Vitality Living

She passed away on [date removed]. Vitality was very good. Would recommend them highly to the elderly that aren't suffering from severe dementia and can do things for themselves. It's a family atmosphere. The staff have mostly been there for several years and genuinely care about the residents and their families.

Traditions of Smyrna is the most beautiful building I have toured. The independent living is clean, modern and vibrant. The staff are engaging and the food is terrific. The best decision we have ever made was to move to Traditions of Smyrna. I couldn't be happier!

Staff is dedicated to their guests - they follow up with the families to make them aware of any concerns. Move in was easy. I highly recommend the facility.

Our loved one has gained weight. The staff is attentive. When we have spoken to the nurse manager he has replied to questions quickly and he knows who she is. She had an episode of low hemoglobin and they notified us and monitored it. We have been very pleased,

It has been a good 2nd choice. 1st choice would be able to keep her home. But since I don't feel I can safely do that, vitality has been great. As long as she's happy that's all I care about. For food, it's not really the type of food she would normally eat. And she complained they don't offer a lot of "treats." And activities, they are looking for an activity person, so not a lot of stuff happening unless the supervisor does it. But over-all she is happy there.

The staff is very friendly, attentive and caring. There are lots of activities that the residents can participate in and they do outings as well

They have been very good to [name removed]. THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF HER. She likes it their. HER room us very nice and all the people that work there are great.

Our father in law picked Traditions for his new home after a sudden change in his health. We were out of town when everything happened ,and [name removed] was a breath of fresh air when it came to problem solving over a long distance.

We are very happy with Acclaim at Belmont Bay so far. I would recommend it, with the caveat that it is not for anyone that requires assistance. It is an independent living facility. More like a retirement community. I wouldn't recommend to someone that needs care and supervision.

The facility is doing a great job. It's a thankless situation. They keep me in the loop mostly if my mom doesn't talk them out of it. But overall, I like the facility.

Friendly staff, competitive pricing and good location. Like most places these days, they are some-what short staffed.

The community is very nice. Staff is warm, informative, and welcoming as soon as you walk in the front doors. The residents are engaged and active. The care staff genuinely cares about the residents. Has 24 hours nursing and caregivers. A great location for your loved one to live as they progress through aging from Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care if needed.

I would give everything a 5, except that I don't really know much about the meals/dining, and activities. We kind of had to "get going" because my mother was exhausted at the end of the tour, so we didn't get to eat, and she's not really interested in activities, so we didn't talk much about that. But the staff was very accommodating, and the facility itself is first class.

The staff is very helpful. The move in process was easy. The facility is clean and the décor is beautiful and up to date. The food is very good and the waitstaff in the dining area are prompt and kind. There are plenty of activities available to the residents and most of the residents we've met are very kind and helpful as well.

I think they get 5s across the board. It's a beautiful, well run and well managed place. The food is good, the activities and health care are good, but if the scale is 1-5 they should get a 10 for the friendliness and helpfulness of their staff. They are fantastic!

Our loved one passed away just shortly after coming to Vitality Living Spring Hill, but the staff members were very accommodating with the struggles he had and the struggles our family had.

I am very pleased of my choice for Dad. He is included in some of the events at the facility. Everything is going well with dad.The staff is treating him very good.

There is always friendly and welcoming staff at Vitality. The residents are happy and engaging with visitors. I always enjoy interacting with the leadership team - they truly care. Can’t wait to see the new renovations.

Besides the friendly, comfortable, and busy atmosphere at Vitality of Hendersonville, the staff is outstanding. The CNAs and aides perform the usual assistance, of course, which include help with transporting, dressing, showers, and assisting in getting a resident up off the floor after a fall! However, it makes senior living so much easier if you know you have someone who can find why your TV isn’t working, or open a bottle for you, or reach the box on the top shelf or under your bed. Over the years, I’ve had flowers that were shipped, and the woman who brought them to my room even set them up in a vase for me I’ve been really grateful for the quality of our bus drivers, who work with me if there’s a conflict in scheduling. It’s been wonderful to rarely have to ask my children to take me to the doctor. Our driver literally goes the extra mile to help mail packages or with other special errands.

Vitality Living of Hendersonville exemplifies that they truly care about people. Whether you’re just visiting or choose to stay they make you feel right at home. I can’t imagine a better place for our seniors!
