We get care, hospital and meals here which is definitely an A!

I picked Vitality from among many other spots due to the welcoming community feel and the activities. The move in process was pretty easy. The maintenance crew does a good job with checking in on new residents and fixing little things here and there. All the staff I interact with have been friendly and I've observed only respect from them towards residents. I feel good about Vitality as my grandmother's home.

My only comment would be for them to try to incorporate men's activities. They try to have them but then cancel them because no one signs up. I feel like they could try to promote more.

When you reach a point and you have to make these tough decisions of placing your loved one in a community, having a transition team like Sonata’s has made my life easy. Truthfully without [names removed] we would never have been able to accomplish this.. It’s very difficult emotionally to make the choice to put your parents into a community, With [name removed] hands on guidance she made her life much easier she went beyond her day-to-day responsibilities. The whole team at Sonata is fantastic. I recommend them highly

The staff really take the time and are willing to listen to you. I live in the smallest accommodation they have to offer. It reminds me of a hotel room with a private bathroom. But what more do I need. All meals are cooked for you and a housekeeper once a week. When you come for a tour, they will show you around and let you see all of the different apartment sizes that are available.

Vitality was so amazing for him through the end, I want to know they were given great reviews. I would recommend them and I would give them 5 stars. I hope it helps other families find Vitality Living and gives all involved the peace of mind and quality of life my family found.

My mother is a resident at the Hudson Vitality Senior Living facility. She has been there for a year, and I am completely satisfied with her residence and care. She is 93 and has made many friends and participates in just about every activity where she lives. My mother has special needs because she is legally blind, has memory issues, and can't administer her own medication. The staff and medical department look out for her very caring and it feels more like a family than workers because I don't have to spend a lot of time worrying about her getting around or her missing a meal or her missing her medication or wrong dose. If there are any questions needed by staff for any reason, they are always quick to call or let me know what is going on with my mother. Traditions of Mill Creek had a friendly staff and active residents. I toured and was impressed with it. The rooms were spacious, and the location is great and easy to get to. (It has plenty of shopping in the area.)

Every one at Vitality that I met was friendly and helpful. My dad has thrived there. If he doesn’t show up for a meal, they go check on him. They call me with updates. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for assisted living.

My 97 year old father had lived with us for 7 years, but we were getting to the point where it was hard for us to safely provide the care he needed. After visiting several facilities, we decided on Vitality Arlington, where he moved directly into memory care. After a short adjustment period, he came alive again. He had pretty much stopped talking to us at home, but now he was talking to others and he talked to us! He laughed and smiled. He regained his enthusiasm for the world and travel. He encouraged us and shared his wisdom. We became his children again and we had some profound conversations before he passed. He was well-cared for by the staff and he bonded with those who creatively helped him adapt to his new environment. Vitality enabled him to reclaim part of his former, which eased some of the pain of his passing. Vitality was the right place for our dad.

I was very concerned my mom would have a hard time adapting to such a big change in her living situation. The staff at Vitality made sure she felt welcomed and loved.

I have had my mom in here over two years. The community did go through some changes her first year there but has now had the same management team for a year now. They are very good and work hard for the residents. The staff is kind. Mom was not social for a long time which was a big part of why we moved her. She now has several close friends who look over each other. It’s a beautiful building and great location. She loves her spacious apartment too.

We were all very pleased and thankful for the level of care that you guys provided my sweet dear Grandmother before she passed. Thank you all so very much again!I would highly recommend!!

I would say that the staff bend her backwards to get what the residence want. The only exception is that I have asked them repeatedly to provide sufficient Internet/Wi-Fi service. So that my mom can have close captioning on her phone and they still have not delivered on this request.

Having seen my mother in 3 locations outside of the home in her old age, I must say Vitality really is a superb place for my dear sweet mother to be spending her last few years in tidy and quiet surroundings. I could not have asked for a better place for her. I know she enjoys it and is happy to be there. She is making new friends and seems to be comfortable content in this location. So thumbs up to the staff, kitchen workers, and to the management of Vitality Court for helping my mother find a pleasurable place to live out her remaining days.

The facility is very clean, well staffed and caring of the residents. The meals are well balanced and flavorful. I recommend this facility. The room is large and so is the bathroom. They are kept clean and neat.

I would tell them it has been a great experience. That my dad appears to be very content and happy there and I always find him either enjoying a meal, the outdoor courtyard or just walking around the well laid out space. I find the staff to be very kind and compassionate. At times somewhat unresponsive and unorganized about administrative things but do eventually respond and get you what you need. I would say this has been the only drawback. But the benefits have far outweighed this aspect.

Vitality Living is a well kept community and the staff knows my mother's name and I feel if she needs help during the night, they respond quickly.

Our Mother is 101 and was recently diagnosed with dementia. We needed to find a place for her that would meet her needs. Vitality Living Baypoint did just that. Mother has her own room, activities that keeps her engaged with others, and caregivers that are experienced with people with dementia. She is in a safe and comfortable environment. We are pleased with our choice at Vitality Baypoint.

I have only lived here for 3 months & so far I have enjoyed living here. There amenities are plentiful & the Apartments are beautiful. The staff are helpful & the food is excellent. The residents are so friendly. In my opinion if u r looking for a beautiful, secure & beautiful independent living place to reside with great amenities, I think u would be happy at The Aspire Westend!
