Vitality Living

The facility is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly. The PT, Speech Therapy and OT services are excellent. My mom has made wonderful improvements since going to Vitality.

They were very patient at the beginning as she adjusted. Very good communication. And my sister in law has consistently said "the food is good" and "I feel safe". Plus they have many activities and share pictures on Facebook so we can see how she is doing, even though we are a 1000 miles away.

Vitality Living is a lovely facility. I will be using it for respite care in their memory care floor. That floor is just as lovely as all the others. Today we popped in for the assessment which was during lunch. It smelled devine and looked delicious. I’m confident my mom will enjoy her stay.

This is a beautiful facility that feels warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. The staff I encountered was friendly, welcoming and transparent with all information. It made making the decision to place my loved one there one I at peace with. I even had a follow up call to see if I had other questions…a heart felt thanks.

Beautiful accommodation, helpful and friendly staff with delicious meals. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for assisted living tor themselves or love ones

Absolutely loved this place. Thought it would be the best setting for my Mom. Regretfully to say my Mom is convinced she is not ready for assistant living. She is 89 years of age and just can not give up her independence. Also the only room available was on the second floor. My sister s and I felt that might be something that my Mom would not be able to handle

The building and amenities and events for the residents are amazing. The staff was so welcoming and I noticed as I was walking around how they were so kind and knew all of the residents. [name removed] was very informative and answers my multiple texts and calls in a timely manner. [name removed] the nurse doing my mom’s evaluation was so comforting and making sure my mom wasn’t stressed and made her feel relaxed about the situation. The building is very clean and the apartments are spacious. The atmosphere surrounding the building is calming and there are beautiful views all around.

I appreciate my experience at Acclaim more now than when I started here. The staff is always present, approachable, and very attentive to me and other residents. The concierges are all so kind and helpful. The kitchen staff from the manager ([name removed]) to the chef ([name removed]) and servers are 5 stars really. Food is very good. It's good to have different activities planned every day, with calendars and reminders. They are doing a great job.

My Dad will be moving in June to a shared room. Everything and everyone was nice when I had a tour. Facility very close to my home. Convinced Dad will love.

Staff very friendly and showed us all around the facility. Very nice place. We are in the process of choosing a room and looking forward to seeing our loved one all settled in.

1. Food - five star rating for taste and the amount served. 2a. Food affordability- 3 star rating. 3. cleanest of common areas(dinning halls, restrooms, entry ways)- five star rating. 4. Cleanest of rooms by cleaning staff- 3 star rating. 4. Quality of Care- 5 star rating. 5. Rooms/ size- 5 star rating. 6. Activity - 5 star rating. Over all my mom and I are happy with the service rendered by The Aspire team. The staff is always friendly and professional. As of February of this year, the management team is now Vitality although the name of the community still remains Aspire.

I could not make the appointment I had a week from now so I took the chance and just walked in. They didn't mind a bit and was able to give me the tour so I could leave the area sooner.

[name removed] was excellent. She was available on short notice. She stayed late on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule. She answered our questions and provided additional insight.

I would like to thank[Name removed] for the professional and welcoming tour of the MC at Vitality. We were particularly impressed with the overall cleanliness and well-organized environment. Residents we observed were happy and the place had a homely feel. While I have returned to work in New York, my family and I still have a critical decision to make regarding my mother's care. The staff of a very accommodating to the residence and their families. The nursing staff is very attentive. They contact us anytime there's any kind of mishap or a fall. They are very clean. They keep her room very neat. They are very very attentive to her and they stay in close contact with us to any of her needs. We love having my mother there because it gives us such a sense of relief that she is safe and cared for.

Clean and well appointed facilities and was pleasantly surprised by the saltwater pool, expansive courtyard and a room to wash your dog without having to bend over!

Great tour and awesome facility! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Numerous options and great amenities.

It was an informative tour. Very knowledgeable. Was a little set back on not knowing the rooms need to be furnished by the family that never was brought up.
