Great experience. Would recommend to others unless they are a smoker.

The patio with the rockers are so inviting. I have seen residents enjoying it very often. The care staff CARES and it is very reasonably priced. The food is very good. The entire place has been remodeled and is so bright and welcoming. The directors are always available and love the residents! My mom was very reluctant to come but really likes it. She can be more independent at Vitality than at home. It is small enough that you don't seel overwhelmed. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a family member!

The staff is always friendly and attentive even outside the area where my loved one resides. I rarely pass a staff member that doesn’t greet me or my loved one. The building is older and in some places shows her age (as we all do) but they’re working hard and doing a great job to refresh. The services offered are numerous and comprehensive. They always have some type of entertainment or activities happening. And monthly they have gatherings with family members invited. The food is better than expected and the main dining room is lovely. My family member that requires more and specialized care is well taken care of. I am comforted knowing my family member is safe, fed healthy meals, gets personal and medical attention, socialization and stimulation. I would recommend.

My wife and I are one month residents of Traditions of Mill Creek. We are very happy with our decision to leave New York for this excellent facility. We have family nearby so our choice of Traditions comes with the added dividend of ability to participate in family events without imposing upon their independence. We have activities that are suitable for the Memory Care resident and adult entertainment and activities that compliment the Independent Living resident. The food selections are very tasty and the menu offers excellent choices. The pricing is very reasonable considering where we came from and I would recommend Traditions of Mill Creek to my family and friends who are in the market for a top notch assisted living facility.

I have worked at Vitality Springdale for over four years. This is a great community with staff that truly cares about the residents. There are great bonds with all residents. I couldn’t think of a better community to be a part of!

Aspire at West End is great. The residents always have help with anything and have a lot of activities available. I cannot say anything bad about the place. I would recommend to anyone. My mother does not get out much, but other than that I would recommend to anyone. The only issue that my mom has ever had was that food was ordered and never delivered. She always has food in her apartment, so she didn't go hungry.

The facility is beautiful and my mother loves it. She feels like a princess! activities are great and just the right number of them per day. The bus service for doctors appointments and shopping are perfect. My mother does not feel like she has lost any of her independence. She has met many new friends. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. We are so grateful to have found this place. The location feels safe and there is a lot of great scenery since there is a marina close by.

Vitality Living Lake Forest is a very nice and well run facility. The staff are all very friendly and caring. The room size is spacious with a nice view of the garden.

Our mother is well taken care of and the peace of mind that brings us is very comforting. The facility is filled with loving care takers. The size of her room, the level of care provided for administering medication, the amenities in the facility for outweighed what we found at many of the higher cost facilities.

It's a great place to live in. Especially if you're still able to be independent and participate in all the activities. A place for mom had recommended three places. My son visited two of them and said that Acclaim was the best. He was certainly right. The Director, all of the staff and the residents were all very friendly, outgoing, and eager to help a new resident to adjust. Also, the different apartments were very well appointed and spacious.

Aspire is a great independent facility. They have washer and dryers in each apartment which is great.

Vitality Living is a wonderful community! My father moved several hundred miles to live here and everyone along this journey has made it seamless and very welcoming. Care support has been attentive, supportive, and caring.

The only real concern I have had is w her medication. They switched to new pharmacy and they didn't fill one of hers even though Sonata requested it in plenty of time and so she missed her medication. I did bring that to [name removed] attention. Also she had a tech she didn't know try to bring her medication that wasn't hers one night. That's scary... fortunately she is good with knowing what she gets.

Great so far. My mom only moved in recently but is already making lots of friends and is pleased with her decision.

They are a little short staffed at times. But that seems to be everywhere.. they do manage very well with it. I've been there at mealtimes and they prepare good food for patients. they also try to engage them all in activities.no complaints so far.

I would say that I am so thankful that I picked this place for my mom that the staff is wonderful very caring. Make sure everybody gets out and involved in everything. The food is wonderful.

I like the dining options, how they have an all day menu and no specific seating. I like the facility itself. It's well taken care of. I also like how they communicate when there's an issue. Like when my Mom fell and had to go to the hospital. The biggest thing I don't like is they are not as involved in scheduling her medical appointments as her previous ALF. Overall it was really good. I would definitely recommend it.

Staff is super friendly and knows all the clients by name very quickly. They also have resident greeters that help new members get acclimated. Even cleaning staff was super friendly We would absolutely recommend Vitality Living Hendersonville and already have!

My loved one was transferred here. It was not perfect, but the directions and most of the staff members were great to us.
