I love it here! The staff is great and the main reason I chose this place. They are like a family. The apartments are nice. Not large but enough to live comfortably. Always more than enough to do and care is excellent. Forgot to mention the food is ample and delicious and boredom not a problem because we have more activities and entertainment than time sometimes

My loved one passed away, but we loved Legacy Village. Staff, hospice care, cleanliness all first rate. Professional, caring, kind.

I have found the (direct care) staff to be very dedicated; they bend over backwards to make sure that residents have everything they need to function, and to accommodate personal preferences. The administrative staff whom I've met are also dedicated, and concerned for the welfare of the residents.

My mother really enjoyed the faculty and staff. They would routinely come in and check in on her before they left for the day. In addition, the staff was very helpful whenever I called or spoke with them about her medication, health, or status. She made a lot of friends there and while towards the end she had a difficult time due to her failing health, her friends would always cheer her up. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs care.

Mom is happy there and is making friends and staying involved in activities. The staff have been very nice and helpful. Her apartment is very nice. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

Great place and amazing staff. My mom is now a resident. The nurses helped my mom get settled in. The program director, social worker and activity director were very polite anfd helpful

So the staff and CARE are attentive and the activities and food are over the top. They're great cleanliness you know it's OK. The room is the largest that I have found so far for the most reasonable price.

The tour was great. The people were great. I liked the facility and one of the people who works with Fox, Ansley, who used to take care of my mom at another facility. Mom was excited when I told her she was now at Vitality. There were several residents walking at sitting around and the dining room was nice. I have sent the material to my mom who I want to make the decision since she will live wherever we choose. I would say it is the current leader, but I haven't talked to her yet.

[name removed] was wonderful and spreads her sunshine and laugh with all. [name removed] also was very caring and made it possible for mom to go from rehab to respite in 2 days. Mom is having a trial run and we hope she will want to stay. Everyone is very welcoming and the facility is spotless. As we all would want, she wants to stay in her home but she is not safe and needs more interaction with people. I so hope she stays there.

My mom toured the facility and really liked it, but she is also still considering moving out of state.

We love it there! It's a one bedroom. The staff has been very attentive. The food has been good and the room is clean. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

All the staff was welcoming and concerned about providing my wife with the best possible care. Extra effort was made to see that activities and development of new friends was important for my wife’s transition. The ease of coming and going from the facility is comforting.

A definite TEN - incredible place to live run by a brilliant staff with a myriad of activities and transportation daily, restaurant, Bar, casual dining, theater, decor and living space and a caring Director,[Name removed], who knows everyone by name and cares about them like family.

What we like the most about their services is the overall friendliness and warmth of the personnel. Yes, we would recommend Vitality Living Hendersonville to other families based on the experience we have had.

The staff have been great. We've tried the food ourselves several times and it is delicious. I would give a 5 for all eight categories.

[name removed], the sales director, gave me a tour. On behalf of my elderly parents, I visited the facility to see if it met the needs of my parents. [name removed] was professional and informative. She took the time to answer all of my questions. I was impressed with the size of the 2 bedroom apartment. The facility was immaculately clean.

People very nice, residents clean, no odor, caregivers interacting well with residents. I have moved my mother in. I would recommend to anyone looking for good, safe and secure placement.

Apartments are a little small but fine for my mom. Staff is the absolute best!! Super caring and loving. Lots of fun activities

What we like the most about the community is the overall cleanliness and the value for money. We would recommend Traditions to other families.

Staff and residents very friendly. Food in dining room is very good. Have had to ask a lot of questions so only suggestion for improvement would be to inform resident and family how things are done.
