We chose Atria Springdale because I liked the look of the facility, the rooms, the staff were amazing and it just felt like a place that my loved one would be comfortable in. The room sizes here are really good for the value, they also have options on sizes as well based on your needs. The staff members have been great with communication, especially with not being able to go inside the facility. They are very responsive and helpful and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

We chose The Lodge because we were impressed when we initially met with the director and her staff members. We also knew a family who was living here for years and that factored highly in our decision and it is within 10 minutes of our house. The room sizes at the facility are good. It is a very beautiful, well maintained building and it has a family community atmosphere. We love the courtyards they have where we van visit with our family. I would recommend to others looking without any reservation

We chose Azpira at Winderemere because it was much nicer and there were more men residents. The other thing that he liked was that the location was close and convenient for family. He is in a studio style room and it is fine for what he needs, it is about 400 sq ft. The facility has been great and they provide a lot of activities for the residents, he is really enjoying them. I do think would be nice if they cleaned the rooms more often, they only clean once a week right now. I would recommend to others looking.

They're very friendly and very accommodating. They put my loved one at ease during the interview and the tour. My loved one actually passed away before she could move in. We had already started the move-in process and were getting her room ready. Vitality was great with the unexpected change of events. They stored my loved one's furniture there for a month until I could get it out and into my own storage space. They were just very accommodating and understanding. The service was great, and they were just very kind, especially considering the pandemic. They were so great that I would have moved in myself if I were an older adult needing assistance!

There were clean, spacious, updated rooms with huge bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a large walk-in closet. All-inclusive pricing was affordable. All the staff was so friendly. I would feel very comfortable leaving my aunt here!!

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. It has lots of space and my loved one loves the big walk-in closest in their apartment. The floors are clean and the apartment is dusted for my loved one. I wish they would clean the bathroom better for my loved one's apartment. The community are allowing in person visits with our loved one. The communication with the staff is good. I can't think of anything I would change about the community, though.

This community was very nice and would have been our 2nd choice. Friendly staff and was beautiful.

It has good care, the therapy is excellent, the staff are friendly. The food variety is something I would change. They have an outdoor area you can go to.

We chose Atria Evergreen because he has a screened in balcony off of his room. We also liked the flexibility with open dining times, but with covid it has been a little restricted. My dad likes that it feels more independent living even though it may not be. They just started opening up activities, I do wish they would offer some church services here because that is something he would enjoy. My dad is not a fan of the food, there is not a whole lot of fresh foods available on the menu. The facility has great curb appeal and my dad is happy here. I would recommend them to others looking.

I like the other residents. The workers are friendly and supportive. Everybody looks after each other. It is a very friendly place to live.

Excellent facility and amenities. Extremely clean and all staff was very pleasant and professional. The grounds and exterior amenities were clean and very inviting. This is a private pay facility.

Atria has been wonderful. The value for money is outstanding! The quality of the building is great and it is very clean. It looks like a modern day hotel. There has been a couple of times that none of my messages have been returned. I wish my messages would have been returned, instead of me having to call back multiple times to leave another message. They have been wonderful with updates with protocols regarding the pandemic. This is a regular email to keep the families updated.

My loved one seems happy here. They are now opening visiting your loved one by appointment. The staff is excellent to work with and are helpful.

The food is good. The people are friendly. There is a lot to do.

This community has been good for my loved one. I would recommend them to others for their loved ones. They send out weekly newsletters to the families with updates. The staff members are the only ones that have come down with COVID and they were immediately placed on leave. I don't like their regulations or that you have to schedule your visit with your loved one. The communication with the community to the families is amazing.

My mother has sundowners and her cat helps her out during these times. Atria has helped with any concerns mom has about her cat and it helps out a lot. The staff is so polite and caring. They treat everyone and animals like family. When you walk into Springdale it just feels like home. I might visit my mom, but I am also visiting my other family.

We chose Traditions of Mill Creek because it was a brand new facility and also the value for the money as well. They do a lot of activities here, they have been doing them off and on, depending on if they have any positive cases. The staff members here have been really good about checking in with my mom and looking out for her. They call if there are any issues. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend them.

This is a great place. Very warm and welcoming. The staff and the people who work here really go out of their way to make you feel like part of the family.

I am so grateful to see my husband! He would like to eat in the dining room more. Thank you for keeping him safe.
