and maintenance! Everyone has gone out of the way to make the transition easier for our entire family. The people who work there truly care about each resident. Always having activities and the food is great.

Would say the staff is always super friendly, the place is always clean and bright and fresh, and mom is constantly telling me about trips they take during the week. (I wish she would go with them!!!) I would definitely recommend to others. It was also one of the cheapest places we could find. My mom doesn't have much income. Allows pets, which was a must for us. They are inclusive of young kids with their holiday festivities too, which is nice.

She was the first to live in her room. She had to be placed in a separate behavioral center for ten which helped her. They have a nurse on site 24/7 and they took her to the hospital when she suddenly became ill with RSV on December 31. The ratio of staff to residents is good. She seemed to like the food. They have Art, music, game activities appropriate for memory care. Sundaes for snacks sometimes. The value for cost is higher than some other places but we were pleased with the facility.

Mom was in assisted living for a couple of months. She has Dementia so she kept walking out and is now in memory care.. Have to say she enjoys all the caregivers she has had up to date. Warm friendly, helpful staff from [name removed] at front desk to the chef [name removed] To [names removed] and all the caregivers and nursing staff in memory care.. Mom has never complained about any one person.... It's clean and beautifully decorated. There are plenty of activities for all. The food is good and there are many options to choose from.. If anything some repairs take longer but they are short staff so I understand. I would definitely recommend the Assisted Living and Memory Care at Vitality Living in Franklin.....

We toured 7 different Assisted Living facilities, and Vitality by far has the most spacious rooms and best storage. So many of the facilities, including Vitality, have lots of activities and planned events. The rocking chairs out front provide a safe and tranquil area to just sit and talk. Many times I’ve seen the staff out there just talking and laughing with the residents. My mom just loves it here.

I would say it is an amazing place. I feel my mother is safe and happy. I know she has people looking in on her all the time and the staff is very carrying and officiant.

The staff and the activities were great. The care my mom received was excellent and we as a family plus just enjoy our time with her. Unfortunately she has passed. As a family could just enjoy time with her. It took so much stress off of us knowing she was in excellent care and the communication was good with Vitality

I would highly recommend Apple tree Court. The staff are longtime employees with a lot of experience. They work as a team and all of them know the residents by name and engage them in a conversation every time they see the resident. We moved my brother to get him closer to his family.

Its a wonderful place, my mom loves it. But it does take time for anyone new to get used to it. I would certainly recommend to others.

I am surprisingly content here. All the staff I have encountered are almost like friends. There is always a lot to do with many activities to choose from. The consensus among residents that I have met all agree that this place is the best of any in the area. I am very happy with my choice to move to Vitality Living Hudson.

I would definitely refer somebody who wants their loved one to be comfortable, do activities daily and interact with others to go to Vitality of Stonybrook. My mother loved it there and they loved her she had plenty of things to do fun activities clean and courteous staff.
