My Dad will be moving in June to a shared room. Everything and everyone was nice when I had a tour. Facility very close to my home. Convinced Dad will love.

Staff very friendly and showed us all around the facility. Very nice place. We are in the process of choosing a room and looking forward to seeing our loved one all settled in.

1. Food - five star rating for taste and the amount served. 2a. Food affordability- 3 star rating. 3. cleanest of common areas(dinning halls, restrooms, entry ways)- five star rating. 4. Cleanest of rooms by cleaning staff- 3 star rating. 4. Quality of Care- 5 star rating. 5. Rooms/ size- 5 star rating. 6. Activity - 5 star rating. Over all my mom and I are happy with the service rendered by The Aspire team. The staff is always friendly and professional. As of February of this year, the management team is now Vitality although the name of the community still remains Aspire.

I could not make the appointment I had a week from now so I took the chance and just walked in. They didn't mind a bit and was able to give me the tour so I could leave the area sooner.

[name removed] was excellent. She was available on short notice. She stayed late on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule. She answered our questions and provided additional insight.

I would like to thank[Name removed] for the professional and welcoming tour of the MC at Vitality. We were particularly impressed with the overall cleanliness and well-organized environment. Residents we observed were happy and the place had a homely feel. While I have returned to work in New York, my family and I still have a critical decision to make regarding my mother's care. The staff of a very accommodating to the residence and their families. The nursing staff is very attentive. They contact us anytime there's any kind of mishap or a fall. They are very clean. They keep her room very neat. They are very very attentive to her and they stay in close contact with us to any of her needs. We love having my mother there because it gives us such a sense of relief that she is safe and cared for.

Clean and well appointed facilities and was pleasantly surprised by the saltwater pool, expansive courtyard and a room to wash your dog without having to bend over!

It was an informative tour. Very knowledgeable. Was a little set back on not knowing the rooms need to be furnished by the family that never was brought up.

They are sometimes short of staff, so there are times that her room may not be cleaned as scheduled. They provide ample opportunities for residents to get out in the community to shop and attend activities. The residents are friendly, and my sister has made new friends. They bring entertainment in for the residents, such as small orchestra groups or choirs. Her overall experience has been positive, as she has been able to maintain some semblance of independence while living in a safe, comfortable environment.

I rated #4 as a 4 because the medication delivery and services has a couple of issues in that one night was completely omitted. Another night it was minus one pill and they keep coming later and later. #8 is rated as a 4 because of the medication distribution issues and it cost an extra[Amount Removed] for the service. It should be done in a correct and timely manner. My mother in law is very happy there and we are pleased with the care in that the nurse has already addressed her UTI problem and has suggested physical therapy for her peripheral neuropathy in her feet. We are now trying to get with [name Removed] to find a dentist nearby and also an eye doctor. Vitality has been very helpful with the move from a different state. We love the staff on her floor. Just the nighttime medication nurse may need some help because she has to do all floors.

The staff was very welcoming. Everyone spoke and said they were glad my sister was there. The Director, Activities Director, lead concierge, 2 nurses, and others came to her room the first 2 days of her arrival to introduce themselves and give her information. This was a HUGE difference from the facility she relocated from. I would highly recommend the facility. Everyone there seems to care.

Vitality, St Matthews, as an awesome and varied activity program. If someone wants to have exercise, art, singing, or entertaining group activities, such as crosswords, jigsaw puzzles, bingo, or other family oriented activities, they are abundant. There are weekly shopping trips available for those who are in need of purchasing goods nearby. Highly qualified ortho and physical. Therapist are available in-house as well as qualified nursing.

CAnnot comment on the activities, did not use. I didn't live in Vitality Living. My husband was there for a month of respite care. I was impressed with the health care which my husband received. Hector, the head nurse, was especially attentive and noticed a problem before anyone else did and acted promptly. I was out of state and he and Avenal, the director seems to look after the residents with compassion and empathy and patience. Those were the best features I can think of. It was over a year ago and my husband died in the meantime so some of my memory is dim.

The community is kept extremely clean, they decorate for every holiday, they do lots of events that include family, and have some tenured employees that love the residents like family. My mother is in Memory Care.

I have not needed any Care Services, and have not participated yet in any Activities. Once I am settled in, I will become more active. The biggest plus with Vitality Living Baypoint Village is the staff. Within days of my arrival, most of them knew my name. They are all so friendly and ready to help you in any way possible. The food is very good, with several choices for each meal. I moved here from out-of-state, and have been very busy getting settled in, so I haven't attended any events yet, but they look like fun. Although I moved here from another state, I have a very good friend who lives nearby. This was the closest facility to her. I had taken a tour of the facility in[Date Removed], but it was short. I really hadn't fully experienced living here yet, but the tour did have a positive feel to it. I would definitely recommend this facility. I had tried a facility in another state, but it didn't go well. This facility seems to be the perfect fit for me. I am home.

My tour with[Name Removed] was great. For me, touring facilities for her next phase of care is emotional. So, I truly appreciated just how was caring and kind. The facility itself is really nice and smells incredible. I would encourage anyone in the area looking for a place for their loved one to consider the Landmark.

Appletree Court looks like a nice place. The property seemed well cared for and clean. The staff was friendly.
