We had a great tour experience with Aspire at West End. The facility and the staff were very nice and it had a wonderful atmosphere. I actually preferred this facility over the one that my friend chose. Unfortunately price wise, it was just too steep. I wish it could have worked out though.

I toured this facility and loved it! It was our first choice. Cleanliness is great. The staff is friendly and seem to be attentive and truly care. They also have ambassadors for new residents to help them get familiar and comfortable with the facility/residents. The only downfall is that it's too far from home, so we chose to keep looking.

I would highly recommend The Hearth. I like everything about it. #1 for me is how clean the facility is. They have a nice, clean laundry room. They serve three hot meals a day. The activities are good. The staff is wonderful. And it's reasonably priced for what you get.

We like Vitality Living very much. It's a really warm and friendly place. The staff really seem to care about my mom, and I feel so much better knowing she's there where people are watching over her and taking good care of her. I like the facility itself. And they offer a lot of activities.

What sticks out about Vitality Living Spring Hill is the doctors and medical staff is all on site so the residents do not have to go anywhere, all of the care they may need is right there. My mother has always been very picky on the food. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

Changing living arrangements is stressful. When it goes from living independently to an assisted living arrangement there are additional items to consider. For the new resident and their family. [name removed] and the team at Appletree Court made the transition as smooth as possible from first visit through living on property 3 months later. They have been supportive and flexible, always keeping the resident's well being in mind (physical, mental and emotional). With a variety of support levels, care can be tailored to your loved one's specific needs. People are treated as individuals here and the staff is warm and welcoming. I was impressed with how many people were out and about in the facility. Exercising, visiting with other residents or taking part in one of the activities - plenty to do. I am happy with mom's decision to make Appletree Court her new home. And am very grateful to the staff - they consistently deliver caring, compassionate service at a 5 star level!

The tour with Traditions of Mill Creek was great. The staff were all very friendly and thorough. The accommodations here just did not fit their needs as well as another facility we were looking into.

We toured with The Hearth at Franklin and had a great experience. The staff were great and answered all our questions - they also followed up afterwards. For us it was just a matter of accommodations and another facility fit what they were looking for better.

I toured The Hearth at Franklin and everybody was really nice. The room was a good size and the amenities were excellent. They had more residents, but they seemed more active and staff seemed more involved with individual residents. It might be because they had a higher staff to resident ratio, but it was a lot more expensive. The lady who showed us around, she was great. The Hearth required residents to get Covid shots and that was a deal breaker.

Our loved one has made the transition from independent living to assisted living well in this elegant, clean, friendly and safe environment. We could not be more pleased. Our loved one tells us all the time that she loves her new home. Than you, Crystal Creek.

They are phenomenal. They are aweome. I had no issues with the staff, everyone is great. They have many activities. We picked this community because of the size of unit, and my loved one was there years ago.

My experience with Vitality Living has been so far so good. The only problem I've had with them is their medication policy. They won't give medications unless they see an order from the doctor. The doctor sends the prescription to the pharmacy, not to them. They insist that it's faxed to them, but the doctor doesn't do fax, he only has an electronic system. Over the period of 3 days, I made 34 phone calls to get medications straightened out and making sure that they had the right ones. At one point the pharmacy sent the wrong one, but Vitality won't discontinue it unless they see a written notice from the doctor. I made several calls to several parties, and it's still not 100% fixed. I would still, however, recommend Vitality Living Spring Hill to others.

We love The Hearth. It is a very family oriented, truly caring environment. The staff work well with the entire family to help meet ever changing needs of the residents and the families. As their staff have a lot of experience, they are helpful with options and suggestions to make the resident and family feel welcomed, cared for, and secure in the environment. They offer a great selection of activities and wonderful musical performances. The atmosphere is that of a small, tight-knit community that looks after one another. No one gets lost in the shuffle.

It was really easy for me to come here and make this my home. Right away when I toured, I just knew this was HOME. I like the friendly and helpful staff. The residents are very friendly. It's a newer place and very clean. We had great activities and food, although we're currently without an activities director and chef. But I understand the current staffing challenges. Traditions is perfectly located, just five minutes away from Publix, Kroger, Walgreens, a gas station, dry cleaner, hair/nail salon - all sorts of places that you don't have to go far at all to get to. My husband and I are quite happy here, and would recommend it to anybody.

My loved one seems to love the food. Most times the activities is okay, and sometimes they don't do anything with the residents. It's a nice and clean community. The staff is really friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Mother is extremely happy. She loves her room and she likes the staff. She's on the first floor, so it's easy for her to move around and get to where she needs to go. She's very pleased with it and there have been no complaints from her.

I thought Vitality Living Arlington was very nice. It was quaint and cozy. The only reason we didn’t pick them was the location didn't work for us.

My brother and I toured this facility when trying to find a place for our mother. This facility was my first choice for mom. My brother was on board, except for the size of the units and availability. He wanted to get mom into the largest apartment available. At the time, Appletree didn't have any of their larger units available. We ultimately decided on another facility, but this one was great as well!
