I have lived at this Atria for yrs. I know we are at the best place. I have friends at other Atria's & they don't get to go places I think we have the best employee's. The driver's; are very kind & thoughtful with a smile.

It is amazing here I love it here. This community is a very great deal for the money. The staff are very nice and fantastic with the residents. We have no problems. Anything I have had an issue with they fixed.

Our loved one is no longer there, because for him, there were too many people with memory issues that were not as active as he was. So he had difficulties with that. But the staff was very good. They were very friendly and competent. The facility was beautiful and very nice, and he enjoyed the food overall.

We have been very pleased so far, it is an absolutely wonderful community with no complaints. It has been a trying time for our loved ones and us not always being able to visit, but the staff members are always there for them. They have also kept up their communication with our family which we really appreciate.

Mom checked out several assisted living facilities before choosing Atria Park of Lake Forest as "home." She feels comfortable there, safe there, she has many friends. She loves the activities and the staff. Mom is happy to call Atria Park at Lake Forest home!

The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in and the food is good too. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Found The Lodge at Aspen Village in July 2021 thanks to a home health nurse, toured it with mom and she fell in love with the place, the staff and the ideal of gaining her independence back. We moved her in [date removed] and have been very pleased with the cleanliness, the loving staff members, the food, and the overall companionship she now has. There offer so much for the seniors if you are looking for a beautiful place for mom or dad try Aspen Village!

I have no complaints about the community. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the community is very clean and neat. They have lots of activities also. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The staff members very helpful, knowledgeable, and they really know what they are doing. Everybody cares greatly about the residents and their well-being. The food is well cooked and nicely presented food, sometimes in the dining room it is a little noisier than she would like. They do have activities but not as many as they might have due to covid. The location of the facility is super convenient because it is practically on the metro line. I would recommend and already have.

We really liked Aspire at West End, it is a nice facility. The only issue was it is strictly independent living and we were looked for something that had assisted living.

What a wonderful place for my mom. We have looked at a lot of places for my mom and are very thankful we found Atria. When we toured we notice how happy the residents are. The staff were all so loving and kind. We were very happy to see they were engaging with the residents. There was so much laughter and happiness with the activities they were doing. The director took time to talk to me and answer a lot of questions that have eased my mind. I know mom will fit in with the group and made to feel welcome.

After a long difficult decision we have finally convinced my grand mother to move to Assisted Living. Once she met the staff on her tour she felt comfortable and at home. I can not thank you enough. It all started when we walked in the door we were greeted by the receptionist and everyone one we met were so warm and friendly.

I am so appreciative that we made this move for my mother in law. It has been so good for her and us!

Is always hard to feel like you can't take care of your mom. I still work and travel. My mom was hiding how much she struggled to take care of daily tasks. My prayers were answered when she moved into Atria Windsor Woods. She has 3 meals and day an weekly housekeeping. She says she is enjoying her time there and meeting new people every day. They went out to a local restaurant last week and she had a very good time with the group. I am looking forward to my upcoming visit with her.

Our dad has lived at Atria Park for several years and has been very happy. The staff (all the way from maintenance, servers, nurses, med techs to management) really care about each resident. He really enjoys the entertainment such as musicals and speakers. Even with the covid lockdowns they did an amazing job keeping them entertained and happy. I can't say enough about this facility and am so very thankful we found the right fit for our dad.

The staffing has greatly improved at this facility, they truly care about the residents and treat everybody like family.

Our family was able to do an in person tour, and this was actually our families first choice. They had no covid restrictions at the time of our tour. However they did not have the correct license that was required for the amount of care our loved one was going to need. They told us they would be able to accept our loved one as a trial as long as we brought a care giver for the first couple of weeks. At that point the price was just way to high for our family. But we did think the staff members there were very loving and genuine.
