This is a clean nice community. The grounds are well maintained. They do offer daily activities and the staff are good at encouraging mom to participate. They will be planting some flowers and there is a porch where the residents enjoy sitting and socializing. The entire staff is great and quick to respond when needed. I would recommend this community.

I moved my mother.into Atria on March 15, so I don't yet really know how things really work there, but I had a very good impression when I left her there. Whenever I asked about getting the help she would need, I was answered in the affirmative, but without much detail, so I can only assume that she'll get what she needs. I was glad to learn that she would be checked on three times a day and would received med management. I was also told staff would follow up if she doesn't make it down for meals. Everyone was calm and helpful In their interactions with her that I observed. The food is first class. Her apartment is very quiet. I am a little concerned about the electrical outlets because none of them connected easily. I had to wiggle plugs to make connections. So all is well as far as I know at this time, but I live 1,800 miles away and must have faith.

My father lives here and I would say they have enough staff but they could change how they cater to his needs. He thinks the meals are satisfactory. We are content with the experience so far. No one has specifically stood and everyone has done their job.

My uncle seems to like living at Atria. The staff are nice and friendly. He seems to like the food and he is staying busy. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

I had a very good tour of this community. Everything looked great. You could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff was kind, and helpful. All my questions were answered. Their prices were to expensive for my budget, but my tour went very well. This is a really nice facility.

My only concern with this community is the lack of proper communication with some of the nursing staff. The assist executive director is great. The staff are nice and check in on my loved ones. The food is good and the community is well maintained. They offer a shuttle to take you out. My loved ones love it here.

I have no complaints about the care my loved one has been receiving from this community. He seems to be liking the meals they prepare for him and is participating in many of the activities they have available with the other residents. We are very happy with our choice of this property and would recommend it to anyone.

This was a newer community and we did like it. i did not get to go inside the community. The people that I spoke with were nice and helpful. There prices were crazy though.

The experience has been a positive experiences but I am surprised some of the ladies who serve in the AL Dining Room are adjusting their hair while serving the meals. Also, they're not concerned about how the cups and other meal plate are handled one served.

I can't say anything bad about the place. They have a nice community and the staff seem to be very attentive. They just did not offer the care that mom needed. I would recommend this community to my friends.

This community is nice and we like the layout. The food is delicious. I like the owner of the hair salon and the director. The staff and residents seem energetic. My parents cottage has been recently remodeled. The community is affordable compared to others in the area. The outside looks pretty bad but they are hoping to remodel it next year. I feel safe with my parents here. There is an observant security person and I would recommend this community.

The lay out was open. the court yards were nice. I liked the water feature. It was in my price range.

We really like this community and all the staff. They are so much better than the place we just left. They really care about my loved one and they are doing a great job of helping my loved one transition. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I have found The Hearth to be a very caring, congenial community, well managed, with employees wiling to make efforts for any improvements.

Like the facility and the location. Executive Director was very knowledgeable and passionate about her seniors, her staff, and her facility.

I toured this community for my mother and her needs. It was a good tour. From what I was shown the community looked nice and clean. The staff I met was kind and friendly. It was a good experience. My tour went well, but this wasn't the community for my mother and her needs.

Very nice... Clean, attractive, and sufficient help. Liked the facility and the price seemed in line with everything I saw. My top choice so far.

Amber was very welcoming and caring about what could be done for my mother. She provided a lot of information and is available to answer more questions.

This is a nice community. The staff is nice and needing a little more help, but they are good. The food is good and my mom is pleased with the meals that are offered. They do have activities that are offered. Another activity director is needed due to have alot of residents. I would recommend this community overall for good care for families.
