We found the facility to be very clean and well maintained. The nurses and staff were always friendly, caring and willing to answer any questions we might have. We were always contacted about any issues that arose such as falls, sickness or mobility problems. There were also planned activities and celebrations for the patients to enjoy. We were very pleased with the facility while our loved one was there.

Staff always had a smile on their face. They were helpful some staff in the hall waiting to help you at a minute notice activities were great. Food was excellent.

This community is truly top notch, and the recent changes under the new management have been nothing short of impressive. Their dedication to improving the living experience really shows. The renovations throughout the property are absolutely stunning, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail. I’ve noticed a significant positive shift in the overall atmosphere, and I couldn’t be happier to be part of this community. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-maintained and welcoming environment to call home.

They are a good operation and the staff is very caring and attentive. The staff is caring and engaged, the facilities are clean and well maintained, the food and service are better are well appreciated by the residents. I would recommend Appletree Court to others.

We were looking for a place for our father and it was very difficult but vitality made the experience easier than it could’ve been. It has taken some adjusting for both my father and staff to get to know his needs and routine. They have been very willing to assist him and us along this learning time. Very clean facility. Staff Very helpful and friendly.

The aides are very nice and caring. The food looks good and they have activities for the patients. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

This community is a beautiful, welcoming place. When I come in I am greeted with warm hospitality. The staff cares about the needs for your love one and do what they can to provide great, quality care. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for their love one to live in a modern, stylish place.

We had several specific services we needed for Mom, and Vitality Living fit all of them. The staff were a joy to work with, and when mom moved in, the top executives welcomed her in person with flowers. There were already welcoming balloons by her door. The staff continues to be attentive at sll levels, and have responded promptly to all my special requests for Mom’s care.

Vitality is a very comfortable and beautiful place. All the employees are extremely friendly and make you feel like family! They’re always there for the residents and keep the family informed on what’s going on with the resident. I’m very happy to have my brother-in-law living at Vitality and feel completely Confident that he is there and safe and taken care of!

I'm so happy with Vitality Living. Wonderful and patient employees. I don't have to worry about my love one. Food is wonderful. With many different choices. Very clean. All around and awesome place. Even has a pool, hair salon, and wonderful sitting area.

The staff members are AMAZING! They took such good care of my sweet mama. The facility was always clean. There were always lots of activities for the residents to do.

Easy move. Friendly staff. Clean and organized. Planned events that are successful. Food is amazing. Access in and out is secure. They do offer off site transportation. And you can have spirits there while visiting. Why go anywhere else!

I love it here. The people are genuinely friendly. They look for ways to make your life and living positive. The food is exceptional and the servers look for ways to please the residents. When the entre’ has seafood, the number of big shrimp is amazing. My patio is fabulous and in full view of the heated pool. There are several dogs here and is place is “animal/pet friendly!”

The facility is very clean, and the staff is very interactive with the residents. It really has been the perfect fit for my loved one and we are very happy.

Food is a huge part of the community experience. That is the only place Mom, and many of her fellow residents, would consistently rate low. The servers are mostly sweet.. but not well organized so some of the residents find themselves flagging down a server to place their order. When I was there, recently, I saw this occur often. Add in food that is not good... and that is all they focus on. Unfortunately, humans typically focus on the negative and not all of the things that are positive.
