Vitality Living

We picked this community because it was the only place that would take my wife. It's expensive but worth it. I like the staff.

Its clean, and the property is nice. Also the rooms are like an apartment and my loved one likes that. It's a pretty nice place, you should check it out.I would recommend to others.

What are family likes the most about Vitality Living Lake Forest is all of the friendly staff members there as well as the activities. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

I think they have nice management good staff and the people make good friendships. Activity directors seems to come and go but other than that our Dad is happy.

I would give Vitality a 5 rating on everything but my mother in law was only there for 3-1/2 hours total because she stood up out of her wheelchair, fell and broke her other hip. She just was discharged from Oak Hill rehab that same morning after recovering from the first hip she broke on Christmas Day. Vitality couldn't have been nicer, my only complaint is that they never refunded us any of the $3,700.00 we paid them. We had all of my Mother in Law's belongings totally moved out two days after she fell. [name removed] tried his best for us to get some of our money back, but was unsuccessful. I by no means expect a full refund but some of it back would have been nice. My Mother in Law is now in [facility name removed], she's very happy there and will be there for the rest of her life.

5 on all counts! We are very happy with Vitality Living Arlington. In addition, please pass on our highest praise for the new Director, [name removed]. She is a kind and caring pro who has taken a sincere interest in my mom as Mom has moved from Assisted Living to Memory Care.

When it comes to the meals, our loved one says they are just okay. For the value for cost, how do we compare as they all are expensive. It's just the overall feeling when we are there. It does not feel like a cold clinical facility. It has a bit of an upscale home feeling to it.

I would give it a 5 in all areas. The staff and residents were very friendly. My Dad enjoyed his short time there. The food was excellent and the food service staff knew what he liked. We chose Vitality Living Pleasant Hills because of the friendliness of staff and the facilities were most desirable. The dining room is spacious with a nice fireplace and very open and bright. They also offer Bible studies and a weekly chapel service. It was a very positive experience and provided peace of mind for his daughters.

The overall value for cost is comparable to others in the area. What we like most about The Hearth at Hendersonville is just how friendly and helpful the staff members are to our loved one. Our loved one also raves about the food that is served and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the facility was beautiful. It was the best fit for my mom since they were strictly memory care. They were kind when my mother in law passed and made it easy for me to get her belongings. She had a large room and we were able to bring all of her furniture and make it look like home for her. The administrator is always on site and makes himself available for questions and concerns. I would recommend The Gardens of Germantown to others looking.

Right now I would rate all categories a 5. My mom is very happy there and we have really had no issues at this point. The staff has been wonderful, the place is beautiful. My mom's room is the perfect size for her and she says the food is great. She enjoys the many activities and it is sometimes hard to get her on the phone in her room! Based on the experience so far, we would absolutely rate Vitality Living Spring Hill to other families.

Traditions at Mill Creek is amazing!!!! They are the most caring care givers ever. It's very clean. The care givers are loving and compassionate and really care about my parents. I toured 23 facilities and this one was hands down better that any other facility within 20 miles. We love the staff, the room sizes/layout, and their treatment plans. They have worked with us from day one to develop a treatment plan for my parents. My dad's health is failing, and they go above and beyond to take care of him and are not like - oh here's this new monthly cost. They are very fair and reasonably priced. They truly care about my parents!! And their open communications is fantastic!!!

The staff at Gardens has been wonderful. They are very attentive and cheerful and kerp the residents happy and busy. The atmosphere is always so cheerful and the staff was so welcoming and happy when my mom returned from rehab...just like coming home. Its an awesome place and the staff makes it special.

My loved one lives at Vitality Living Spring Hill. She's very happy here. She enjoys the Bingo and Pokeno games. She settled in quickly and I believe she may be making friends. She's gotten a perm and even went shopping. All of that makes me happy.

I would tell others to just be involved. The staff truly want and welcome family at anytime!! They have lots of activities offered. The residents are out and about- and encouraged to not sit in their rooms. The grounds are beautiful. The facility is in a great location. There are no hidden fees. The Staff is very upbeat! It is generally clean- and doesn't smell like urine. Floors are too sticky though.

They are still a work in progress doing the best and staff is hard to find. With life you have to adapt and accept good and bad on all levels. I had a really upsetting problem here that lasted over a 5 day work week and that was not good. I was very ruffled and anyway - I'll let it go. But my son did say something that felt good and bad to me at same time. He said I want you to have a place where I don't or you don't have to worry about moving every year, etc. and you have easy access to healthy meals etc. As I think back on his comment I know how right he was. It was out of love. Hope that makes sense.

The facility is very obliging and there are the daily activities for those who want to participate. The staff go out of their way to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment. It has 1 large living room ,1 large bed room, a nice size bathroom and a comfortable size kitchen. It is approximately 800 square feet with a screened in linai.

Vitality Living Lake Forest has been very nice, and we're happy we chose them. The staff is very caring and friendly. They make both the residents and their families feel warm and welcomed.

We are extremely pleased with the care that our mom is getting. Everyone is so very friendly every time we're out and we come back. Everyone says "welcome home." You can tell the administration and caregivers really care about the residence We love the fact that they have assigned seating you don't have high school drama at where to sit for meals as we encountered at her last community. The once a month, family, dinners, etc. have been really nice and really fun for the residence and families

The staff and facility are excellent. My dad is really happy there and calls it home. There are plenty of activities available if the resident chooses. My dad really appreciated the Veteran's Appreciation activities. The food is hit or miss for lunch but dinner is generally good. My dad loves the specialty brunches they have monthly. Any special circumstances or requests we have made regarding care or housing has been addressed promptly and to our satisfaction.
