Good community, the only drawback was there was no pool.

The staff were extremely respectful and always treated my mother with dignity. They did the best that they could with her and the care was wonderful, they were always on point. The staff were all amazing and I would give them a 10 out of 5 if I could. [name removed] and [name removed] the directors made everything work and it was worth the money. They were always very open and honest with us and that really impressed us.

My experience with Azpira at Windermere was great. They seemed very genuine and proud of what they did. They have a Facebook page and they post all their activities and photos of residents participating. I would recommend to other families looking.

This was a very nice community it just did not fit what we were looking for for our loved one.

Really love the community and the location.

Welcoming people. Everyone is so very nice. The care staff and are so great!! The food is most orchestrated and appetizing. The view is so extremely special. [name removed] and the staff did a gracious job of making us feel like we would have a great life in this wonderful community.

A most delightful and enjoyable place to live. the view is spectacular. You can enjoy privacy or socialization, your choice without any stress or pressure of any kind. And you have total security. The important vital emergency call response needs big improvement. The staff and residence are wonderful. The CNA's are knowledgeable, efficient, kind and helpful.

Very comfortable, food is plenty of activities to keep residents going, great view in patio, love watching boats.

It was excellent. The admissions staff were so friendly and welcoming and understanding of the situation. I had to get my loved one admitted to the memory care unit, which was a very painful thing to do. But they made it so easy. And they took good care of her once she was there. Really the only room for improvement would be communication between the nursing staff and families.

Clean and sweet smelling safe and health environment kind and helpful staff. Healthy vegetables too much fried foods, gravys and sauces for me . Many activities to chose from lovely location. Slow response time when help required.

My advisor was amazing. She checked on our progress and always found us an answer for all our questions. So glad we found A Place for Mom.

My loved one did not participate in the activities often but they did have a lot to do. I really do like this community but they are selling and transferring to another company currently and a lot of people are just unsure of whats to come.

The Hearth has a wonderful neighborhood feel everyone are quick to help him when he needs things.

The cleanliness of the community is wonderful, the only area that could use a little bit of help would be the stairwell - occasionally our loved one sees bugs there. We get to eat dinner there about 4 times a week and we are very impressed with how good the meals area. They have all kind of activities everyday, they have many games and scheduled outings once a month to go off campus like to a winery. The staff members are overly friendly and very welcoming. Everyone is hospitable and go over board to try and make the residents feel happy. The place is beautiful

It was such a pleasure to have had the opportunity to speak with and become totally familiar with Atria through the professional and totally knowledgeable help of your Representative. His responses were always timely, accurate and complete. His obvious love for his work was very transparent. I am a retired National Customer Service Mgr. who had many employees and I would have considered him star performer. Unfortunately due solely to finances I have chosen to go to your Sister company in Hudson, Fl. I sincerely thank him and your facility for the kindness and consideration shown to me. Out of the places we toured, I loved this one the best. They have a suite floor that was going to be opening up soon, which we were interested in, but it wasn't available at the time. The person who showed us around was great. My loved one had a medical issue while we were touring, and I liked that they rushed right over and knew just what to do.

It is a fine place

I lived here for 2 months while recovering from a physical problem. The staff was beyond excellent, made me feel safe and secure. Of course I will be happy to be back home. But if I need to come to an assisted living. Again, I will come here its like the song from Cheers. I will come where everyone knows my name. (A wonderful experience)

After touring Atria, I knew it would be suitable for my mother. The staff are caring and heir interaction with residents was admirable. There is an obvious homelike atmosphere, with no feelings of an institution. I was most impressed by the friendliness and good nature of both staff and residents. I have no regrets for choosing Atria for mom's new home.

The Hearth at Franklin is in a great location and the staff here were outstanding. The facility itself is older but it is well maintained. Some things we were looking for they did not offer such as covered parking, large open gathering areas, and storage space. It is less expensive, for the money I think it is a great place with the most friendly staff.
