Vitality Living

Vitality Court Texas Star is a really nice place to live. Moving in was smooth and quite easy. The food is great and there are options if you want something else. The place is kept clean and the common areas are well decorated. All staff members have been great. They will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend living here.

My loved one is currently a resident at Vitality Living Lake Forest and everything has been just great for him there! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff is excellent. I would recommend this facility to others.

My mom was only there for a few weeks and then passed away. But I was so impressed with the care that she received while there!! I would recommend to others.

My personal experience with Vitality regarding my sister's residency was nothing short of spectacular! [name removed] , sales director, [name removed], executive director, [name removed] ,, clinical care advocate all combined made my sister's transition flawless! I would highly recommend Vitality Living to anyone faced with a caring/community based environment for their loved one!

They treated us very well and was very helpful transitioning Mom to her new home. The location and the price was good for that facility.

I was not aware this level of facility exists for senior care. The facility is new and looks like a 5 star hotel, the staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere was great. The best I have seen in the area by far.

I visited the facility, to get information on various options, as well as info specific to veterans. (Several yrs ago i flew out to help my Dad after he had a wrong-way driving incident in Reno & a dementia diagnosis. These situations can be very challenging & overwhelming when they happen suddenly). Anyway, [name removed] at Vitality was very knowledgeable & helpful w all my questions. I recommend visiting Vitality to learn more about assisted living & memory care, if you have a loved one that might need help in the future. Entering the facility, I was very happy to see June, who serves as concierge. I worked with [name removed] locally in the 1990's when she was my favorite supervisor at Target store. Touring facility, i saw residents busy w puzzles, books, taking walks & collecting autumn leaves, & other activities. Many residents were away at an outing at the local bowling lanes. The dining room is beautiful w multiple choices. (I did not rate the food or care, as I was a visitor, not a resident)

There was a waiting list at the other places and she needed a place to go immediately. However, these people really seem to care about her being comfortable and welcome. I would recommend to others.

The building is older and currently undergoing some renovations. It is well-kept and clean. What sets this community apart is how friendly and helpful the staff members are at all times. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Vitality Living to other families.

Both the staff and the residents are friendly. There are activities all day long, never a dull moment. The food is good. If you don't like the two options, there are about 10 other dinners you can choose from. We are very happy we moved here.

It is new. Facilities are very nice. Director has a lot of experience. In Tupelo where my brother who does most of the care giving lives. A couple of people who have family there highly recommended Landmark over some other places.

My mom was previously a resident at Vitality Living Milton. She wasn't there for very long, so she didn't get a chance to really settle in. But everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. [Name removed], in Memory Care, was really good with my mom (she was very anxious coming in the first day). When my mom ended up in the hospital, they regularly called or texted me to see how she was doing. I would recommend Vitality Living Milton to others.

My mom is currently a resident at Vitality Living Lake Forest and the experience has been great. The office and front staff are very friendly. The nursing staff is above average. The dining staff needs a little help and could be nicer. The facility needs new carpet and paint on the outside. The rooms for the residents are fixed to move in and look great. Overall, my mom loves Vitality Living Lake Forest. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My mother is in the Memory Care facility and she receives excellent care. The meals are good quality. The staff are very caring and friendly. My mother has adjusted well and thrived in this community setting.

The Memory Care staff at Aspen Village have provided me with a peace of mind, which is priceless.

I would recommend this facility to others. The staff makes you feel comfortable.Very helpful in getting information when needed. I picked this community because the sales representative was a nurse.

The facility is clean and well-maintained. Staff members are friendly, they answered all of our questions without hesitation. The amount and variety of activities offered were outstanding, more than other facilities we have toured!

My parents are currently residents at Acclaim at Belmont Bay and this facility has been amazing. The move in process was simple. The staff is amazing and everyone is helpful and friendly. My parents love it here! Even the activities are great. Communication with the family happens everyday here. The director does a great job with that. I would recommend Acclaim at Belmont Bay to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Aspire at West End and everything about his experience has been great so far. This facility has great staff. The housekeeping does a great job. Communication with the family is also great. I would highly recommend Aspire at West End to friends and family!

My loved one was previously a resident at Vitality Living Baypoint Village. The entire process was very sensitive to the enormity of the situation. All of the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.
