We had to move my parents quickly and the entire staff was extremely helpful and kind guiding us along the way. The staff made sure they were settled in and had a current resident assigned to them to take them to meals for a few days. The chef personally came to their room to ask about what things they enjoy eating. My parents have been well taken care of here and are continuing to do better than when they were living in their own.

I like the ability of the staff to always be available to answer questions about residents problems or questions. My relative is contented at his stay. He especially relates to me when the staff has helped him through his questions.

Staff are all very nice. They inform families if residents miss meals or have any falls/accidents. They are quick to respond to emails.

I feel vitality offers an excellent blend of activities, value, care and safety.

We have enjoyed transitioning to Acclaim at Belmont Bay. The staff are welcoming, supportive, It is a very nice space, with lovely facilities. Units are large. The smaller size (number of units) has a nice feel.

I thought it was a great place! I'm a man of a few words. I loved the place and that's all l have to say about that!

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are making sure mom has a shower every week, and mobile medical communications. All else seems good.

The manager and the salesperson were great. They patiently dealt with the deluge of questions from the family. Also, it was clear they both had true, caring relationships with the residents. Add that to how nice the facility is, and it made for a great experience. [name removed], the placement coordinator we worked with from A Place for Mom was fantastic too.

From the moment my mom walked into Acclaim at Belmont Bay, she knew it was home. The community was incredibly clean and modern, which made a strong first impression. But what really stood out was the people, everyone from the rental staff to the residents was so friendly and intentional. There’s a real sense of warmth and community that you can feel as soon as you walk in. We’re very grateful she found such a welcoming place to call home!

The Manager is just right for her job the head nurse is more than competent and caring. I would recommend the facility They responded to some requests we made when my husband moved in. Tried hard to please.

The facilities are always immaculate, clean, A-1 superb operation inside and out, the place is an inviting presence. I am so glad that my mother found such a great place to be during her final decade of living .
