My husband passed away.I could not stay home alone.I came here.I feel safe.It is now my home.The residents are all my friends!

I had no previous knowledge of retirement homes to compare the hearth,however this is what i hoped it would be.Here I have many choice,the kind of apartment,control of temperature,telephone service,personal assistance,time for meals,seating in dinning room,immediate response to call,health monitoring. There I Know that people know and care about me.

This is brand new facility and at first things were a little rocky, but things have improved since then. The community is new, so everything is very nice and spotless and beautifully built and decorated. My father's apartment also is very well-kept. The staff is good, they are always willing to help when asked. The facility's main administrative assistant always has her eye on the ball and is key to their management there. The activities director is amazing, he is encouraging to everyone to participate. The food okay, they do serve well balanced meals. Everyone is accommodating and I expect things will further improve as this community grows. For assisted living, I would recommend this community.

My wife and I have been at this location for almost four years. Although my wife as an increasing Alzheimer's problem, we are happy with the facilities, maintenance, food and all the staff working here. Most are outstanding personnel, all are above average.

The nursing staff is helpful and servers are always smiling when they wait on us.The holiday parties are fun and we have the best food.I love going on the bus ride on the weekends.Everyone here works hard for us here.

Everything is going very well for my mother at this community. I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. She has adjusted well to the community and she really enjoys it here. The staff is very good at what they do, they are caring for her very well. I had a few issues with the administration during the move-in process, but the care staff is wonderful. They do offer nice activities for the residents when they are ready to participate. She really enjoys the meals, the food is really good. This was a good fit for her and I would recommend it.

This is a new community with a very nice common area and dining room. We received a lot of information from the director (Jason) regarding the differences between assisted living and personal care facilities. The one thing that was disappointing is that green space was a courtyard with smaller vegetation and it felt enclosed. There was little vegetation surrounding the community due to planned construction

It was fine there but we have since had to move my mother back home. But the community was pretty good.

The change in management last year and interactions with all levels of staff since then have been wonderful. The care and interest for my fathers daily needs has been wonderful.

The staff at Atria really do care about the patients. The food is always delicious and cleanliness is great.

Caring staff. Beautiful building - looks like a ski resort. Expensive, but daily housekeeping, weekly laundry service, and all-day dining are all included.

A very nice facility. Not so large that it is confusing for residents. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Apartments are a perfect size. Although there are a lot of activities, some are not as engaging/interesting as I had hoped. Wish there was more opportunity for generative community outreach. Although we had a smooth transition, we are still figuring out the ropes. Perhaps more of an initial orientation program would have been helpful.

I can not really speak to anything that they can improve on over at the Atria St. Matthews. All of the staff members were really friendly and accommodating to my loved one while he was staying there though.

At Atria St. Matthews I have been pleased with the overall atmosphere. It is warm and friendly. The staff are doing a good job of reaching out to the senior citizens. The lady in charge of this facility recently moved to another facility. They are in a transition period now. When she left there was kind of a hole. The intent is there. When the administration is fixed things will get better.

Improvement needs to be the way they are doing their medications. They have their med-techs doing the activities too, which takes away from their normal procedures and they are late getting the medications to the residents. The friendliness and the staff are wonderful.

It's only been a month, but so far my parents like it. They are adjusting and it has so far been a very good experience.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Atria Baypoint Village seemed like a very nice place, overall! However, it was one of the smaller communities we saw, and we were more interested in somewhere larger and more active for our loved one. The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the staff seemed friendly, it just wasn't the best fit for us.

So far we are very pleased by how things have turned out at Atria Evergreen Woods! The facility itself is very nice, and we've been impressed by both the size of the room and the amenities provided! They have all sorts of different activities and events, and some beautiful outdoor areas. The staff here is also very friendly and professional, and they've provided excellent care for our loved one.

My parents have only been there at Atria Windsor Woods for about six weeks now, but thus far things are going very well. They love the place and it is going very good for them. The care is excellent. Dad's dementia is steadily getting worse so I am not sure how long we will be able to keep him there. The facility is very nice. One area where they could improve would be to change the menu more often.
