I am happy with the community I picked out. I like that it is close to my daughter's house. There was a discount with the cost and that helped me out. The apartment is so small that I am not able to bring all of my things but they clean the apartment once a week for me.

I toured this community for my sister, and her needs. My tour went. The staff I met was nice, and friendly. They were informative, and my questions were answered. The community looked clean, and well maintained. The experience went well overall.

I liked atria when I toured. The reason we did not go with them is because they served alcohol, and I was not comfortable with it because of my mother's dementia. What I really did like, though, was that there was a lot of activities and people moving around coming and going. There was also a lot of staff assisting the residents throughout the hallways it seemed like a nice place. The stairways could be a safety issue.

We are pleased with my mothers move to this community. She is safe, and receiving good care. My brother is the main one that goes to visit, but from what he has told me everything is working out well. The community is well-kept, and the staff is friendly. She is doing well, and this is a community I would recommend. It is a nice place.

My loved one stayed at this community for a short time and she really liked it. The staff were nice and even brought her meals to her room when she was not feeling well. She liked the food. They offer daily activities, however she was not able to participate in any. The community is clean and she had a patio the overlooked the lawn.

I toured this community. The staff were nice and helpful to the questions. The community was clean and nice. the menu was appealing. The had a list of activiites. I found this community to be nice, but it was bigger then what we were looking for. I suggest that families tour this community for the care of a family member for care

I toured Brookdale Plesant Hills along with another community and they were both good tours. This community was clean in seemed to be maintained well. The tour guide that took me around was informative and friendly, it was a good experience but the facility was not what we were looking for.

Overall, I have been very pleased with Thrive. It is active, friendly,clean, and organized. It is such a relief to know that my family is safe and we'll attended. It is different from other facilities that I have known and visited; and that is all the difference in his life.

My mother is doing well at this community. She is safe, and in good hands overall. I'am pleased with all they have done for us. This is a great community with very caring people. All is well for us here.

This looked like a nice community when I visited. The people I met were nice and they do offer daily activities. This community just seemed a little pricer than what I was looking for.

This is a clean nice community. The grounds are well maintained. They do offer daily activities and the staff are good at encouraging mom to participate. They will be planting some flowers and there is a porch where the residents enjoy sitting and socializing. The entire staff is great and quick to respond when needed. I would recommend this community.

I moved my mother.into Atria on March 15, so I don't yet really know how things really work there, but I had a very good impression when I left her there. Whenever I asked about getting the help she would need, I was answered in the affirmative, but without much detail, so I can only assume that she'll get what she needs. I was glad to learn that she would be checked on three times a day and would received med management. I was also told staff would follow up if she doesn't make it down for meals. Everyone was calm and helpful In their interactions with her that I observed. The food is first class. Her apartment is very quiet. I am a little concerned about the electrical outlets because none of them connected easily. I had to wiggle plugs to make connections. So all is well as far as I know at this time, but I live 1,800 miles away and must have faith.

My father lives here and I would say they have enough staff but they could change how they cater to his needs. He thinks the meals are satisfactory. We are content with the experience so far. No one has specifically stood and everyone has done their job.

My uncle seems to like living at Atria. The staff are nice and friendly. He seems to like the food and he is staying busy. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

I had a very good tour of this community. Everything looked great. You could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff was kind, and helpful. All my questions were answered. Their prices were to expensive for my budget, but my tour went very well. This is a really nice facility.

My only concern with this community is the lack of proper communication with some of the nursing staff. The assist executive director is great. The staff are nice and check in on my loved ones. The food is good and the community is well maintained. They offer a shuttle to take you out. My loved ones love it here.

I have no complaints about the care my loved one has been receiving from this community. He seems to be liking the meals they prepare for him and is participating in many of the activities they have available with the other residents. We are very happy with our choice of this property and would recommend it to anyone.

This was a newer community and we did like it. i did not get to go inside the community. The people that I spoke with were nice and helpful. There prices were crazy though.

The experience has been a positive experiences but I am surprised some of the ladies who serve in the AL Dining Room are adjusting their hair while serving the meals. Also, they're not concerned about how the cups and other meal plate are handled one served.

My mother is starting to adjust to this community. She is mingling with the other residents,and starting to get all settled into the community. This is a nice community, I know she is being cared for very well here. The staff is great. There are activities offered for the residents. They do serve well balanced meals. This is a community I would highly recommend, it has worked out very well for us.
