The entire staff members are above a 5. They are very friendly and helpful to all the residents! The sizes of the apartment determines how much space you have. If you only need a one bedroom apartment and prepare for the size by downsizing beforehand, I would say that they are adequate. I am surprised by the amenities offered. Also the food offered is very good.

We would definitely recommend to others! It's been a very smooth process and everyone that works there has been so patient. We were attracted to them because of the price.

The staff and caregivers at all levels are friendly, compassionate, and respectful. The facilities are clean, upscale, and welcoming. The activity opportunities are many and encouraged. We are so grateful to have found such a place with many levels of care opportunities.

I don't believe you could find a much nicer facility for the price ,everything on your list is outstanding for my Mom, great food! The room is very spacious, has a nice fitness room, and a very nice size like a common room for conferences are maybe special events.

Vitality , so far, has been a very positive experience. Staff is great with the residents. They have a very open door policy for visiting.

The staff at this facility truly cares for the residents, treating them with dignity and respect. Many of the caregivers have been with the community for 4-6 years, which speaks to the consistency and dedication of the team. The Engagement Director organizes activities that give residents a sense of accomplishment. For example, I’ve seen residents take pride in participating in trivia games that tap into their long-term memory or in word games they can easily engage with. The smiles of pride from the residents are heartwarming. The layout of the community is another strength. It provides the comfort of smaller neighborhoods, while still offering the freedom to move around the larger building. Additionally, the performers who visit the community are incredible. Their talent adds a lively and uplifting atmosphere that the residents truly enjoy. It's always a highlight of the day when they perform. I did a tour of the property for my stepmother. While doing so, I came across a young lady named Keirra D. in the hall. She was very friendly and gave positive input with a smile. Although we chose another facility. I was pleased with how she helped give more information on what it's like for the patients daily. Thanks to you all.. And mostly Keirra for stopping to chat with us!

Grandma's enriched life… Grandma's social life flourished when she moved in to Vitality Living Columbia. The different activities and the genuine connections she's made with fellow residents have greatly enriched her life, filling her days with laughter and new memories.

5 for all. They are expensive but they have been taking good care of her.

I can't speak highly enough about [name removed] at Pine Valley Retirement Community! She is very easy to work with. [name removed] is very attentive to the residents needs and welcoming the new residents to Pine Valley.

I have visited several times in search for a loved one. Everytime I have visited, I have met very nice residents and staff. The facility seems very clean and it feels very home like. One of the residents was very nice to show me her apartment. The kindness has helped me feel good about my decision to move my loved one in. I appreciate the staff for being so helpful while I made my choice.

When I walked in the building I could feel the love and care they have for each other, well kept and clean !! The staff goes over and beyond, they are friendly, and most wear a beautiful smile ! That speaks volumes to me!

I would have to give each category a 5+. It is bright and cherry inside on the exterior is lovely as well with plenty of parking. Everybody is very friendly, even if they don't know you and you don't know them there's always a."hi." Of course it's a bit of an adjustment coming from a three bedroom condo to a one bedroom apartment, but I also found it was a great time to purge items I hadn't used for years. Why did I keep them?! You didn't ask, but there is a housekeeping service available if you so desire, extra from the rent. There's also a trash shoot on every floor easily accessible. And to top it off happy hour every afternoon and Fridays there are free drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic, as well as entertainment We introduce ourselves and we laugh about forgetting names and then we start over again! Quality of care: this place is not about caregiving. However, the entire staff goes out of their way to be helpful if anyone is in need. It is spotlessly clean all the time. Administrative staff is friendly and helpful and always accessible without appointments necessary. Everyone has been supportive of me, having just moved in in October and still learning the ropes and having boxes to unpack. They all say, "oh it'll just take you some time be patient. You'll get there." Activities are plentiful if one so desires or if you feel like being in your apartment for the day, that's OK too. There's a library of books. There's always a jigsaw puzzle waiting to be completed. A weekly and monthly calendar come out and we simply sign up for what we are interested in at the front desk. The food is outstanding. You can get as much or as little as you want and again if you weren't want company for dinner, you go to the dining room and if you want to cook for yourself, you do so. Kitchen is quite adequatefor one. Depending on the location of the apartment views are spectacular. I have enjoyed having the deck outside my living room. And at this time of year, there are Christmas lights and decorations all over everywhere inside and out, very festive. I seem to have gone on and on. But I wanted to mention there is a physical therapist on staff always open with a doctors order. I intend to partake of that as soon as my doctor order has been completed. There is a very lovely workout room and also an indoor pool.
