Vitality Living

I would rate Vitality of five in all areas except for some billing discrepancies. We are working on that right now, but they are slow moving, but the place is very clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. The food and the dining room room has been awesome my mom's enjoying all the activities they have. And she has a one bedroom apartment and it is a perfect size for her.

The overall care my mother has received has been amazing. She loves the food. Although there has been turnover in staff, they are very quick to any needs she has. It was on the lower side as far as cost for what she needs. It is a nice, quiet place.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and warmth of everyone that I met. The facilities are very nice and clean and the people that I met seemed to really like living there. I also liked the nearness to all the shopping in Brooksville - if they don't have what I want in one of the stores there, I really don't need it.

Care staff is amazing as is the dining staff. The facility is always kept clean as well as the apartments. Retention of staff however is a challenge.

I would give it five the whole way down for everything. What I like the most about the community is the food, the activities and the people both the clients as well as the staff

They truly care about the residents living there. I would recommend. My mother-in- law wasn't there quite a month. ( She moved to heaven!) The staff treated her and our family like we had been there for years. So kind, so compassionate, so patient. They helped us through a difficult time.

Feels like a resort. Deluxe studio and one bedroom apartments. One bedroom apartment ample space for single person or couple. Lots of planned activities every day. Transportation to doctor appointments and shopping within a 15 mile radius included in monthly rental. Three meals a day included in monthly rent. Launder of bed linens and towels included in monthly rental.

Most staff is always helpful, they learned what each resident likes, Food wise and activity wise. They made sure they attended when they could. Food is the best, we have family in other assisted living facilities and they tell us how much better Vitality food and offering are better. We visited many facilities before selecting Vitality. The room sizes, selections, and pricing that are comparable did not come close. When I see someone touring it makes me want to tell them, this is the place! A printed list of daily activities for the month is given to residents, and family and friends are invited to seasonal events.

We've had a really rough time since the second day. My dad is in the hospital for the 5th time. My mom has been in the hospital with flu and pneumonia for a week as well. This is not the facility's fault I'm sure it's due to being placed in a large community of people. Everyone is very nice and helpful. We've had some miscommunications a few times but we are working those out. I'm used to private one on one care for them so this has been a huge change for all of us. The facility is beautiful and employees have been really good. I do think my mom is enjoying being in a community where she can sit with others instead of being at home all the time. My dad is not enjoying the situation as much but he is stubborn and won't try anything. I just experienced using the on sight clinic for my mom and they were fantastic. Over all I think we have picked the best facility we could find in the area. I would rather have them in private home care but it is too expensive.

The experience that we have had has been phenomenal the staff has been very kind and supportive during my moms stay.

The facility was nice and clean, however, [name removed], the salesperson, really closed the deal from me with her ability to know everyone's name and interact with all of the residents on both the assisted living side as well as the memory care side. She is amazing!!!

The facility itself, was totally redone, the staff, the activities for the residence, the price, the ease of contact a department head and getting items addressed.

I’m currently searching location for my Aunt to relocate to Mississippi. This location was extremely nice, clean and had a pleasant aroma. [name removed] was very helpful, professional, and made my tour of this Facility enjoyable. I would recommend this Facility to others. If you are seeking an Assisted Living for your love one, I suggest you check out this Facility!!!

They simply were terrific with [name removed] and provided me with great advice. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Vitality. I would definitely recommend. Their relationship with Gentiva was invaluable.

They really focus on the residents. They make them feel special. They listen to any concerns you might have. This includes dining room staff, personal caretakers, and the cleaning crew! They are joyful and pleasant to be around! The food is amazing too!!!!

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness with the staff and the other residents. Yes, we would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Our loved one hasn't needed much care so the care services is hard to rate. We can rate just what we have seen from others in the facility. With the activities our loved one hasn't used them and a lot of residents are led. What we like the most about the community are the staff, they are attentive and receptive.

We enjoyed our experience and were very happy with the amenities and offerings at the Acclaim. The staff and all residents we met were happy and generous with their time ensuring we saw everything. The facility was clean and well cared for.

I must say that given what they were dealing with they handled everything amazing well. Both [removed name] and I were thrown for a loop with my mother. I kept them informed the best I could and they kept me informed. Meals were not to my mother's standards, but each time I saw what they had it looked good. They catered to health issues and allergies which I thought was good. Given everything they had to deal with with my mother they handled everything professionally.

I had a great tour with [name removed]. She was very professional and so kind . Everyone third is so welcoming and it seems like everyone is family . There was a cozy sitting areas by a fireplace , newly renovated rooms renovated room and a restaurant style dining room.
