Pretty good. Especially if still pretty independent. Mom's memory issues made it difficult for her to find her room. Often staff were not available to help her. Lots of activities and outings that my Mom was not independent enough to enjoy.

My loved one is currently a resident at Vitality Living Baypoint Village and everything has been very good at this facility so far. The value is definitely there, but it is expensive. You definitely get amazing personalized services and care. The staff is polite, caring and wonderful. Communication with the family meets our needs. The facility and meals are a highlight. The services provided: medical, care, outings, activities are excellent.

Mom is adjusting well. She has gained back some weight. She is participating in activities. She gets lots of attention from the staff. She received physical therapy and is walking (with walker) every day. We like the facility and the staff. There has been turnover in director, head of nursing, and culinary staff. That would be my only issue. It's pricey but worth it.

The tour experience at Vitality Living Stony Brook was good, but it was just not the right fit for my mom. It was a very nice facility, however it did not feel cozy. They offer assisted living and memory care, but I did not feel that the memory care patients were as important as the assisted living patients.

My family and loved one had a good experience with the community. The staff are kind, caring, and helpful. Everyone is friendly. This is a great community that is kept clean and well run. There are meals and activities provided for the residents. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

I think it's one of the better facilities in the area. They could possibly add a staff person or two though as sometimes it does take 10-15 mins on occasion to respond to buzzer. Food is quite nice and ample. They have good onsite facilities and the people are quite caring. It's always a shock though to the senior being moved in and they perhaps could do a bit better with those expectations - both to the senior and to the family. I think this is typical with any facility though.

What our family likes most about the Vitality Living Arlington community is all the different social activities they have for the residents there. They have French conversation, wine tasting, a movie theater and a hair salon. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

The people are great, it's a great place for active people. It's a very beautiful place , love the heated pool but for the people that need more one on one care, it's not available. I think they may be under staffed as well.

I love the exercise program they have Monday, Wednesday and Friday - it is great for mingling and it is very nice company. Sometimes the kitchen staff seem a little unhappy and sometimes they run out of certain meal items but overall the staff are extremely friendly and the nurses are great. The rooms are spotless and the gazebo is really nice. I most certainly would recommend the Vitality Living community to other families.

I picked this community because of the price. The staff has been really great. They work hard, and they are friendly. They could use more servers/staff in the kitchen.The food is good. Overall,I would recommend to others.

Mom & Dad are less mobile than some there, and are having a very hard time acclimating to the experiences available. I'm not quite sure how many participate in the activities; so it makes it hard to want them to do anything. (Play billiards, cards, games, etc). Hoping it will get better... hoping the staff will find things that will interest everyone that live there

Our family likes the lovely courtyard, but need more house keepers. Food on the memory care could be better.

Staff and care has been great. My Dad is enjoying his stay however, they have recently announced a change in ownership which is both unexpected and somewhat concerning that it wasn't disclosed. Hoping that the change in ownership doesn't affect anything going forward or result in any onsite management changes as the current group has made my Father feel very welcomed. Fingers crossed.

Traditions of Mill Creek is a good place and the staff are very friendly.

I toured Azpira at Windermere and the tour was good. Everything was nice during my tour. This facility is a more upscale looking place. But again, the tour was good.

This is a good value for the money. The community as a whole works hard to maintain high standards. There has been some staff turnover who haven't met the high standards. The Executive Director is open to communication and feedback. There has been great improvement in the food since the new chef has come onboard. There are three meals a day served and there are good choices for the residents.

My review comes out in the ratings. Everyone was super helpful. Management was very easy to work with. The staff are very friendly The phone system is something that definitely needs some work. Overall the facility is great and beautiful. I would recommend Vitality Living Lake Forest.

My loved one is incredibly happy there, truly loves it and that is important to us. They are incredible to their residents with the quality of care and providing fun and engaging activities for them to do. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. An area to improve in is keeping the hallways odor free. Walking down the halls you can sometimes smell urine. Cleaning the carpets more often may help.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was really nice, it was a very good and close second choice.

I thought Azpira at Windermere was very nice. The facility was pretty and clean. Nothing else really stood out to me here. The location was not as ideal in terms of stores/amenities nearby.
