I feel like I have joined a new family! The staff are great and work hard to provide activities and opportunities for residents to get to know each other. The pool is definitely a great exercise option and the outing are well planned and great for those who no longer drive. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. I feel I was well guided by A Place for Mom and I am very happy that I made the move.

The staff are friendly and easy to engage. The director and business manager at the facility can be easily reached and have open door policies so any issue can be resolved quickly. The resident ambassadors were very helpful to get Mom comfortable with her new surroundings.

Staff is very attentive, knows generally where everyone usually is and checks on them regularly. They know their names! Facilities are clean and landscaped kept up so when folks are outside they usually comment on them.

I would say a 5 for all of them. I have never had an issue with anything there Always very helpful. The facility offers all kinds of events for the residents. Any questions I have or my mother they answer in a timely manner. The food is awesome. My mother loves the place

Speak to [name removed] at Vitality Living. She's the best at explaining and answering all of our questions about moving our mother to the facility. She has great knowledge on additional resources to help with costs and medical care. Above all else she has great empathy and people skills. A wonderful person. The facility is an older facility but is well maintained The location is also nearby all the medical facilities, shopping and other social activities one would need. My mother really loved her little apartment there. It's just too bad she passed too soon.

From the first time I visited this lovely community, I was welcomed and greeted warmly, and it has been that way ever since. I love how there’s always a hubbub of activity in the lobby area, and Residents are happy and smiling. Concierge [name removed]always greets everyone with a smile, and is always so pleasant. The staff are also welcoming and helpful, always doting on the residents. The memory care is bright and active with the Residents always busy doing something. If I had a loved one considering assisted-living or Memory Care, I would surely consider Appletree Court at the top of my list!

Staff is so nice. Beautiful place. Dining room is gorgeous and so clean and food is delicious. His apartment is very roomy and glad that this facility is pet friendly too. Grave is loving the balcony on a sunny day.

[name removed] was phenomenal to work with. I am forever grateful for him and his team in assisting me with my mothers big move. The staff is wonderful from the concierge, the maintenance, the cleaning, the kitchen, the aides, the activities coordinator, rehabilitation, doctors and the all around workers there. It is a very friendly and enriched environment. When you walk in, it feels like a 5 star hotel. Before my moms big move, her health was declining. She was unable to do much on her own. She was bed ridden due to a health scare. I chose this facility for her because it was not comfortable, it was something I knew she wasn't used to which is getting "The Queen" treatment. I am glad I made the right decision. My mom is currently walking on her own with a walker, She does not need the help that other places she was once at required for her. My mom's quality of life came back in full force. My mom absolutely adores the staff and I believe they have a great impact on her.(Recommend)

the staff are caring, there isn't a lot of turnover there which is important ..my mom shares a room with another resident and some residents have private rooms. They provide cable box if you want to put TV in your room, but they are mostly in the common area watching TV, listening to music, watching live entertainers that come, coloring or doing other activities so I opted to not get a TV for mom. You have to provide a bed for your loved one twin and bedding, if you want to put chair in room there is plenty of room for that. They provide dresser and closet in the room and all rooms have bathroom. They have a dining room for their meals. They take them on outings on a facility bus. Last weekend we participated in Hernando Alzheimers walk and that was fun.

The staff is wonderful. They really go the extra mile for the residents. The facility is nice but could use some updating. The room sizes are pretty generous. The kitchen was tiny, but not really needed. Tight fit for a shower chair in the shower.

I visited two facilities for memory care for my mother. I am so thankful that Vitality was the place that I chose. The staff members are so friendly, kind and caring to the residents and also the families of the residents. Placing my mom was a difficult decision for me. I wanted to make sure she was safe and well taken care of. Vitality is all that. My mom has adjusted and thriving. I honestly think it was harder for me than for my mom to adjust. They have lots of activities for the residents. You can visit your loved one anytime you want. The staff is always willing and available to answer questions about your loved one. I am so happy that I chose Vitality Living Spring Hill for memory care for my mom.

First to start, my mom technically should not be there now. She now is considered immoble. She technically should no longer be allowed there, but they are technically, "working" with us. They give her two hand assistance. They change and clean her. Everyone has been working to keep my mother comfortable and as happy as possible. There is not much they can do with her as far as activities or entertainment. Their TV service is spotty so she complains about not being able to have good reception. She can't get to a lot of the events because of her mobility. But they do have something almost all the time. It's perfect but not a skilled facility. Her meals are brought to her and are usually cold but they do have a microwave in the room. If she were capable of getting to the dinning room she would have a wonderful meal. The meals from what I read are great. The other folks living there like them as well. They will even work with each of them.

Residents and staff are very friendly and helpful. There are both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The apartments are a great size. Easy to get around. Aspire cleans them once a week. There are lots of amenities: garden area, gym, indoor pool, activities like bingo and happy hour.

The Administrative Staff at Sonata Windermere is great. I think the room sizes and amenities are fine. I really like The people, the food, the facility, and the surroundings.

The tour was great, [name removed] helped us by visiting, she wanted to know my grandmother's story. She shared the resources we needed to help us find the right solution for her when she moves from Louisiana. The staff was amazing, and me and my husband was amazed about the tenure and the friendly staff they have.

My wife and I went through the community, and it was very nice. Thanks to [name removed] and [name removed]. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great Tour and was a great resource to me and my wife. The longevity of the staff is amazing, and we did not see that in most communities.

I'd rate 5 on all . Special thanks to [name removed]- very helpful and patient. Yes, I would recommend Hillside Springs to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We would definitely recommend to others! It's been a very smooth process and everyone that works there has been so patient. We were attracted to them because of the price.

The staff and caregivers at all levels are friendly, compassionate, and respectful. The facilities are clean, upscale, and welcoming. The activity opportunities are many and encouraged. We are so grateful to have found such a place with many levels of care opportunities.

I don't believe you could find a much nicer facility for the price ,everything on your list is outstanding for my Mom, great food! The room is very spacious, has a nice fitness room, and a very nice size like a common room for conferences are maybe special events.
