My family is extremely happy with the care and attention my mom receives at Atria Park., During this pandemic when we can't visit her, they have set up FaceTime and Skype sessions so we can still see her and recently added Window visits where we can visit with her without entering the building while still social distancing. I also appreciate the creative ways the staff keeps the residents entertained. Atria Park is a special place!

The place looks like it could do a good job of making sure I had a good life. I still have to decide whether I want to move at all from my current home - which is very similar to Brookdale's resources. The tour guide ([name removed]) was very pleasant and informative.

The community was always very clean. My mother was in the memory care unit and the staff were excellent. They were very communicative with us about her care and gave us regular updates. They were also always open to our questions. They did have activities available for the residents, however given the varying abilities of the individual residents, it was difficult at times to get all of them to engage. We definitely thought Brickmont was a good value. We would recommend Brickmont to anyone!

They have done an outstanding job during the Covid-19 pandemic and have kept everything very clean and disinfected. The staff does seem to be a little short handed. It would also be nice if they could spend a little more time to spend with each of the residents. My mother complains about the food quite often. The activities are pretty good.

At Brookdale Pleasant Hills they allow parents to keep their independence and grow new friendships. This is the happiest I have seen my mom since my step father passed away. It is a great place. My mom likes the food, no longer has to buy groceries.

When we first went to visit, my aunt fell in love with the community and didn't want to look anywhere else. That day, she decided on moving forward with her decision to move in to the Atria. The staff have been so concerned with my aunt and they call me all of the time with the different strategies they have to work with her more effectively. I have been really pleased with that. Initially, she really liked the food, but now she says it's overcooked and has no taste. I have to say that, personally, with I have eaten there, I thought the food was fine.

The residents were all clean, nicely dressed, closely watched, and well cared for. The staff members treated our father and the other residents with compassion, dignity, and respect. Every staff member we encountered was very kind to our precious dad, and we highly recommend the Gardens of Germantown.

[Name removed] was very informative and gave me more information on Veteran benefits and Long Term Health Care. The Hearth had new carpet and paint. I toured a 2 bedroom that felt spacious and was bright and cheerful. The kitchenettes in the Hearth had more counter space and a full size refrigerator. Once again I believe Assisted Living is not appropriate at this time.

Enjoyed the tour with [name removed]. Looks like a very nicely appointed community. My loved one, however, needed a higher level of care (SNF) and so we need to look elsewhere.

Amazing people and lunch was fantastic. I would highly recommend. The staff is warm and the food was relish.

My mother was at Atria stony brook for 18 months. I can honestly say it was 18 of her happiest months. She loved the friendliness of the staff, and residents. She loved all the activities available to her, she really tried to attend as many as possible. She was never critical of anything at the Atria. I would like to thank all the staff and residents for all the kindness they showed my mom. We miss her terribly but know the last months of her life were all happy at Atria Thank you to each and everyone of you, [name removed] Daughter of [name removed]

The moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and saw the care and kindness that is evident in every area of Appletree. From the receptionists smile, to the helpfulness of the facility staff, to the smile and encouragement and awesome programs of the Activity Director, the quick response of the caregivers who do EVERYTHING with a smile, the thoroughness of the cleaning staff and the care and attention from the directors, we highly recommend Appletree Court. My mother could not be in better hands. Everyone greets you and calls you by name. Every detail is thought of such as delivery of medications, notary on site,[organization removed], flu shots, a library and hair care. So much is covered in the basic care plan that would be additional at other facilities. We are so grateful for not only a new home for Mom, but a new family for us! Thank you Appletree! You are wonderful!

My mother was a resident there for over 2 years. She was so happy there. Our family's only regret is that she didn't move in sooner. Mom made many friends, loved the meals, and especially the social outings with other residents. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating to Mom's needs/ We knew Mom was safe at Atria.

My mom has been at Thrive for one week, but I'm already so impressed with the care and professionalism of the staff.

I absolutely loved how well [name removed] interacted with my dad in law. The facility is very nice, the residents were active and happy.Loved seeing all the little clusters of folks playing cards, chatting, laughing and smiling. Everybody was so friendly.Different members of staff came by as we were touring and chatted with Dad. The food was great as was the selection. The facility was very clean, housekeeping was actively working as we toured I think our Dad could be very happy here.

[Name removed] did an amazing job. Very informational! Thrive is an amazing facility. Very clean and friendly! Can't wait until I can move in!
