The Emeritus at Pleasant Hills was good. It was a temporary stay for my mother. It was very, very economical. It was more economical than any other place i have visited. That part was great. They took care of my mother. They had a great selection of activities that they offered. I would definitely recommend the Emeritus at Pleasant Hills. This was a good place. If your looking for a place in the Little Rock area I would suggest this place.

I loved the fact that they divided up the memory care residents by levels of dementia. It seems their needs would be met better that way. Facility is nice. Only drawback is that the patient to staff ratio is 1:10 in the early section and only 1:8 in both of the other sections.

Everything seems to be fine here so far. We don't have any problems. They have been very helpful in getting mom acclimated. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly.

My loved one lived in the independent living section of Emeritus at Pleasant Hills for quite a while, and overall I think they do an excellent job. The workers are all very friendly, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. They have an assisted living section that also looks like a nice place to stay for those on the lower end of the care need spectrum.

So far there aren't any concerns. Dad gripes about the food, but he used to be a cook, and nobody can do as good as he can. It's a nice place, and as far as I can tell they are happy with it.

Overall things have gone well with Atria at Lake Forest, although there are a few areas I think they could improve on. The staff are a very friendly and professional, and seem to do a great job looking out for the people who live here. However, I do wish they would be a bit more communicative when it comes to the day to day care my loved one is receiving. I also think they could stand to do housekeeping for the individual rooms more often, they currently only do it once a week.

Mom is happy. Other family members have handled much of the process so I have not actually seen the place in person myself yet, but I can tell you that if mom were not happy she wouldn't be there.

Our loved one was only here a short time, but overall I thought they did a good job. It was a clean, well kept community, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I thought they were particularly good about communicating and staying in touch with family members!

My loved one has only been a here a brief time, but so far things seem to be going very well. It is a clean, nice looking facility, and the staff have all been very friendly. They take excellent care of their residents, and they seem to have a good variety of activities and shopping trips that they take people on.

After reviewing several other facilities in the area, this was the last one on our list. I must say that it was a very positive surprise. The facility felt very warm and inviting vs. some of the other places we went to. The person we met with was very engaging and informative. There was a strong interest in getting to know the person(s) involved. In this case was a parent for a respite stay initially. Everyone was very friendly and the people who worked there almost always knew the residents names.... "check that one off". Overall, the grounds were very beautiful and well kept, very nice dining facilities, pool area, and special events area. Their activity list went on forever!!! Residents we met seemed to be happy and friendly. They even had a happy hour!! Definitely must check this facility out. I can say that once we walked in, the surroundings felt like a next home for the parents.

Toured 7/19. One year old, nice decor. Have one and 2 bedrooms available. Friendly staff. One price for memory care.

All the employees at Atria are very friendly and helpful, The food is awesome, mom was a great cook and I was worried that the food may not measure up but it has, she really likes it. The location is very central and convenient for me. The facility is clean and they have plenty to do and be involved to keep them thinking and moving.

We enjoyed meeting Liz and touring the facility. We also met one of the activities folks, and she told us about some of the things they do for fun. The units were spacious.

Overall, I have been pleased to this day with Emeritus. The staff is extremely helpful at all times, they are great with communication, and have been easy to work with so far. I have not had any experience with the food or heard anything about it, so I cannot comment on it. In general, I feel that I am getting my money's worth and that Emeritus is a great community!

Great location. Private off street parking when needed. Staff is exceptionally helpful and flexible. On site physical therapy. Nice rooms. They make a real effort with activities. Meals / dining is very good, several seatings, good variety.

So far they're doing an excellent job at this facility. It is very clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly. One thing they've been particularly good at is staying in communication with the families of the residents. They're always quick to contact us regarding any issues that arise. My loved ones have said that the food has not been all that impressive, although they do like the desserts!

We toured this place when we were looking into options for our loved one, and we really thought this one looked nice! It provided many different levels of care, and would have been able to provide for her for a long time. They also had a good variety of activities, including music programs we know she would have enjoyed. The one downside is that since this facility is located in downtown Arlington there isn't a lot of outdoor space to walk around in, and parking can be difficult.

They do a good job overall here, it's not over-the-top perfect so I'll give them 4s across the board. It's a nice looking place, it is clean, and the staff are friendly. The one area I think they could stand to improve a bit is the food. It's not bad, but it could definitely be better.

mom has not been at this facality long enough for me to rate them properly. I feel a 3 or 6 month evaluation would be more accruate.

I really liked the community very clean. There are many activites to get involved in. Even though this community is really nice the price is more than what I am looking for and I do not believe the level of care is the best for my loved one.
