It's very easy to transition to moving in here, and the staff is wonderful. We've been really pleased with what they've done. Everybody we've encountered has been really friendly. The amenities are really nice, nicer than a lot of apartments I've lived in as an adult. The service is really good, and the residents really seem like they feel very at home. My mom is starting to feel that way as well, which is very comforting. The food looks and smells delicious. Memory care doesn't have a lot of activities, but the ones they do have they seem to enjoy. It's rather pricey, on the higher end of what we expected to pay, but they do give a lot.

Our loved one was there for respite care, and when he gets out of skilled nursing he will be going back. He really loved the meals and dining service, and the activities. He is a very active person and was constantly kept busy. We have had nothing but an amazing experience with the people at The Hearth. The business team has really gone above and beyond for our loved one and reaching out to him while he has been away.

I would recommend you check out the community for your family member. The activities, friendliness of the staff, and the community all stand out to me. The staff takes an individualized interest in each resident.

This is my new home, I am very happy here. The food service needs to be improved - not too good. I work in the food business.

We chose Vitality Living Arlington because of the services offered for the money and it just seemed like it was the best place for her. The staff here seem very nice and management seems to be friendly as well. We have had no complaints and I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and it was wonderful. The staff we met with were incredibly nice and one big thing that stood out to us was the director and the marketing team were not all about business. They wanted to make sure our loved one was going to be placed at the perfect community whether or not it was the Atria or some place else. We really appreciated that.

We really appreciated that, and the only reason we did not choose Atria was the campus is to big and we were worried our loved one would get lost or confused.

I have lived at this Atria for yrs. I know we are at the best place. I have friends at other Atria's & they don't get to go places I think we have the best employee's. The driver's; are very kind & thoughtful with a smile.

It is amazing here I love it here. This community is a very great deal for the money. The staff are very nice and fantastic with the residents. We have no problems. Anything I have had an issue with they fixed.

Our loved one is no longer there, because for him, there were too many people with memory issues that were not as active as he was. So he had difficulties with that. But the staff was very good. They were very friendly and competent. The facility was beautiful and very nice, and he enjoyed the food overall.

Mom checked out several assisted living facilities before choosing Atria Park of Lake Forest as "home." She feels comfortable there, safe there, she has many friends. She loves the activities and the staff. Mom is happy to call Atria Park at Lake Forest home!

The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in and the food is good too. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Found The Lodge at Aspen Village in July 2021 thanks to a home health nurse, toured it with mom and she fell in love with the place, the staff and the ideal of gaining her independence back. We moved her in [date removed] and have been very pleased with the cleanliness, the loving staff members, the food, and the overall companionship she now has. There offer so much for the seniors if you are looking for a beautiful place for mom or dad try Aspen Village!

The staff members very helpful, knowledgeable, and they really know what they are doing. Everybody cares greatly about the residents and their well-being. The food is well cooked and nicely presented food, sometimes in the dining room it is a little noisier than she would like. They do have activities but not as many as they might have due to covid. The location of the facility is super convenient because it is practically on the metro line. I would recommend and already have.

What a wonderful place for my mom. We have looked at a lot of places for my mom and are very thankful we found Atria. When we toured we notice how happy the residents are. The staff were all so loving and kind. We were very happy to see they were engaging with the residents. There was so much laughter and happiness with the activities they were doing. The director took time to talk to me and answer a lot of questions that have eased my mind. I know mom will fit in with the group and made to feel welcome.

After a long difficult decision we have finally convinced my grand mother to move to Assisted Living. Once she met the staff on her tour she felt comfortable and at home. I can not thank you enough. It all started when we walked in the door we were greeted by the receptionist and everyone one we met were so warm and friendly.
