Dealing with the faltering health of a parent can be a difficult series of evets and challenging regardless of preparedness for families or the individuals responsible for the wellness and safe-keeping of loved ones. Vitality has helped make that difficult health transition more manageable. As a lifelong entrepreneur and business owner, evaluating various sectors, organizations processes and employees, the reason I chose Vitality for Moms Assisted Living Center was simple-- the people.

My move in went smoothly the maintenance staff did everything I asked. As I met new people they were very friendly and started calling me by name even before I could remember theirs. The food has been excellent and the activities plentiful. I would recommend Vitality to anyone ready to make a move.

I would give all categories a 5. The staff and culture of Traditions of Smyrna community together with the quality of the facility and standard of care has made it such a great experience so far. We would definitely recommend this community to others.

I would say it exceeded our families' expectations and most of all my Mom is living her best life now at 90. Best value for the care and services in North Atlanta.

I love it here. Lots of things to do and the staff is wonderful. I have been included in so many things that it makes me feel at home. I feel relaxed and work free. It is vacation time 24/7. How wonderful is that?

Areas we gave 4's may not be fair, as our mom is complicit on cleanliness and she kind of doesn't always ask for help. The staff call her "mama" and are always friendly when we have been there. It is very important to have a thorough level of care assessment and Appletree was very thorough in its assessment. We can always talk to the Executive Director. [Name removed] has always been very responsive whenever we have contacted her. The food is exceptionally good. The chef has been there for 17 years. Also, many of Appletree's staff have been there for well over 10 years. The staff cleans our mom's room once a week and does her laundry every Friday. The move in was very easy. We used the company that Appletree recommended and were very happy with their service. We are very happy with our decision to move Mom into Appletree Court and would recommend Appletree to anyone.

Vitality cared for my in-laws for 5 years. When we first moved them in 2018, we thought we might have two more years with them at best. It was a joy to watch them thrive in their new home. Amazing what regular hot meals, med management, and socialization can do. I just moved my aunt into Vitality. When the tornados ripped through Hendersonville, my aunt's biggest concern was her sister interrupting her bingo game with her content calls. My aunt was completely unaware of the devastation around her and the fact that no one else had electricity. Vitality's generator kept her life moving along just like nothing had happened. My grandmother was quite jealous. I may convince her to make the move as well. I'm thankful to Vitality for taking care of my people and providing them not only safety, but a social life.

My wife and I needed help with our care. This is not home but better in some ways. The staff is friendly and care about our daily needs. Our activities are great. Always something is available to do from bingo to wii bowling. We have old time gospel singing to Elvis impersonator. Our breakfasts are always good with friendly greetings.

I had checked out other assisted living facilities in the area and found the Vitality Living facility far and away the best option on so many levels. We have loved our three years at Vitality. My wife and I are 76 years old. I am in good health. My wife has mild Alzheimer's plus several other health problems. We love music and Vitality provides plenty of it. The activities overall are wonderful. We love the morning stretching and I love billiards and wii bowling. The activities staff does a great job. The administrative staff,the kitchen staff, the maintenance and cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about the nursing staff here. They and the memory care staff ( which we used temporarily when my wife was very sick) performed miracles for my wife when she had 3 very sick periods. They also helped me through rotator cuff surgery. The director ( ceo) has been exceptional. She has really helped my wife through those health problems. She even gave my wife showers. That's it!! My wife and I are so very pleased with Vitality.

We have found Vitality memory care to be the best place for my 96 yr old dad after his hip fracture that made his dementia worse. We have toured 3 other places in Franklin and he has stayed in 2 more, one was Indep. one was Assisted; so I feel I know what I'm talking about when it comes to the places in Franklin. Is it the cheapest? No but in this area you get what you pay for. It's competitively priced. The staff is caring, the leadership is responsive. The layout is wonderful, nice wide halls, clean, no urine smells! plenty of natural light in dinning room. His room is perfect size , huge window, nice closet, big bathroom, shower, room came w some furniture. Again no nasty carpet, all engineered flooring throughout. They offer the video camera at night, which has eleminated him falling out of bed at night! They work hard on activities and he loves the bus trips! The chef works hard to provide good meals. I am in the medical field so I have higher level of scrutiny than most.

My mom lived at Vitality in memory care before she passed earlier this year. The staff was the next best thing to being cared for by family when she reached the stage where we could no longer care for her at home. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful.

The staff is wonderful. They provide loving care and lots of activities. In memory care the activity director and all staff care deeply for all residents. They know everyone by name and care for them as if they are their own family. Independent care assisted living are just as caring. Most of the staff even know me by name. I’m very happy with this choice for my family.

Mom seems to get all the help she needs. The room is very nice and a care person always seems available. I still haven't gotten care plan but she seems comfortable. The food however seems fatty and not so great.

It was the most difficult decision in my life to place my husband in a facility when I was no longer able to care for him at home. Thankful and blessed to all who are so kind and helpful to both of us.

I like living here at Vitality. Living here they allow me to have my independency.

I would definitely recommend Aspire at West End to others. My mom always has something to do. Whether it be swimming, going to the shops, working out, making a craft, or enjoying a meal with a friend. She loves the warm environment and positive energy of Aspire. I love visiting her there. The apartment is cleaned weekly and it is well maintained.

It's a vibrant community, friendly and welcoming. Walking through the doors feels like home. No place will be perfect, but they sure aim to come as close to it as possible.
