Vitality Living

Our aunt really enjoys that St. Gabriel's promotes a sense of community which is something we appreciate. We have not had first hand experience with the meals but speaking with our loved one she seems to really enjoy them. She also enjoys all of the activities that are offer. they have a very busy and full activities calendar. They have different games, movie nights, social events, weight lifting classes, bible studies and they go out to local restaurants. We have recommended this community to other families and we will continue to do so.

We went with Vitality Living because of the staff, the location, and the facility itself. The room sizes are very good. The staff have been great with communication to families and that is something that has really stuck out to us since moving her in. I would recommend them to others.

It's a great place for those with dementia to go. This is a locked memory care unit. They offer bingo, table bowling, arts and crafts, movies, and other for activities. The facility has 2 floors. Memory care is located on the 2nd floor. Every time I see the staff, they fill me in on everything going on with my loved one. If something happens or they have questions, they will call me and let me know. Housekeeping comes regularly, laundry services are done weekly. His room is always clean.

Our family loves the team and family feel at Traditions. They are very caring people and we found the communication exceeded expectations. Dad was in another place before this and the service and communication were not what we expected. Yes it is beautiful and new, but it is the people that make it so wonderful and make it HOME. PS: Dad is involved with the men's group and actually has some close friends now!

So far so good. The people are great, and we're really happy with my sister being there. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. It's a new community with active residents, which is exactly what she was looking for. We're just really happy with it overall.

Aspire at West End was a very beautiful facility, but it was in a terrible area. It is surrounded by a lot of low class apartment buildings and beat down cars. We did not feel safe having our loved one here, but the facility itself was great.

Vitality Living Lake Forest gave us a great tour, all of the staff were super nice and polite. We just felt the crowd here was younger than my grandmother so it was not going to be the right fit for her.

The friendliness of the staff here is a 5+, and I would recommend Vitality Living Pleasant Hills community to other families. I love my cottage that is number one, it is just the perfect size for me. I am one of the lucky ones that has their porch facing the gazebo which is just so beautiful and I feel very safe here. It is expensive but I hear it is less expensive then others in the area.

It's a very friendly atmosphere if your loved needs a lot of extra support, I suggest hiring a private duty aide to assist. If the loved one is independent, it is a great place to be. If they have definite needs, an aide helps.

We chose Acclaim at Belmont Bay because of the benefits they had and also they were very willing to work with us, especially on the budget. The apartment sizes are super nice and spacious. They have an in house health service for residents that has been great to have. I would absolutely recommend the facility to others looking.

Toured the community for my mom. She has been living at home and had a few falls and we decided it was time for her to make a move not only for care but also to have the socialization and make friends, which she has not had in the past year or so due to Covid. Appletree was a wonderful home like setting with a touch of the Old Richardson feel. From the first phone call , to the front desk , and the staff - they listened, greeted, and you could feel the care. The residents were dressed nice and looked well taken care of. I really enjoyed this community and meeting them and look forward to moms first day!

our experience with Vitality Living is so far so good. my loved one has a nice apartment, located in a good neighborhood - he is well taken care of. they're also doing a great job of transporting him to his appointments. I especially like that they keep the family informed on my loved ones care and well being. it's important to me that I am kept up to date; I feel involved in everything that's going on.

Our family had an in person tour and it is an older facility in terms of décor, but the lady who gave us the tour was so friendly and informative. They did have a room available but it opened up to a parking lot, and the room was located to far from the dining hall.

My loved one is really happy there.

I'm very happy that they're taking of care of mom the way I want them to.

Our tour at Vitality Living was very good. They evaluated my loved one for memory care, and I just really wanted to give her a chance in assisted living, so we ended up at a different community.

Very nice community, felt like a cruise ship. They were more expensive than anticipated.

We chose Acclaim at Belmont Bay because they had good introductory offers for joining, it was brand new, beautiful and clean facility, and they had tons of activities provided. The apartment sizes are good, my mother was on her own so it was plenty of room for what she needed. The meals are good, they have their own chef. She did say some of the options were a little limited health wise. I would recommend them to others looking.

This is a great place for mom or dad. I would highly recommend it. There were some changes due to Covid, so the meals have been moved to their rooms. The food is generally good and my mom likes it. Compared to other communities, she was unable to eat as healthy (a lot of carbs and snacks); causing her to gain weight. Here at Traditions of Mill Creek, my mom has actually lost weight within 3 months of living there, so the food surely has some nutritional value.

Vitality living is conveniently located for shopping and restaurants, really anything you may need and it it in a matter of blocks away. The staff are so friendly, I would give them a 10 out of 5 if I could. They are all extremely helpful. The food is wonderful. We have an amazing chef and the quantity is great. I would tell others you probably need a scooter or walker if you are independent living and are not very mobile because the cottages are a pretty fair distance. If you are moving from a house, you will be limited in what you are able to take with you, there is not a lot of storage space. There are also not garages for your cars. They are a very pet friendly facility, people walk around with their pets and even put them on their scooters. Everybody seems very happy here and I would recommend to others looking.
