The Hearth has a wonderful neighborhood feel everyone are quick to help him when he needs things.

It was such a pleasure to have had the opportunity to speak with and become totally familiar with Atria through the professional and totally knowledgeable help of your Representative. His responses were always timely, accurate and complete. His obvious love for his work was very transparent. I am a retired National Customer Service Mgr. who had many employees and I would have considered him star performer. Unfortunately due solely to finances I have chosen to go to your Sister company in Hudson, Fl. I sincerely thank him and your facility for the kindness and consideration shown to me. It is a fine place

I lived here for 2 months while recovering from a physical problem. The staff was beyond excellent, made me feel safe and secure. Of course I will be happy to be back home. But if I need to come to an assisted living. Again, I will come here its like the song from Cheers. I will come where everyone knows my name. (A wonderful experience)

After touring Atria, I knew it would be suitable for my mother. The staff are caring and heir interaction with residents was admirable. There is an obvious homelike atmosphere, with no feelings of an institution. I was most impressed by the friendliness and good nature of both staff and residents. I have no regrets for choosing Atria for mom's new home.

The Hearth at Franklin is in a great location and the staff here were outstanding. The facility itself is older but it is well maintained. Some things we were looking for they did not offer such as covered parking, large open gathering areas, and storage space. It is less expensive, for the money I think it is a great place with the most friendly staff.

Our experience with Appletree Court is above and beyond what I was expecting. The value for the money is great but we also really like the fact that she is able to stay here even if her level of care goes up, but the price will stay the same. The staff are incredibly friendly, I would give them higher than a 5 if I could. They walked me through everything and made this process less scary for me and helped me feel less anxious. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

I enjoy living here, it is a very nice place. Everyone is nice also. The nurses are very helpful and will to help, to give us our medication. The RA's are nice and helpful to give us a helping hand. The food is good when we order, the desserts are good also. I have a very nice lady to clean my room once a week. We have men to repair anything that needs it.

After reviewing other possibilities of assisted living in Hendersonville, we determined that the cost, care level security, service and activities furnished could not be equaled that of the Hearth. Staff is also equal with work place.

Safe secure environment, Very clean wide hallways and excellent lighting. All staff from administrative, nursing service, house keeping and food service are very sincere and caring to all residents. We all couldn't have chosen a better facility.

This facility is by far, over and above others I know-of. The grounds are well kept and very nice to observe from the near-by road. the parking spaces are more than adequate for the residents, their visitors, and the employees. The facility has a very welcoming atmosphere is a pleasure to be here from the Administration, House Staff to the Kitchen/Dining Room Staff, all are very professional and courteous to the residents and their visitors.

We were very pleased with our tour we had with The Hearth at Franklin. It was a very nice facility, but the location was just too far for us.

The people are so nice! And I like swimming and playing cards.

I enjoy playing cards, games, and the Wii machine. I love the meal service and my cleaning lady here.

We chose The Gardens because they were able to do a 2 week respite stay. The room sizes at the facility are nice. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful during our time here. I would recommend to others looking.

I can't say enough, meals are great - you change it too!

People come immediately to help whether its maintenance or care.

We chose Vitality because of the convenient location to family. The apartment sizes here were very nice and spacious. The overall experience was wonderful. The staff were friendly and informative. We really had no complaints and would highly, highly recommend them.
