We enjoyed meeting Liz and touring the facility. We also met one of the activities folks, and she told us about some of the things they do for fun. The units were spacious.

Overall, I have been pleased to this day with Emeritus. The staff is extremely helpful at all times, they are great with communication, and have been easy to work with so far. I have not had any experience with the food or heard anything about it, so I cannot comment on it. In general, I feel that I am getting my money's worth and that Emeritus is a great community!

Great location. Private off street parking when needed. Staff is exceptionally helpful and flexible. On site physical therapy. Nice rooms. They make a real effort with activities. Meals / dining is very good, several seatings, good variety.

So far they're doing an excellent job at this facility. It is very clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly. One thing they've been particularly good at is staying in communication with the families of the residents. They're always quick to contact us regarding any issues that arise. My loved ones have said that the food has not been all that impressive, although they do like the desserts!

We toured this place when we were looking into options for our loved one, and we really thought this one looked nice! It provided many different levels of care, and would have been able to provide for her for a long time. They also had a good variety of activities, including music programs we know she would have enjoyed. The one downside is that since this facility is located in downtown Arlington there isn't a lot of outdoor space to walk around in, and parking can be difficult.

They do a good job overall here, it's not over-the-top perfect so I'll give them 4s across the board. It's a nice looking place, it is clean, and the staff are friendly. The one area I think they could stand to improve a bit is the food. It's not bad, but it could definitely be better.

mom has not been at this facality long enough for me to rate them properly. I feel a 3 or 6 month evaluation would be more accruate.

I really liked the community very clean. There are many activites to get involved in. Even though this community is really nice the price is more than what I am looking for and I do not believe the level of care is the best for my loved one.

We had a few issues when my loved one moved in, but they've been great about working with us and things have gotten much better. It's a very nice looking facility, and they keep it looking well kept and clean. Any time we have had issues they've been able to work with us to get things cleared up.

This was a nice enough place, the staff were friendly and the place was always well kept and clean. However, at one point my loved one needed to be taken to the hospital, and we gave specific instructions on which hospital she was to be taken to, but they ended up sending her to another. Although this place was good overall, that situation was not acceptable and we ended up moving her to another facility.

Facility was nice and the staff were nice, but not what we need

My aunt has lived here for several years and it has been great for her. She has no immediate family close by and we, her family, feel very fortunate to have her so well taken care of with activities, food, transportation, and cared for every day. Our concerns for her were greatly reduced when she chose to move into Baypoint Village from her home - we have not been disappointed in her decision.

I looked at Atria but it was too expensive. It was a bigger place and I didn't think my dad would have done well in a bigger place. There were too many people and too much going on. The people I talked to there were nice though.

I hope it's going to be okay. It's new and they have double locks for the Alzheimer's patients so they can't get out. I really can't be sure about the staff yet but right now they're absolutely wonderful.

We felt that we were trying to find an assisted living that would suit my mother in law without having to have her go to the dementia unit and this wasn't the right fit. It was in a very urban neighborhood and we just felt that the building itself and the layout was confusing and wouldn't be the best palce for her.

Very nice people but rooms and bathrooms are very small. AT the present time I do not think my mother would be happy there.

I love this place. This place is still an option.

I was impressed with the spacious , bright feel of the entire facility; and the garden area was beautiful and serene. The Emeritus will be recommended to my friend.

Really like Atria and my mom is going to do a respite stay to get the feel of the place.
