I am so appreciative that we made this move for my mother in law. It has been so good for her and us!

Is always hard to feel like you can't take care of your mom. I still work and travel. My mom was hiding how much she struggled to take care of daily tasks. My prayers were answered when she moved into Atria Windsor Woods. She has 3 meals and day an weekly housekeeping. She says she is enjoying her time there and meeting new people every day. They went out to a local restaurant last week and she had a very good time with the group. I am looking forward to my upcoming visit with her.

Our dad has lived at Atria Park for several years and has been very happy. The staff (all the way from maintenance, servers, nurses, med techs to management) really care about each resident. He really enjoys the entertainment such as musicals and speakers. Even with the covid lockdowns they did an amazing job keeping them entertained and happy. I can't say enough about this facility and am so very thankful we found the right fit for our dad.

We have been very pleased with the community. My loved one is very happy here. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Super nice facility. Excellent amenities. Good size rooms. Bedroom can accommodate a king size bed which is what our parents are used to. Staff was very welcoming and informative. Our parents were very impressed and excited about this location. This is what they decided on.

We moved my mom to Crystal Creek into the assisted living about 4 months ago and we are so happy that we did! My mother loves the caregivers and has met so many friends (this was a problem at the last facility) because the activities team works to get the residents involved. She loves the food and has fun with all of the outings. For us the biggest plus was communication is no longer an issue. When we call, we get a prompt response from the Director. Something that seems impossible at other communities. We wished we would have moved her here first but so grateful that we found the best place.

My loved one and I visited The Lodge at Aspen Village, and we were greeted with the most kindest and professional staff members.The welcome we received exceeded our expectations. The staff answered all our questions and patiently gave us a tour. We didn’t Feel as though we were being rushed. We were there during lunch and the food smelled appetizing. The rooms are very spacious and the view outside was as inviting as the cozy inside. We are considering this beautiful facility as our number one choice. It feels a lot like home to us and will greatly enhance my loved one’s life.

Our virtual tour was great. We toured during Covid, so that was difficult for them as well as us, but they did the best they could. I found them to be very friendly, and I thought they had great follow-up.

We chose Atria Park because their rates were much better, they seemed to respond to my needs quicker and answered all of our questions, and they were very accommodating. I have had a few meals and the food is healthy and it tastes great. They have a very large variety of foods on the menu for different pallets. I recommend to anybody who is looking for a place for their loved one, we have not had one negative experience here. I do not think you can find a better place in the area, it is very warm and I have no doubts about my fathers safety and care.

Our loved one moved in at the height of covid and they pretty much moved him in for us, they were extremely attentive and accommodating. Our experience is so far so good, its a cheerful and encouraging environment. The staff care greatly for our father in law and are always willing to assist him when needed.

We did a virtual tour with Atria Evergreen Woods and it was great. The front desk staff were awesome and they did a great job showing up around and were amazing with their follow up. The only reason we went with another Atria was just for the location and Atria Evergreen were the ones who told us about them.

We chose Atria because of the location, it is closer to the beach and when we fly in we can get there easily. Also it is near the heart hospital which is very nice. The grounds of the facility are beautiful. They have an in-ground pool and a Jacuzzi so he is excited for everything to start opening back up. His biggest complaint has been the food, they have limited people to bring in to the kitchen and the food has been poor quality. Other than that he has been extremely happy and loves his apartment. There is always something going on so they have plenty to do for the residents. I would highly recommend to others looking.

It's worth the money. It's not like an old folks home - it's more than that. It's the whole package. My laundry gets done, my apartment gets cleaned with carpets vacuumed and bed linens changed one day a week. Overall, it's a good package. The staff are good and very knowledgeable. I find them to be caring. The food is good overall, but it's the same old same old, chicken and fish. I'm a meat and potatoes person. Everything has a type of gravy on it and is overcooked. I know they're catering to older people, but it's not to my taste. They have plenty of activities if you want to get out there and do them I especially enjoy using the pool.

They are bringing the activities back, and our loved ones apartment is very nice, clean and the people are very attentive. Our loved ones are very happy with where they are at, and we know they are getting good care which is the most important thing to us. However sometimes the food is a little repetitive.

We chose Atria Springdale because I liked the look of the facility, the rooms, the staff were amazing and it just felt like a place that my loved one would be comfortable in. The room sizes here are really good for the value, they also have options on sizes as well based on your needs. The staff members have been great with communication, especially with not being able to go inside the facility. They are very responsive and helpful and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

We chose The Lodge because we were impressed when we initially met with the director and her staff members. We also knew a family who was living here for years and that factored highly in our decision and it is within 10 minutes of our house. The room sizes at the facility are good. It is a very beautiful, well maintained building and it has a family community atmosphere. We love the courtyards they have where we van visit with our family. I would recommend to others looking without any reservation

They're very friendly and very accommodating. They put my loved one at ease during the interview and the tour. My loved one actually passed away before she could move in. We had already started the move-in process and were getting her room ready. Vitality was great with the unexpected change of events. They stored my loved one's furniture there for a month until I could get it out and into my own storage space. They were just very accommodating and understanding. The service was great, and they were just very kind, especially considering the pandemic. They were so great that I would have moved in myself if I were an older adult needing assistance!

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. It has lots of space and my loved one loves the big walk-in closest in their apartment. The floors are clean and the apartment is dusted for my loved one. I wish they would clean the bathroom better for my loved one's apartment. The community are allowing in person visits with our loved one. The communication with the staff is good. I can't think of anything I would change about the community, though.

It has good care, the therapy is excellent, the staff are friendly. The food variety is something I would change. They have an outdoor area you can go to.

We chose Atria Evergreen because he has a screened in balcony off of his room. We also liked the flexibility with open dining times, but with covid it has been a little restricted. My dad likes that it feels more independent living even though it may not be. They just started opening up activities, I do wish they would offer some church services here because that is something he would enjoy. My dad is not a fan of the food, there is not a whole lot of fresh foods available on the menu. The facility has great curb appeal and my dad is happy here. I would recommend them to others looking.
