Vitality Living

I'd tell my friends how caring the staff was & how well they paid attention to my mom & her needs. How friendly & involved the admin team was with my questions or concerns. That & it was close to my home. The following could use improvements: housekeeping was sometimes behind but nothing terrible. Just dusting or vacuuming not done. Communication was excellent- the facility was close to home so I was in front of the staff all the time. 3 meals & snacks - & yes - they were able to choose - my mom always wanted soft boiled eggs for breakfast & they accommodated that request. I don't know if they actually had 'menu' choices but I know if she didn't like something they got her something else.

The convenience of how to enter the facility is great, everyone is just so friendly. I visit at least 3 times a week and I never have any problems. All of the staff are tremendous, we could not be happier with them. The quality of care so far has been great as well. The value for the money is excellent. I would highly recommend Vitality Living Spring Hill to others looking.

Our experience at Vitality Living Lake Forest has been all good. The staff are a personable, kind, and understanding. The facility is lovely and clean. And the food is excellent!

We really like the activities and involvement by the activities director are outstanding. Like to see the residents engaged.

The activities director at The Hearth at Hendersonville does a great job. I called one day and my loved one rushed me off the phone to play a game with other residents. She always has little crafts in her room that she has made during an activity. She is always doing things! The location that she was at before, she really didn't do much of anything, unless she was at the nurses station, but at this community she is actively doing things and having dinner with her friends, etc. The staff communicates with me regularly about the status of my loved one. Sometimes I will walk through the door and the staff will tell me something that has what happened. Like if she had a rough night, or she did something funny. When I leave, I know the staff care about my loved one and that they take care of her. They listen to her and respond. An answer to prayers. The cleanliness is off and on. There are some days are better then others. Everyone is very very friendly, staff and residents. The reason I chose this community is because the people are downed to earth and friendly. They like where they are. The hominess of it is what made the difference. I wish they had a larger variety of meals, but she could be in a controlled setting. The food is good, but wish it were better. They have choices, but unsure of exactly how many. They have asked her what she wants on occasion and they will make it for her outside of the regular planned dinner. So they really go above and beyond!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. It has been really nice for my dad to have his own space that he can call his own, yet also be able to interact with other people. It would be nice if the food were less mass produced - it's currently like cafeteria food. But I feel like that's pretty common with assisted living.

I moved in 3 months ago and so far have not been disappointed. I'm 103 years old, but still active. Very friendly and helpful atmosphere.

I've had excellent care during my recovery from a hard fall. Because of physical therapy, as well as a Doctor's expertise, I'm now mobile. I play the piano for church here.

The staff is wonderful, caring, and supportive. There are activities, if residents wish to participate. The housekeepers are very dedicated and do a great job. We would definitely recommend Vitality to anyone who is in a position to use this type of facility and to family and friends.

We really like this facility. I think what makes it different is the staff themselves and the staff to resident ratio. You hardly ever see anyone struggling or going without help. The staff knows all of the residents by name and are very kind. I feel great about the staff here and their experience. I've only seen a help wanted sign once, turnover is next to nothing. Some of them have been here since the facility opened and others for several years. They offer my brother a very protected environment. I'm comfortable with them managing his medications also, which was hard for him to do when he was on his own before moving here. The food is excellent, I've eaten here several times. They have a lot of activities and my brother is happy with them. They also have morning and afternoon exercise classes daily. It's very clean, both the facility and his apartment. They allow pets as well. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

The facility, though fairly large, feels small and homey. The people & residents are friendly. The residents are dressed & well put together & cared for. It fits nicely into the Richardson neighborhood as many residents lived nearby in houses or have children who do now. The rooms are a good size. They had a true 1 bedroom we were looking for. And all care is included, there is no scale for services. The price is reasonable compared to others in the area & just felt like the place for Dad. Good tenure of the staff as well. Dad says the food is good. There are activities but he hasn't tried any yet. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Vitality Living is a beautiful facility filled with friendly and nice staff.

We love the place. It's clean and the staff are fantastic. They do have housekeeping, but I am picky and clean more often than they do. They may be short staffed. We liked that we just showed up without notice and the staff was in the middle of activities with residents and we didn't smell dirty diapers. I do recommend them to friends and family.

Mom fell in love with this facility the second she saw it. This was the only place that we found that fit her budget and it has been a great experience. They have tons of activities provided, the calendar offers a lot of variety. I have eaten here and the food is great. The person that we toured with [name removed] the sales and marketing director so nice and easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. [name removed] who works the front desk is also extremely helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond. Mom was without a phone the first month due to difficulties with comcast and I was calling [name removed] and she was relaying messages to my mother. I would absolutely recommend Traditions of Mill Creek to others

Vitality was our third choice. The sales associates were all very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Our job market after covid makes it easy for the assisted living places to find good sales associates. Care givers are hard to find.

If you can afford this community then it is a wonderful place for your loved one to live. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great.

I toured this facility and the Assisted Living level seemed great! They have great amenities, including a movie theatre and café. I knew the Director of Nursing from another facility and she's amazing, I trust her 100%. It's clean, beautiful, and apartment like living. The Memory Care unit is a different story, it's not designed well and super hard to navigate. The living room area is small and residents don't gather or interact. I wouldn't put my loved one here for Memory Care, but again the Assisted Living seemed great.

This community had a bistro and it was very nice. The community was wonderful and my loved one really wanted to move in. However, the community wasn't able to accept my loved one due to the health concerns.

The staff have been very good. The food is okay. For a memory care facility the activities is okay. We picked this community because, mainly for the location to family members. My advice to other families is to, make sure that your loved one clearly has memory issues that will never improve. My loved one has improved.
