We love The Hearth. It is a very family oriented, truly caring environment. The staff work well with the entire family to help meet ever changing needs of the residents and the families. As their staff have a lot of experience, they are helpful with options and suggestions to make the resident and family feel welcomed, cared for, and secure in the environment. They offer a great selection of activities and wonderful musical performances. The atmosphere is that of a small, tight-knit community that looks after one another. No one gets lost in the shuffle.

It was really easy for me to come here and make this my home. Right away when I toured, I just knew this was HOME. I like the friendly and helpful staff. The residents are very friendly. It's a newer place and very clean. We had great activities and food, although we're currently without an activities director and chef. But I understand the current staffing challenges. Traditions is perfectly located, just five minutes away from Publix, Kroger, Walgreens, a gas station, dry cleaner, hair/nail salon - all sorts of places that you don't have to go far at all to get to. My husband and I are quite happy here, and would recommend it to anybody.

My loved one seems to love the food. Most times the activities is okay, and sometimes they don't do anything with the residents. It's a nice and clean community. The staff is really friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Mother is extremely happy. She loves her room and she likes the staff. She's on the first floor, so it's easy for her to move around and get to where she needs to go. She's very pleased with it and there have been no complaints from her.

I thought Vitality Living Arlington was very nice. It was quaint and cozy. The only reason we didn’t pick them was the location didn't work for us.

My brother and I toured this facility when trying to find a place for our mother. This facility was my first choice for mom. My brother was on board, except for the size of the units and availability. He wanted to get mom into the largest apartment available. At the time, Appletree didn't have any of their larger units available. We ultimately decided on another facility, but this one was great as well!

This is a great place. The staff are very good with the residents; however, they are always looking for additional staff members here. The staff communication with the family is fine, and they are responsive to our questions and concerns. There are three meals a day served to the residents, with one option for the memory care residents.

They had a change in staff and bookkeeping, which was my only concern. Other than that, they communicated well. It was a brand new bulding, which was very clean. Overall, it was very reasonable for the value of the money.

When it comes to the meals there is some room for improvement but in regard to the activities those are wonderful. They do so many different things with the residents - our loved one goes on different outings, goes to lunch, plays bingo and also take advantage of their happy hour. The staff are just incredible to our loved ones. [name removed] and [name removed] who took us on our tour was fantastic, they were so responsive to all of our questions, really listened to what we had to say and were just amazing. Based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

I toured with Vitality Living Springdale and really liked the facility. It was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. I took my brother here and he just did not feel that it was as vibrant and active as what he was looking for.

This has been a very enjoyable experience for me. Everything I have needed has been provided. The staff are knowledge and fairly courtesy anytime I had questions or concerns. Some of the activities available include: games, entertainment, happy hours, and more for the residents to choose from to participate in. There are at least 2 options for each meal for the residents to choose from, and meals are served three times a day.

The overall value is worth it when it comes to everything this community is offering. Our loved one absolutely loves the meals and the dining experience has been very good. Our loved one has her own table which she enjoys but it also has enough room for friends and family to visit and eat meals with. The workers especially the nurses are very friendly and nice. The day to day staff are so friendly that has really just stood out to us from the beginning. They have plenty of different activities going on daily and we would definitely recommend this community to other families

I toured The Hearth at Hendersonville; the fact that it was furnished was a downside back then, but that turned out to be a plus. I didn't know how my mom would react going into that. The cost was a little more, and their private room was a little small compared to the community we chose. The director was wonderful; she's even reached out to say hello and check in without a hard sale. She seemed very caring and great. They had a huge amount of activities, I really really did like it. If I knew then what I know now, I would have chose The Hearth because it would have been a much better fit for my mom.

I would share that Vitality provided the care that my husband required with loving and competent care.

The staff at Vitality Living Spring Hill go above and beyond to help the residents. And they are very flexible if you need to add an extra service like giving out medications. My mother loves the games they play too. The activities help her to be able to socialize again.

We had a great experience at Vitality Living Milton. My loved one really liked it there. The staff was vey friendly. And the facility was clean, bright, and new. It was a great placement.

there was dust and needle covers under my mom's bed. I mentioned it to the Exec Director who had the head maintenance guy on the case in less than (literally) 30 seconds. Another incident involved not having mom's trash can emptied. The ED came to her room as soon as I mentioned it, figured out the problem and had as solution. Friendliness of staff gets 5++++. No complaints, but another facility (the one my mom got kicked out of) had at least two choices for each meal. And this is *totally* nit-picky, but they occasionally have watermelon snacks, but the watermelon has seeds, which is difficult for dementia sufferers to grapple with. Especially considering the location. I like that the "neighborhoods" are segregated based on cognitive ability. It helps Mom feel less alone, more able to join in with people on her "level". Our brief (unsuccessful) attempt at adult daycare left Mom commenting on how "stupid and boring" the other clients were. She has never said this regarding the other residents in her neighborhood.

Attentive and responsive staff and a very clean facility.

I absolutely loved the Traditions of Mill Creek facility. I actually made friends out of some of the staff that I spoke with and still talk to some of them to this day. This actually was my first choice if the location would have been closer to me.

The director was absolutely outstanding with the entire process, although mom didn't get a chance to move in we would highly recommend Appletree Court Assisted Living.
