Vitality Living

There is only one complaint that we have. In the dining room in memory care, there is mold on the outside of the window. We think that needs to be pressure washed because every time you look out the window that is what you see.

We have had a wonderful experience with Longleaf Bee Cave so far, we are very happy and my mom is doing well. Everyone is super nice (the staff and the residents). We looked at 6 different places and out of all of those facilities, this was definitely the best value for the money. She has her own private room and a large private bathroom with a walk in shower. Her room has tons of storage space. A lot of the places we saw the showers were down the hall and the rooms were shared, here the residents have much more dignity.

I toured Vitality Living Arlington and it was a fine experience. They had a lot of great services and activities that my loved one would not have been able to take advantage of. They have 15 people in a group, whereas the community we chose never has more than 8. We chose another community because Vitality's proximity to family & friends, and the community itself wasn't a good fit.

The staff go above and beyond, especially the manager. They really helped us with the whole move in experience with anything that we needed. There are two ladies especially that are very special and take great care of our loved one, they even call her mom. I am very happy with the experience with The Gardens of Germantown. I really cannot say enough about the staff, I would give them much higher than a 5 if I could.

Vitality Living is just a very welcoming community, including the other patients and the staff. The staff have been wonderful. My loved one is getting good care. The facility is good, is generally clean, and has a homey feel to it.

We went with Vitality Living Spring Hill over others that we saw just because of the friendliness of the staff members, the cleanliness of the place, and all of the activities that they have provided. They do so much - for example they have a movie theatre, they have Wii games, entertainment that comes in, exercise classes, etc. My mother absolutely loves it here and we would for sure recommend them to others looking.

We chose Vitality Living Lake Forest because of the overall atmosphere. It was very clean, the staff were all very pleasant, and I liked how when we made a decision they met with us one on one. The person who was working with me and trying to help me to decide if I wanted this facility stayed on top of it. She was great with follow up and seeing if she could help out in anyway. It is a great facility and we have been pleased with our experience.

The Gardens of Germantown is a very homey place. They seem to know everyone by name and they took very good care of my loved one. It's a small community which creates more of a homey feel. I would recommend The Gardens to others & I already have.

It has been a good experience at St. Gabriel Athens. My room is spacious and has extra storage built in. They repainted it a lovely color for me. I just really like it. The only problem has been the food. Sometimes the food that's supposed to be hot is not hot when you get it. And sometimes it's just not tasty. But they have a monthly meeting where the residents can go in and talk about any problems, and they do listen to us and try to work on things. So I'm hopeful the food will improve.

Vitality Living (Lake Forest) is a very friendly community; its like living on a cruise ship. What stands out to me the most is the care of their residents and the meals. I appreciate the cleanliness and the space - the layout is designed like a cruse ship which allows the residents to really have a sense of independence. They offer good activities. They keep the residents busy, while also trying to keep them joyful and youthful. Our move in process was seamless and I would recommend this community to others.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. We were very pleased with this community right from the start of our tours of the different communities. The staff has been very helpful. There is a medication aide to deliver medications to my loved one, nurse to check on my loved one, aides to check on my loved one, and a doctor. They have physical therapy on site to assist the residents. The community has plenty of activities for the residents to participate in. Bingo, movies, church services and more are some of the activities offered.

I am very very happy that they are taking care of my loved one well here. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are very caring. Anytime I have any concerns or questions the staff are quick to respond. My loved one seems to enjoy the meals. I believe there are options for the residents to choose from for meals. Medication management, hygiene, and bathing assistance are some of the care the community offers.

We had an amazing expeinrece during our time here at St. Gabriel of Murrells Inlet. The director [name removed] along with the rest of the staff are all amazing and friendly and we were very grateful to have their help along the way. We would absolutely recommend this facility to other families looking.

It was an adjustment at first, but he seems to be beginning to like it there now and is happy. He loves the food. But they do lose a lot of his stuff (they say he loses it himself). And I have to buy him new clothes every time I go there. I don't see him involved in programs when I see other residents involved. It's an immaculate and beautiful place. But I think the residents need to go outside more and get some air.

So far so good. It was a little cheaper than other places we looked at, and the staff are really good. The care is pretty good as well.

Aspire is a great place; very friendly and definitely very clean. I would think most people can enjoy themselves there. They do offer transportation and housekeeping services. They also allow pets. They could improve on their transportation service, the routes are limited because there's only one bus available. But the community did say they are currently working on it. They've made improvements on the food, they now offer more variety. Overall, I would recommend Aspire at West End to others.

Our first impression right away we noticed how clean the community is kept, the staff were very friendly and the residents living there all seemed very happy and well taken care of. Our father is satisfied and we have been very pleased. One thing our loved one consistently talks and raves about is the meals and dining service. He says the food is so awesome. They have a lot of activities going on, and so far we have had no complaints

The community was good. The only downfall was the community was further from than family to visit, and the fee was higher than we wanted. The food was delicious.

The sales director [name removed] was absolutely amazing. I was looking for personal care at first but ended up needing memory care for my loved one. The facility was just too large and we were nervous she would get lost.
