Vitality Living

We are pleased with the nursing staff at this facility. They monitor our loved one's medications and her memory issues. Should her memory decline, she could move to the Memory Care Unit on the same campus. The meals are good, with choices. We would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff is professional. The housekeeping is good. The facility is well maintained and clean. Communication with the family is good, as long as you follow the proper channels. The meals are not great. Not horrible, but not that good either. They are working to improve that. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I've got nothing but great things to say about Vitality Living Lake Forest. The facility and staff are nice, clean and affordable in comparison to most central Florida senior living and memory care facilities. The staff has been very, very helpful with the many health issues that have arisen in my fathers golden year journey. I chose Vitality Living based on the impressive virtual tour, since I'm out of town, but upon arriving at the facility was even more impressed. Thank you Vitality Living and also A Place For Mom for the recommendation.

Traditions is top notch in my experiences. My mother is very content being a resident there. Others may enjoy the multitude of entertainment options each day. My mother always raves about the food (three per day with choices). Staff communication has been well; I have personal cell phone numbers I can call or text (and I have) with any questions or concerns.

They were amazing! I would recommend Vitality to anyone. I had no concerns. It's a beautiful place, with a swimming pool, and daily entertainment. They are very attentive and helpful. Always available to me and my loved one.

We picked this community, because I liked the looks of the facility and I liked the sales person. They are doing everything very well.

If you are not happy here, then something is wrong because Aspire has been just fantastic. They do a really nice job keeping the community clean and the staff are very friendly. The quality of the meals is absolutely outstanding - they are having trouble with their wait staff but that is normal in this current economy. We do admire how the staff are working through the problem and that every staff member no matter their position will step in and help. The have a nice library with a grand piano, there is a waterfall, and a bar area. The best part is the pool that they just fixed, it is fantastic and it is kept at 90 degrees. They also have bouquet flowers all around the community. They do a really good job getting the movies we want to watch for us.

Our family loves Vitality Living, our sister loves Vitality living and they love her. The staff members are what make this place - they are so loving, caring, warm, friendly and everything in between. I come give Florida history lessons the first Friday of every month and the staff and residents just love it. I do see other activities going on like different board games, bingo, and balloon toss. I would definitely this community to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a very good tour experience

My mother was a resident at The Hearth for three years following a diagnosis of Lewy Body Dementia. Our family couldn't be more pleased with the care she received and the attentiveness of the nursing staff. Of particular note was the direct involvement of the facility director and staff in all aspects of resident care. A very safe, caring and warm place.

Compared to others we looked at, the value for the money was great. The staff were really amazing to work with and they were all on the same page and knew what was going on. Their communication between staff and with the families was amazing. They were always responsive and helpful whenever we needed them. I would recommend Vitality Living Arlington to other families.

They do pretty well. They try to keep the rooms as clean as possible. They are friendly and approachable. They do the best that they can, with what they have. They do a really good job with my loved one. They are always on top of what I need or request. My loved one is eating well. They are trying to do more activities, but they seem limited. Out of all the places, for the amount of money, they do a good job with keeping staff for his area. It's strictly memory care, so I like how it's divided based on their needs, it truly works.

We chose Vitality Living Hudson because it had a 2 bedrooms apartment that she wanted, the price was better, and the location is convenient for me. I love the facility, it is beautiful and the people there are very helpful and friendly to her and to us. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking.

From the move-in until the final days for my friend [name removed]I can not say enough good things about The Hearth of Franklin. The Facility is warm and inviting and a pleasant place to live as well as for loved ones to visit. I always felt [name removed] was well taken care of and loved. I felt confident That she was safe and that her needs were met. The staff went above and beyond caring for [name removed]. I was always amazed at how well they attended to the resident's individual needs. I can not thank everyone there enough for making her last home ….truly a home.

The food is really good. They have been very good. We picked this community, because it was close and looked nice. I would recommend to other families.

Every person from the "CEO" to custodian left me feeling as if they had my loved one in their good care and keeping. Pros: Friendly and considerate staff (sometimes the Director would drop what she's doing to address a concern, Care plan that addresses the whole resident (mentally, physically, spiritually); Conscientious re cleanliness (soiled linen & clothing washed expediently, seldom mal-odor, quick re spills, etc.), Visitors that provided entertainment, etc.) Cons: More staff per resident ratio (would alleviate subtle hints of frustration, by caregiver, with some residents for their inappropriate and/or challenging behaviors), More attention to building & grounds upkeep (rear of building area looks less maintained plus cobwebs around entry doors)

Overall this has been a good experience for us. They did have some turnover at the Director levels, but seemed to have settled in now. The caregivers have been very good. She is in a safe place; is eating well; and is taking her medication as prescribed.

I toured this facility and I liked it. They have a nice and large dining area, cleanliness was good, everyone was friendly. It's a pretty big facility. That made it not such a great fit for my loved one, but still seemed like a very nice place!

Our mother spent almost 5 months at The Hearth, both independent/assisted living and memory care. The staff is extremely caring and attentive, and they listened to any concerns or requests that came up and addressed them immediately. They went out of their way to make her feel like an important member of their community. She was able to go to a daily exercise class (even though she used a walker to get around), which was a huge benefit, as going out to physical therapy was almost impossible. The staff went out of their way to call her by her first name (which always impressed her and made her feel special. They would often make a point to ask her questions about how they could make her stay there more comfortable and pleasant. I spent a lot of time there and saw how much they care about their residents! We feel very lucky she spent her time at The Hearth.
